This is the second year I’ve been going to see Andrea and she continues to do a terrific job! I get a weekly physiotherapy massage on my back & neck and I’ve never been disappointed. We’ve also brought family for a relaxation massage and those went great too.

Most amazing massage and facial. Very friendly staff and felt so comfortable. Will 10000% visit again on our next holiday to Punta cana! Thankyou again Flavio Acuna spa!

The massage I received here was receiving a rub down with lotion rather than an actual massage. They didn’t even wipe off all the lotion and I had to leave with greasy skin. The massage room was not peaceful with construction noise next door. Do not waste your money here. Not sure why people don’t write honest reviews.

I had the best customer service ever!!! Sarina was very patient with me and made sure I didn’t feel rushed. Her staff gave my boyfriend and I, the best massages ever.

The ambience, the massage, the fresh fruit and champagne gave nothing but luxury! Out of all of the excursions and experiences booked, this hands down was my favorite. This is a must do for sure!

I arrived early and they said they can start early. I was supposed to do a 60 min deep tissue massage. I started at 1130am and it literally ended at 1210pm. To make matters worse, I opted to be in a room instead of outdoors. The room had a light curtain so you can still see the street and people could see in. The lack of privacy and noise from the construction across the street did not make it relaxing. The massage pressure was good. It’s just too bad I did not get the full hour. This was $10 cheaper than my hotel. I should’ve just stayed with the spa within my hotel. This was worse than one of those massages at a strip mall. At least that can be quieter and more private.

This was the most beautiful experience I have ever had at a spa. The staff was super pleasant and they made us feel so comfortable. Every one should experience their services I highly recommend them.

The atmosphere was amazing, The massage, body scrub, and facials were amazing. Me and my cousin will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Amazing doesn’t capture it and 5 stars doesn’t capture the experience… wife and I went to celebrate our anniversary and we were shocked at every level… a beautiful candlelit spa created for us on the beach, tiki torches and the most amazing massage experience ever under the moonlit sky… then champagne and a fruit plate to top of the experience. The team at Flavios is amazing!

Walked down the beach to this massage place from our hotel. Their first question was how we found them, which I thought was odd. When I mentioned that we found them on Facebook, they quoted me a price for couples massage. I thought it was a bit steeper than I had seen on a local Facebook group and tried to negotiate to no avail. In the end we agreed because it was cheaper than the resort we were at and they walked us back onto the property, off the beach, to their offices. We had a 50 minute couples massage, it was fine but definitely more the relaxation massage than anything to actually help with tense muscles. We both get medical massages at home regularly so we know not to compare it to that, but it was really just 50 minutes of someone rubbing oil on our body. My biggest issue is that I was speaking with other guests who got a much better price when they told staff they found them just by walking the beach. Apparently Facebook guests and beach guests get different prices. Not the best way to enhance your business. All in all, the massages were average (not bad, just not great) but the bad taste in my mouth after finding out we overpaid compared to other couples was really frustrating. If you're standing at the water looking back at the beach, the photo is the beach area just to the left of the massage tents.

I had an AMAZING massage and experience here. I was staying at one of the local resorts at the time, which -- while they have spa services which include massages, unfortunately none were available on the beach (even though the resort is on the beach!!). And I reeeeeally wanted a beach massage during this vacation. So, after a quick Google Maps search, I found Flavio. Called them and was booked for my desired day and time in no time! Coordinated it with Oskarina, who was so nice, friendly, responsible, and helpful!! When I arrived, Oskarina greeted me and was all those great things and more in person as well! She soon introduced me to my masseuse, who was another sweet lady whose name unfortunately escapes me but was a similar name (or at least sounded similar) to Oskarina's. This lady was amazing in her service!! Gave a wonderful, 90-minute relaxing massage. AND it was a beautiful day, on a nice, quiet area of the beach. The massage was so relaxing that I fell asleep in maybe the last half hour or so of it. The whole experience was incredible. I ended up (HIGHLY) recommending this place to another lady I met at my resort who'd had a massage at the resort and was raving about it. I'm like "if you liked that, you'll love this spot just 10 minutes away, where you can get a massage on the beach and for the same price!!" Her jaw dropped and she immediately wanted to know where, so I gave her the info! I'll have to come back and update once I find out if she went. Oh! Also, this place offers two other ambiance options for your massage: their beautiful garden view or the traditional indoors. Annnd they have an on-site pool, which you can use for free after your service. I highly recommend!! Go get you a marvelous beach massage!!!!!

Hands down one of the best massages I have ever had . Be sure to book on a full moon . Our therapists were amazing , greeted by host escorted in our robes onto the beach . Breeze blowing across your skin while being massage , stars above , ocean slapping the shore , champagne bubbles , yes book it !! Thank you ladies for a special experience

We visit this spa every year while on vacation and get a couple's relaxation massage. Easy to book, friendly, helpful staff and experienced masseuses. Highly recommend a beach massage.

The grounds of the spa are very special. There’s a ton of positive energy flowing on the grounds. Your belongings are safe & locked up. After changing into robes, your journey begins. It starts with a lovely somber walk to the beach, where there’s something extremely special set up. When I saw it, I got chills & my eyes lit up. The therapists were awesome & very polite. The sound of the ocean & the waves is soo relaxing. I highly, highly recommend this experience for friends or couples.
