Alan Chou is an excellent tour guide. His language skills and knowledge make this trip really enjoyable. He is courteous and considerate.

Perfect tour to cover the most scenic views around Taiwan in a limited time. I joined the group tour as a solo traveler and made great friends with fellow travelers. Everything was taken care of by the tour company. Our guide Alan Chou is the best and had great food recommendations. He made the tour even more enjoyable with his knowledge and humour!

This trip was a splendor of natural beauty. The sea and mountains were overwhelmingly beautiful. There was never a lack of beauty, and I wanted to stay for a longer period of time. I would have preferred a two night stay at Sun Moon hotel rather than one night. All in all the trip was very worthwhile. I liked the guide and the community feeling among our tour members. Bravo. I highly recommend this tour.

This was an excellent tour! I am traveling solo and booked a private tour. The lake was beautiful and I loved seeing all of the tea trees. The tea ceremony was so fun and I learned so much about tea and Taiwanese culture. Kiara was my guide and she was so lovely! She answered all 1000 of my questions and gave me SO MANY useful recommendations for the rest of my trip. I highly recommend booking this!

This trip was a great way to experience Taiwan with lots to do and comfortable accommodations all the way! Chiahao was so knowledgeable, helpful and funny! He took great care of us and clearly showed off Taiwan in the best light, rain or shine!

The best! The tour gave you time and space to explore the sites in your own way, which I very much enjoyed. Lots of tourist places, which I also enjoyed, as they are different experiences to what I’m used to. Chiara, was great. Perfect combination of information and quiet. All in all, a great day that allowed me to see things I otherwise wouldn’t. There is a lot of walking and can be very hot. Pack a hat, lots of water and wear comfortable shoes. Thanks Chiara, will recommend!

What a day! Our tour guide “Jackie Chan” was fantastic and brought so much energy and enthusiasm to the day - he really looked after us and made sure we were always updated with the plan, timings and gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat and good picture spots. Everything was perfectly timed and there were lots of opportunities to take a break. The geopark was a highlight as well as the waterfall. Well worth the price for everything you get included on this trip!

What a timely. And informative, guide was never over bearing with information or restriction of visits. The tempo allowed for a timely personal exploration at each location without lingering in any location to long!!

On our long overdue family holiday to Taiwan we wanted to visit two picturesque areas on the western side of the country. We booked a three day private tour by Edison Tours and were delighted by our holiday. Sun Moon Lake and Alishan were even more stunning than we hoped - such a beautiful part of the country. We were looked after by Albert, our guide and Mr Wu, our driver. Albert gave us plenty of information on the culture and history of each area and heaps of suggestions on other places to visit while we were in Taiwan. His knowledge and passion added another level to our experience. Albert was sensitive to our needs and adapted our tour to suit. Mr Wu was very competent in negotiating the traffic, highways and mountainous roads, so we relaxed and enjoyed our travels. We would recommend taking this tour to see such beautiful places and in such a relaxing and enjoyable way.
