      Great experience!
Really fun tour! Got to see the SS antilla shipwreck along with many fish and even a sea turtle at the 2nd snorkel spot. Crew were attentive, friendly, and also attentive to the safety of everyone.

      Such a fun time!
The boat ride went along the coast of Aruba - and we did view a beautiful sunset. There was an open bar, and crew members came around 3 times with some appetizers to munch on. The crew was great -- very helpful and seemed to be enjoying the cruise as much as the paying passengers. The music playlist was evocative of the island vibe and after a while, people began dancing, and even formed a conga line at one point. Would definitely recommend.

      Boat excursion
We had someone in our group with a shellfish allergy which we advised the tour company in advance. They prepared a special meal but our friend didn’t receive it because someone else on the boat took the meal. Perhaps in the future write the persons name on the meal to prevent this from occurring in the future. Upon the return I advised the tour operator whose solution was for us to wait while they made the meal.

      Great food and service!
We are going again! Polite and entertaining crew who knew what they were doing. We really enjoyed the continental breakfast w/ coffee or drinks. We hit three snorkeling sites and amazing sea life all over. We loved seeing the turtles. The equipment was all sanitized and in great condition. My wife and I are going to upgrade our personal snorkeling equipment based on this. Lunch was delicious. We had paella and potato salad. The best I have had in a while and they didn't come close to running out. Many had seconds.

      Amazing Experience
The sunset sail was absolutely amazing. The views were beautiful and it was a great time to share with my spouse. The crew members (Matt, Sam, Eugene, Shawn) were great. They were courteous and kind. They brought around water and appetizers. It was quite windy, so I’m glad I wore shorts/romper/jumpsuit and my hair up and no hats. There was plenty of room to sit in the main area as well as on the front part and nets of the catamaran. Would definitely recommend!

      Sunset cruise, highly recommend
Even though we were told to arrive at 5, we found out that we were early. It was fine though because we were able to talk with other people waiting. The cruise was fun and the staff were all excellent. At one point, a wind surfer gave us a small show and she was funny. They also made an announcement about it being my birthday and that was very nice. I’m not one to do many things often, but I would go on this cruise again.

      Wonderful adventure!
Great boat ride with a phenomenal crew. Had drinks and open bar. Pastries for breakfast and seafood paella with potatoe salad for lunch. Saw sea turtles at each of the 3 snorkeling stops. The best part are the memories with friends. A definite must do!!

      Great sunset cruise.
Very good and enjoyable sunset cruise. They came around with fruit, empanadas, and I can't remember what another goody was called. They had an open bar and didn't cut back on the alcohol. Towards the end of the cruise there was a conga line going with just about all the passengers. Great time to be had by all.

This was the worst excursion I’ve ever been on. During this time of COVID, the Captain and First Mates did not exercise any type of COVID protocol aboard the vessel. There was smoking, of Cigars, Cigarettes and Marijuana aboard. The alcohol abort vessel was the worst. After we returned to the pier, The food at the Pelican Pier / Pelican Nest Restaurant, was horrible. Everyone in my party of 6 returned there plates of food, and could barely drink the wine that was provided to us.

When we left restaurant, the experience we had during the excursion and eating at the restaurant, we all agreed we will never return to this restaurant or recommend this excursion to any of our family and friends who may come to your Country on vacation.

Here’s the good… our dinner was good and our waiter was very apologetic when he heard about our cruise experience. Grouper bites and salad appetizers were great. Filet mignon was very good and perfectly cooked. Grouper entree wasn’t as good as the grouper bites, but still pretty tasty. The vegetables were quite bland. Key Lime pie is in the fridge! Haven’t tried that yet. Next is the not good part… Teenagers should not be allowed to be drinking under age. They were very loud, and obnoxious. If they become loud and obnoxious they should be asked to cool down some. The music that was supposed to play, we were told was 70’s, 80’s & today. There were a few songs from the 70’s & 80’s (3-4) the rest was music the teenagers loved and they grinded all up on each other in a big group all while singing (yelling) as loud as they could, while they blocked bar. My husband and I love kids (we raised 5!) and like nothing more than to see people have a good time, regardless of age, but this was just too much for us! Open bar should include beer. Crew members come by and ask you if you want something (couldn’t get to the bar because of the underage teenagers camped in front of the bar) then they don’t bring it to you. I would not take this sunset sail again, nor would I recommend it. Others on this trip we talked to as we were getting off the boat felt the same way about the cruise. We didn’t ask them about their dinner. It was a lot of money spent to be so disappointed.

