What to expect
Following pickup at your hotel, board a comfortable tour vehicle and set off on your 7-hour tour of the island.  Your first stop is the famous Harrison's Cave, where you'll ride a tram down into the depths of the cave to see the stalagmites and stalactites. Considered one of the seven wonders of Barbados, the cave has an interesting history and makes for great photos. Midday, you'll stop for a local lunch on the island's east coast, then head for Cherry Tree Hill, from which you'll get a panoramic view of the northeastern side of the island.  Your day's last stop is Animal Flower Cave, the island's only accessible sea cave, featuring an ancient coral floor.  End your tour with drop-off back at your Barbados accommodation.

Really a great package. Make sure Theo is the tour guide!
Aug 2019
It would almost be same if you did the tour DIY without the hassle and the added bonus of food and drinks!

Good things:
- This is reasonably priced. You dont have to stand for any queues to buy tickets.
- Free chilled drinks. This is needed really especially during hot months
- The lunch we were given was great. A Cutter, a slice of cake and a drink
- The A/C micro bus was good and clean. We were the only family so it was even better.
- Our tour giude was Theo. It was more like travelling with an Uncle. He sat with us when we were eating. He even accompanied us down to the caves. He also gave great advice about buying souvenirs. His favourite bit is where he shows us the car going reverse uphill. He told us maybe it was due to magnetic attractions but I knew it was an optical illusion but didnt want to tell him as he showed us 3 times. He doesnt push people either.
- We had to stop at the office which is in Hastings after being picked up to pay. I am not sure if this is for everyone.
- I like that children's rate are 50% off adult rates.
- Heather was great who replied to our emails. She even offered me some of the guava's from the office.

Bad things:
- Information. On the website it doesnt really tell you the child rate. Also not much information of what was going to happen during the day like an itinerary.
- The lunch although being nice was quite small. My son needed an extra sandwich and its extremely pricey
- The only non sugar drink they have is water. They should atleast keep some non alcoholic juices and diet coke. You need to tell this to them before.

Tips:
Tell your Driver you dont want to get overwhelmed by the pushy salesman in Cherry hill. Stay away especially from the woman and tall Rastaferrian. They will come to take photos for you but they might charge you. Another fat one packed an item and handed it to my son and the guy started emotionally black mailing us

Fantastic tour
May 2019 • Friends
Visited here whilst on holiday on Barbados, this is a definite must if you are on the island. Nature at its best, the caves are shown off to their best. The lighting is there to enhance the experience the guides are very knowledgeable. The Stalactites and Stalagmites are absolutely stunning. You go aboard a train/bus down underground you stop and get off several times great for photo opportunities. If you do nothing else on the island I would highly recommend you do this.

Fantastic Tour!
Aug 2018 • Couples
My husband and I were visiting Barbados on our honeymoon.

We booked Coconut Tours ‘Nuts about Barbados’ for our last full day on the island as we knew we wanted to go to Harrison’s Cave but decided that we may as well incorporate a tour of the whole island! Entrance fees to the attractions, lunch and drinks are included on this full tour of the island.

Our wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable driver, Theodore, picked us up in the morning and to our surprise and delight we were the only ones on the tour. We cannot say anything negative about Theodore, all day he was friendly, kind, funny and the knowledge he has about the island is incredible.

Our first stop was Harrison’s Cave. We went on the tram tour and we would definitely recommend it. The Cave is stunning and the information about its formation was excellently told to us by the lovely tour guide Hyacinth. We then had a chance to walk around and take in the sights, see the monkeys and buy souvenirs.

When we got back on the bus, Theodore gave us a drink and we were off to our next stop which was in Bathsheba. On the way there we were told about the local sights and stopped off a couple of times for photos.

When we got to Bathsheba we had some lunch (fish, chicken or cheese roll with salad and a piece of cake) and a drink, and we were joined by Theodore for lunch too which I felt was really friendly. We stayed for a bit after to take photos before heading off.

We then went on our way to Cherry Tree Hill. There are street sellers up there and straight away we were given an open coconut to drink from. This worries us slightly as we didn’t really have a choice and the drink was already in our hands before being told to ‘pay later’. Make sure if you go on this tour to have some money in case this happens to you! We were shown some stalls and looked at the sights but didn’t stay too long as I didn’t want to feel pressured into buying anything else!

Our last stop was Animal Flower Cave, which included a guided tour and an opportunity to swim. The views of the very north of the island are stunning.

We then went on our way back down to the south where we were staying, all the while being given information by Theodore.

We are so happy that we decided to book this tour as it gave us the opportunity to see the island, visit some of the sights and learn a huge amount from our friendly driver!

We would definitely recommend this!
