RMNP self driving tour was just adequate in terms of providing information about the park. It tended to cut on and off in the middle of some of the narration, possibly due to the mountain terrain. Narrator did not exhibit much skill in making the info more interesting. The same info could be read in park guides and maps. Compared to other driving tour audios we have used this one was just OK.

Thank you for your feedback! It has been noted that the audio is cutting due to the fast driving. I appreciate your suggestion regarding the narrator and will definitely consider it for future improvements. It's important to mention that the tour offers specific and detailed information about the park, which provides a unique perspective. Although park guides and maps provide general information, the audio tour engages visitors with its captivating narration. It's worth noting that your purchased tour remains valid, and you can listen to it anytime and anywhere, even at home or on a different device during a future visit.

Well worth the price.
My husband and I did the self guided tour for the Rocky Mountain National park. The tour was so informative and allowed us to take our time at each point of interest. We learned interesting facts about the park, and didn’t miss any of the points of interest. The tour was so reasonably priced and well worth our time and money.

We visited the Rocky Mountain National Park. What fantastic place to visit! Saw lots of wildlife, hiked, well, strolled along several trails. Bear Lake was awesome, still snow on the trail for parts. This is a must visit place. It is truely inspiring to visit. Spent 3 hours of unforgettable experiences.

Wow, sounds like an amazing 3 hours! Rocky Mountain National Park is world-renowned for its gorgeous scenery, and for good reason. I'm so glad that my tour was able to make your Rocky visit so memorable! I also have self-guided tours for other parks as well as scenic drives, cities, and historic sites — hopefully, you’ll get the chance to try them next time!

Plan to spend the entire day. I'd started at the Este Park Entrance. I'd ended at the Grand Lake Exit. The well paved roads take you through the mountains.
There are plenty of places to pull over and take pictures. The restrooms are far and few. Road signs are few. Make sure you stop by the visitor's center. An actual park ranger is there. She had given much helpful advice.

Loved being able to start and stop as I wished. It was easy to download and use. The only downfall was that we went into the Rockies in the winter and some of the roads were closed. It was all good though!

Great easy to use even though the park wasn’t completely open.
Was only able to go part way on Trail Ridge Road, but was still very nice.

Is there a specific time slot for entrance to the park, and if so, how can I book it and from where?
Diane V
Punta De Mita, Mexico12 contributions
Yes, you have to register for a time slot to enter the park. Use the website recreation.gov to enter the park and used the audio tour. You will also have to register to go to any of the other stops. Not sure if you use the same web site as we did not stop at other places.

I noticed on the itinerary many of the stops say "admission excluded". Is there admission to see each stop that we would need to pay on our own?

Attraction tickets are required for some, but not all, of the attractions. However, we do take visitors to know all exciting locations so that no fascinating sites are missed. It is your choice whether or not to purchase an entry ticket and go inside.

Is this the tour's entrance ticket?
Travel With Action
Moab, UT1 contribution
No, this is a self-guided tour with audio narration and a map. This is not a ticket for entry, parking, or timed reservations. For those, go to the National Park Service's website.

I have a group of six. Can I get two bookings?
Travel With Action
Moab, UT1 contribution
If you and your friends are all riding in the same vehicle, I recommend just purchasing one tour per Vehicle, not per person.
Also, The tour can be completed in a single day, spread out over several days, or even repeated. There is no end date to the tour once you book it; you can take it whenever you want as long as you book it.
