      A great Day!
We had a brilliant day at the Sumo Tournament with our guide Yumi… she was fantastic and knew everything about all the different Sumo players. She brought along towels for our group to pick which Sumo player we wanted to support. A fantastic day out would highly recommend and would definitely do it again!

Sumo Tournament and Meal. Fantastic in Tokyo
We had an excellent guide in Noriko. The spectacle of the Sumo tournament was enhanced by her knowledge and enthusiasm of the sport. The culture and traditions of Japan were brought to life fantastically. The traditional sumo athletes meal after the matches was excellent and a great time to chat and interact with the others on the tour.

      Entertaining and interesting tour.
Sumo Tournament was very entertaining and Mr Izumi was very knowledgeable and a keen follower of all things sumo. It was well organised, he was on time, friendly and gave a good comprehensive review of the tournament, the participants and the history and culture of sumo wrestling.

      Amazing time at Sumo Experience!
We did the Sumo Experience tour with guide Hiro Abe and had the best time!! The sumo matches were amazing and Hiro’s love for the sport really enhanced our experience. He was so knowledgeable not only about the history but about every single wrestler. It was amazing to have his commentary throughout the experience. We would highly recommend this tour.

Highly recommend - special thanks to Izumi!
Izumi was an exceptional tour guide, who was not only knowledgeable and passionate about sumo wrestling, but also incredibly kind and enthusiastic. He shared the traditional aspects of sumo wrestling, including the rich history, fun facts, information about everything from the matches, wrestlers to the referees. Izumi even went above and beyond by providing us with a great photo opportunities throughout the tour and brought us a few wrestler signs so we could help cheer on for his favourite wrestlers. The earpiece and microphone system on this tour made it easy to hear all the information throughout the tour with ease; loved it. Thank you, Izumi, and to Japan awaits for an unforgettable Sumo Tournament experience!

      Needs Big Improvement
Sumo was great. Problem was the confirmation and info provided. They do not tell you that it is a large group and there is a long education class before. I did not agree to these. Just wanted to meet the guide and get to my arena seat. Guide was too talkative and too slow. Worst is they gave me a seat right next to loud and obnoxious Americans. Be warned. Very slow start. Large group. Loud and obnoxious people. Company needs to cut out the education. Limit the groups. Tell people to respect space and be quiet. Please get customers to arena and seats faster. Please cut out any extra nonsense. I just wanted to see Sumo and enjoy the experience. Not very enjoyable with too much talking, slow walking, big group, loud people.

Arigatou Gozaimasu, Asai Sensei! A Truly Unforgettable Anime Experience
I recently had the incredible opportunity to visit an anime studio in Japan, and it was truly a memorable experience. The highlight of the visit was the chance to have an extended conversation with a sensei, a master manga creator. His insights and passion for the craft were truly inspiring. Being able to draw my own character under his guidance and then take it home as a keepsake made the experience even more special. It was a complete and enriching visit. The only improvement I would suggest is spending a bit more time in the museum area, which deserves at least an extra half hour to fully appreciate everything on display.

A must see if you have the opportunity to see Sumo
We were amazed. We went for our child to see Sumo and didn't expect to enjoy it as much. This was amazing. Our guide was very helpful in getting us to understand the rules and what was happening. Once that came to us, we go into it and totally enjoyed the tournament.

Enriching tour of the Showa Period
The tour is well laid out in a fairly compact area. The two museums are must sees for those interested in either the military history of Japan, or the civilian experience from World War 2 through the economic miracle. My guide Mr. Izumi was knowledgeable, as well as kind and patient with my many questions. He made it an awesome experience.
