Learned to do different sushi in 3 hours. Despite having only me and my sister attending the class, we had fun and actually learned new things. The sensei, Aya. K is knowledgeable and she shares educational facts about certain food as well. She ensures that we had fun learning in a safe environment, the food was great! Just one of the best sushi i ever had especially the egg roll! The sensei is also good in English also patient with us when we took some time to do certain things. Thank you so much for the warm and different experience! Worth the money, highly recommended!

I took this class as part of a small group tour I was on. The instructors were wonderful. They educated us on traditional Japanese ingredients and walked us through every step of the sushi making process. And at the end we got to eat our creations!

The sushi making class was fantastic!!! Yuki and Yumi were very knowledgable, helpful and patient. I have learnt so much and enjoyed the class even more. Everything was perfectly organised and the food we prepared was amazing. Everyone was very accommodating - we came with my visually impaired father-in-law. Thank you - he enjoyed it very much - sorry for the mess. It was a fantastic opportunity to learn not only about Japanese cooking but also about your beautiful culture and country. I appreciate all the effort that you put into teaching us and will always be grateful for that. ありがとうございます

We had a great experience at this cooking class. The set up was really professional, and we had the chance to make quite a few different things and had lots to eat at the end. The helpful recipe card means that we will definitely try to make sushi at home. We would definitely recommend and book again! Thank you so much 😊

My partner and I did the 3hr sushi making course. It was only us and one other couple making it a great size class. Hidemi and her assistant Kanao were well organised as of this the class ran smoothly and promptly. They both spoke very good English and were very informative about ingredients, process of making sushi, Japan and answered any questions we had. The food supplied was very fresh and delicious. Make sure you go on an empty stomach because you eat everything you make! One of the best cooking classes we have been to and we
will be back on our next visit to Japan! Thank you :)

We spent great 3 hours with Hiromi, learned and practiced sushi making.
We prepared Dashi soup and many sushi types.
Hirlmi was very nice, patience and showed us so many Japanease secrets.
We were family of 2 plus two teenagers, and we all liked eating our own Sushi at the end of the session.
Highly reccommended while visiting Tokyo!

My wife and I were travelling on our honeymoon, and all throughout Asia. We knew wanted to do a cooking class at some point during our 3 week excursion, and after doing some intense research, came across this class led by Maiko. It was incredible! Maiko makes you feel right at home, and teaches you the ins and outs of cooking fabulous sushi using local ingredients. She's so passionate about her cooking, and the art of sushi that it made it an unforgettable experience. I'd highly recommend her class, and we'll certainly be going back during our next visit to Tokyo.

We did the sushi Making class and had a great deal of fun. The other participants were lovely and the teacher was really informative and helpful. I’d strongly recommend this class. Give yourself lots of time to find the place though as it can be a bit tricky.