Nice cruise. Bartenders were energetic and welcoming! The length of the cruise was good. Ater about the first hour, it became a bit boring. This was much in part to the music that the DJ played. It would have been nice to hear something other than island music. I think diversifying the music to match the diversity of patrons would be a good idea. Natives loved the musical selections and were up dancing the entire time, while others who are not of Caribbean decent were just kinda "there". There is open bar, but nothing top shelf. If you don't care about that, then you'll definitely get your money's worth from drinking the cheap alcohol. Dinner was bad. You are not presented a full menu. It is a preset menu of a few appetizers, entrees, and desserts. I got the grouper bites for an appetizer, filet mignon for entree. My date ordered wings and grilled chicken. The appetizers were the best that we had. The grilled chicken and filet mignon was not good at all. We both only ate a couple of bites and the waiter asked if we were ok. We both stated we were done and that we didn't enjoy the meal. Standard courtesy (from most restaurants) would be to offer something else or at least ask how they could make it better. Sadly, the waiter just took our full plates away and thanked us for coming. Horrible customer service in my opinion. Ultimately, if there is an excursion with just a cruise, I would more than likely book that option only. I do not recommend dinner at the Pelican's Nest.

The sunset cruise was very fun and the drinks were plentiful (yet not very strong) we very much enjoyed the music, the view, and we would probably take the cruise again. We were severly disappointed in our dinner. It took an hour and a half for our main course to arrive, the restaraunt was not even half full so we couldnt tell what the hold up was. We barely saw our waiter and when we finally got our food, my steak was so over cooked and my husbands fish was underdone. Our appetizer was no better than diner food and the dessert was bland. The food and the service was not worth it AT ALL with all the other amazing restaurants on the island.

The sunset cruise was fantastic!! The captain and crew were entertaining, professional and wore masks to keep everyone safe. There were less than twenty aboard as promised. The boat was sanitized before we boarded.
Plenty of drinks were available for the entire cruise. The chicken soft taco and chips which was in a sealed container were just ok but understandable due to Covid.
The dinner was also fantastic! Based on the previous bad reviews on the food we were reluctant. My wife and I had the grouper bites and the grouper entree. The fish was the best we’ve ever had! The choice of the two sides were also tasty. The deserts were to die for!
We would highly recommend this excursion.

The sunset cruise & seaside dinner is a must, such a fun time on the cruise, the crew, especially Chocolate Thunder are so much fun. Lots of yummy drinks and snacks. The seaside dinner followed on the pier and was outstanding, Gary’s Delight and grilled grouper is so delicious.

Pelican Adventures knocked it out of the park with this one. We started our week with the Beach and Cave tour (which was fantastic) and we ended it with this cruise and dinner. We started promptly at 5:30 and sat at the back right side of the catamaran. It sailed to the northern part of the island so we got a good view of the shoreline as it went. It then turned around and we had the ocean view and got the view of the amazing Aruban sunset. We sailed to the southern part of the island and it turned around and we then got a view of the lights along the shoreline after sunset. All throughout we had booze (the Aruba Arriba is a must) and party music, and a lot of us got up to dance. The snacks were great too....which meant by the time we had dinner at the Pelican Pier restaurant we were a little bit full. The dinner was amazing! In hindsight we should have gone a little light on the snacks as we struggled to finish the main course but we made it to dessert (well....one of us did anyway LOL). The dinner did come with a glass of wine as well (or pop/juice for the non-alcoholic crowd). Overall it was a fantastic way to end our stay in Aruba and we will likely do this again next time!

Starting with the sunset cruise, the view itself was gorgeous. The sunset was really beautiful and seeing it from the boat was a special experience. That being said, the open bar was not great. Just some hard liquor and a limited selection of soft drinks thrown haphazardly together with some ice and not even a straw. When it came time for the dinner, the staff failed to remind people about the dinner so I think there were several people who forgot and left. The dinner itself was a limited selection of menu items and none of the options were even that great: I had bland fish, bland rice, and poorly done plantains. Overall, the cruise was nice but the overall experience, for us, was not worth the price.

This was a Birthday gift to 3 out of us 8 ladies and it was epic. We Turned up and out. Crew, Captain and other groups joined our on board party. The sunset was so beautiful and the dinner was so worth a whole other ticket. They sung happy birthday to the birthday girls we ate top quality food all while enjoying the beautiful Aruban night skyline. I really loved the experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would! My husband and I booked this excursion as our last night on our honeymoon and were beyond disappointed! We were under the impression this is a cute, small group sunset cruise as the information they provide stats “maximum of 20 travelers”. One we got on the boat they were well over 50 people there wasn’t even enough seats for the amount of tickets they sold. When I went and asked the lady who checked us in about the amount of guest, I was met with a huge amount of rudeness and very dismissive of my questions. My husband and I never even went on the excursion. I am in the process of trying to get a refund but, nobody is answering my emails or anything. I truly do not recommend this excursion. On top of they make it seem like a nice dinner on the boat/beach, and that is not the case at all. Do your research there is so much better out there this this scam!
