Booked via TripAdvisor, had a confirmation email of the booking etc. On the day I tried to call to get an understanding of what time we will be picked up from our hotel and I had no reply. Spoke with customer service and they got in touch with them to chase this. CS confirmed that they did not have the booking and the contact number advertised is not theirs. CS said they will forward them my booking and get someone to come out as it's a fault on their side. No one reached out to us until late. Flight was at 19.15 and they confirmed the pick up at 18:45. The journey would take us 1 hour. I had to make my own way. They have refused to give a refund.Written May 29, 2023

They were easily contactable by e-mail and quickly responded with a firm quote of 60 euros (despite Bulgarian currency being the BGN lev), for return transfer Bourgas to Nessebar old town for 3 people. They have an office at the arrivals exit and the driver was awaiting our arrival. On our return, he attended promptly and overall, we were very happy with the serice.Written October 6, 2022
