Darren Millett was hands down THEE BEST tour guide on the entire island. He answered all of our questions and then some! We learned more from him in 5 minutes than the other guides around the island. Our tour guild Millet was very knowledgeable of the islands. He kept everyone involved throughout the tour. During our walk to the caves he was always breaking off or picking some kind of plant to explain what it was, what they use it for and even some sampling of a few. As in the title this is a must do for all first time visitors.

My college roommates and I loved our trip and our tour guide, Millett! Getting to go caving was an amazing experience. Millett was so passionate and informative about the caves and he even told us that he was part of a rescue team for people who get lost in caves. His knowledge and experience helped ease some initial nerves about caving and swimming in the cave. Millett was also very informative about the history and details in the cave and on the trip which made the whole experience so interesting. It was a bit chilly so be sure to bring a towel and warm clothes. If you are considering this excursion please book it! We loved everything about our day and it was the highlight of our trip to Bermuda. Thanks so much, Millett!

Ashley took our three generations of family on a thoroughly enjoyable and informative tour. We loved her stories and appreciated her local knowledge. Nice to be off the beaten path.

Millet made our day! Fun, respectful, knowledgeable. We hiked, swam in a cave, explored another cave (I have claustrophobia and was still able to do it!), we jumped of a cliff into a natural pool and we swam/snorkeled in a gorgeous beach! We had an added bonus if seeing sea turtles in a very well hidden (back yard) natural pool. The van was comfy. All equipment was supplied. The included lunch and ice cream was delicious. We had a perfect day. A++ Millet! And thank you for your service!

We took a full day excursion to the caves, cliff diving, and snorkeling. It was beautiful, well worth the money, the guide, D. Millett was knowledgeable and very compassionate about his job and Bermuda . My friends and I aren’t very brave but he made us feel safe and did a wonderful job. The views were amazing.

Hidden Gems tour and tour guide was superb. Our guide Dale was “the best”! We had an incredible day. The caves, cliffs and beach were fantastic.

My group did the Hidden Gems cave exploration. Ashley, the owner, was our guide. To say she was phenomenal would be an understatement. She went above and beyond to maximize all of our time and gave us an amazing tour. She truly loves what she does and has a passion for Bermuda and her guests!

If this is your first trip to Bermuda, and you love adventure, this is the tour for you. Knowledgeable, friendly tour guides safely guide you from one activity to the next without rushing you (your snorkeling time might be cut a little short if your ship is leaving port on the day of your tour). A tasty lunch is included in the cost. Yes, it is a bit more expensive than some tours, but you get a lot of bang for your buck and the planning is done for you. It is a must for first timers who don't want to lose precious time trying to navigate these activities on their own. The van ride across the island was as good as any island bus tour because our guide, Dale, is a Bermuda native whose family has been on the island for generations. Thank you, Dale, for your positive attitude and friendly demeanor, and thank you for the wonderful memories!

As someone who has been to many islands and have done many excursions, this was by far our best one yet. Mr. Millett not only brought us to many hidden caves, swimming holes but took his time to educate us on the history of the island. He let us try natural berries and smell some leaves that would help with bites and much more. Mr. Millett was the best tour guide and I highly recommend booking this tour! We will be back one day.

Amazing excursion! Was so much fun and couldn’t have found any of these places on our own. Lunch was delicious and each of the spots we went to were definitely gems! Dale was also a great tour guide, very friendly and informative and also took great photos and videos for us! Would recommend to anyone visiting, the hike isn’t bad at all, I had sneakers on but wish I wore just sandals cause we had so many water activities.

Our tour guide Millet was an island native who was extremely informative of not only the islands history but also the culture. He regularly check our entire tour was not only safe but also having a good time. He also took great photos in multiple locations and was very friendly. It was well worth the price to be guided through the amazing experiences of a tour across the island, going through Bermuda caves, cliff diving, and exploring a Bermuda beach.

We had such an amazing time on this tour! Our tour guide, Millet, was fabulous. He knew so much about the history of the island and gave us a great tour. He showed us uses for local plants, all about the different wildlife we saw, and neat little places to go off the beaten path. He was engaging and fun to listen to! My son was scared of going into the cave, and Millet took him under his wing and made him feel comfortable. My son wound up LOVING the cave and wants to go back! This adventure had so much to experience… caves, beach, swimming, cliff jumping… it was just so, so cool. I would recommend this trip to everyone wanting to explore small pieces of the things Bermuda has to offer.

This was a great experience and a must-do! Our tour guide Millet was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining! There was so much to do throughout the day…including our favorite parts of swimming in the caves and cliff jumping! The food was phenomenal with the additional bonus of homemade delicious ice cream. Our guide, Harley, was awesome! He showed us many cool things on the island and we had a great time hiking, exploring caves, swimming in a cave, and spending time on a secluded beach. We also enjoyed a delicious fish lunch at a local restaurant. We felt like locals! Thank so much!
