Was staying in St Lawrence Gap and browsed for a highly rated cycle tour, Bike Caribbean was a five minute walk from our hotel and had fab reviews.
Met Natalie at the shop (a pleasure to meet and talk to) and advised us to try the South Coast tour with the e-bikes, the tour would be personalized to our own requirements.
We had the option of being collected by Randy but opted for the short walk then in the pick-up to Oistins to begin the tour.
We were briefed on the route and the operation of the bikes, easy.
The tour followed the coast, meandering through the Bajan neighborhoods (the locals are so friendly) between stops at beaches and viewing areas possibly only know to a select few.
There was a moment near the airport where there's a climb that's gravelly and loose (my wife doesn't do gravel/loose) but Randy talked her through it and she powered up there with great joy and feeling of accomplishment.
Due to my interest in motorcycles, Natalie and Randy suggest that we call via a friend that is equally obsessed. We were made so welcome.
Made it back to Oistins just after sunset and transported back to base.
Had a fabulous time, great memories and would not hesitate to embark on a longer ride next time we are in Barbados.

Perfect for Entire Family

Thirteen of us were on a family trip to Barbados. Nine of us wanted to go on a bike trip on the island. We selected Bike Caribbean because they were close to the hotel we were staying at. The trip turned out to be perfect for the group that was made up of seasoned touring bikers and just occasional bikers. Bikes were in great condition and Randy was a perfect guide. We actually ran into Natalie (his wife) and their children as we passed by their house. They were all outside waiting for us. It was a pleasant way to spend the afternoon.

A fun tour to the south coast surf spots

We have ridden with Randy before to the north parts of the island. Here we went to off-the-path areas favoured by surfers. The riding was mostly on trails and very quiet roads. You will not feel intimidated by traffic. Randy was, as usual, knowledgeable about the area and clearly passionate about Barbados. We used e-bikes this time which made riding quite simple.

The bike tour was a perfect way to start the day! We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel. We saw many parts of the island we would have not seen otherwise. Randy was super professional and knowledgable about the area. The tour took about 2 hours once we got started and was just the right length. We would highly recommend this tour!

Easy riding
We spend an easy afternoon, gliding around the south of the island on an Ebike. They are simple to use and take the push out of peddling. Get to travel with a local hero, who is named checked everywhere you go ;-). No need for lycra, no need to be an athlete , just need the relax and enjoy. Thanks for great trip

Comfortable riding off the beaten track to the most southern point of Barbados!

My wife and i had previously ridden with Randy to the most northern point in Barbados, so on our latest visit we had to book Bike Caribbean's Southern Tour. Randy proved to be as considerate and informative a guide as before and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The great virtue of Bike Caribbean's tours is that they allow you to visit places off the beaten track that would be quite impractical to visit any other way!
