Our guide, Mr. Cai, is truly exceptional. He is warm, courteous, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He knows many great places to eat and explore. His expertise spans astronomy to geography, and he meticulously planned a five-day, four-night family trip for us in Taiwan—from Taipei to Taichung, Kenting, Alishan, Sun Moon Lake, and back to Taipei. He customized the itinerary to cater to our needs, ensuring that my son, who loves animals, had a delightful time feeding deer and waterfowl at the deer park in Kenting. For my husband, a seafood enthusiast, Mr. Cai arranged our first dinner near Xinbei Harbor, where we enjoyed freshly caught flounder on our very first day in Taiwan! In Kenting, Mr. Cai also arranged a boat rental for fishing. The pristine blue waters of Kenting were absolutely breathtaking! Mr. Cai’s extensive knowledge enriched our journey with detailed explanations of local stories and customs, while also keeping us informed about safety measures and promptly accommodating any adjustments based on our preferences. The timing and activities were planned sensibly. We particularly loved Mr. Cai’s recommendations for roast chicken and braised pork rice. We highly recommend Mr. Cai’s team to friends from China, Singapore, and Malaysia planning to visit Taiwan!

Charlie was fabulous, He led us to a nice experience in which we had a lot of interesting communication, culture, society, city, all of that. I would recommend him to everybody, you must try the private tour with him.

Beautiful national park made special with the private guide and tour. Our guide was Danny. We had more flexibility with the schedule having a private vehicle vs other tour options like bus or shared van. Danny was polite and took many photos of us. On the hikes, he stayed in the car while my wife and I explored. This allowed us to go at our own pace! My only improve is wishing he explained more about the sites and history of the park. It was mostly a quiet car ride for the 2.5 hours each way. I also was not expecting to pay for his lunch during the tour.

The flower market is beautiful. Really glad to have been there. Alot of places to take photos. Its very scenic. For rainbow village, the artwork is beautiful

I had Danny not Charlie for my cruise excursion. He was lovely; easy to collegiate with, on time for pickup drop/off (crucial for cruisers), wonderful photographer and great driver. He did a great job of showing us all the highlights in our short day and was lovely company to boot!

We had a great time touring various spots in Taroko National Park. Our your guide Danny was courteous, friendly, respectful and resourceful. He speaks good English. He went out of his way to accommodate our requests (such as to find Starbucks in the early morning!) and to take photos and videos for us the whole time. I would gladly recommend Danny to anyone who visits Taiwan.

Our plane was 2-hours late so we had only 5 hours instead of 7. Charlie sent Danny to pick us up from the airport. Danny waited which was very nice. Although some places on the posting say "all fees included" there is another place it says there is an additional $50 USD fee from the airport, which I missed (my fault), so I felt uncomfortable hearing in the car there was another charge. It was a quick tour but we did see a nice temple and get to eat. I wish it was a little more interesting and energizing since it was our first time and we were excited. We really needed some guidance on what was best to see in the time we had available - might have made a big difference. Wes

We took a day trip to 阳明山 with our local friends. Charlie picked us up from the hotel on time. He drove us to a few scenic locations. He is an extremely experienced guide who knows exactly where to go to have a great view of the attractions. He also took great pictures for us at these places. It was a truély memoriable trip. I took my friends from Laos on a day trip to the north coast. Charlie is incredibly friendly and nice! The drive is smooth and very flexible on schedule, took us to some beautiful places that are not well-known by tourist and took nice pics for us too! We are a family from Canada. Charlie is a definitely a tour guide we will use again and refer to our friends. Our family spent 5 days island round trip with his professional service which was beyond my expectations. During my previous trips most of tour guide would bring us to the high-end/expansive shops and restaurants but he is opposite, he brought us to where local people would go, save money and save time. Our family had fun during this trip with him especially our 2 young boys were very enjoy accompanied by him. Keep up the good works Charlie! Since Charlie was booked, he lined us up with Danny who led us through a day of fun, information, local lunch and photography! We fell in love with Taiwan and had many unique experiences that we want to explore more next time. We’ll be back!

We arrived with a cruiseschip, and mr Charlie promised us to pick us up. Hé did, but brought 15 non English speaking drivers. We ended up in a car with a driver who spoke very poor English. The whole tour then was not the Taipei highlights, but something around the harbour, what we did not book. During the day we had to ask help from other drivers to go the right direction. I would not take this company a next time!!
