Interesting and succinct information about the history and production of Mount Gay rum. The tasting was good fun and our host was very entertaining! We had to bring our children (14 and 9) as they were on holiday with us and we couldn't just leave them! They enjoyed the experience. Our youngest was free of charge but the eldest was 13USD which I'm not sure was value for money as the only thing she got was an alcohol free drink at the start.

Great educational tour filled with rich Barbados history and facts. Tour guide was fantastic. Rum tasting was also interesting and my group of friends absolutely love it.It wa their first trip to Barbados.

My friends and I had a great time. We learned the history behind Mount Gay and also about how the rum is made. We enjoyed the tasting and got some beverages at the bar after! Great day date for my friends and I.

The experience was amazing ... the lunch was great the staff very friendly and accommodating... husband and I a ball. The items a greatly priced too.

Our visit to mount gay visitor Center was excellent we had a wonderful time and the guide explained everything so we could understand what the whole process of making the rum was all about it was a very good taster day Only one set back is you had to pay for your drinks with your meal this was not explained beforehand:

Our storyteller was amazing and made us feel right at home. There were other people on the tour and everyone was pleasant. Being that I have been before I can honestly say it never gets old and the young lady that took us through was engaging, funny she was great at what she does. We came on 8/6 for 12pm the lunch was very good we enjoyed our time at Mt. Gay

The tour was very fun and informative. My wife and I learned a lot a about rum and how we have been drinking it wrong. Tina was funny and very delightful. One thing you should know up front is that that it in Bridgetown visitor center and not on the distillery. My only complaint was the food, first it was a buffet, which in itself is not the worst thing but the server was being very selfish withe the food. I asked for some chicken and the server gave me two small pieces (about 2 inches big) but it was literally just two bones with no real meat on it. I thought that was odd until later when I saw the server wrapping up the leftovers for himself. I previously worked in the service industry so I know this is common practice, but our servers always thought of the guests first and themselves second. It sucked to have such a fun tour dampened by something so petty. I would recommend the tour but do not get to excited by the food.

Our tour guide Ramel, was comically knowledgeable and ensured we all would be experts at the end of the tour and made the learning easy! Lunch was also very tasty. I now know the error of my ways!

Great experience, learnt a lot about the process, guide was amazing, captivated our attention, he's a great asset to the crew.

This tour was really good and we had so much fun. Both guys who hosted were very knowledgeable and shared tons of information.....HOWEVER we opted for the transportation and they were over an 90 minutes late picking us up and it through off all our plans for the rest of the day. This was very unacceptable.

My wife and I like to do different things on most of our trips. Not just the usual tourist things. We went to Mt. Gay for a cocktail workshop and it was really fun and informative. The head mixologist, Adrian, was a perfect blend of humor and knowledge of his craft. We made three drinks with him. The first two were his concoctions while the last were our own. The tour before was insightful into the rum distilling process and our guide Rena was excellent. We’d definitely recommend the tour but if you interested in making cocktails on your own take the mixologist class.

The rum tasting and cocktail making workshop was really good. We enjoyed every second and would fully recommend this to anyone. Would also recommend having a big breakfast and lunch.

We did not stop laughing from the moment we arrived. The rum tasting and cocktail making was excellent and the food was delicious. Would thoroughly recommend it.

This was the highlight of our trip! Akeel was our tour guide and was the best! Knew so much about the rum and history. On top of that he was very entertaining! We did the cocktails experience and that was a blast too. 10 out of 10 for sure.
