我们导游許勝雄先生服务非常周到，替我们安排了难忘旅游的一天。很享受途中的谈话，导游也很有耐心的答复我们所有的问题。已经向我们几个新加坡朋友推荐这个旅程和导游了！希望下次来台湾再见！ Our guide 許勝雄 is an organised, punctual, and friendly guide, and we thoroughly enjoyed our day tour with him. Particularly enjoyed the conversation throughout the journey as he patiently addressed all our questions. Have already recommended him to some of our Singaporean friends. Hope to see you in Taiwan again!

After booking the tour we messaged the tou company twice asking for pick up details. When they did not reply or answer our phone calls we cancelled. Then after speaking to Viator they persuaded me that we could still book and they would chase the vendor and everything would be fine. So we re-booked. After more reassurances from Damir at Viator that the vendor would call is this time, again this did not happen. They also ignored another two messages. This was to be a big part of our honeymoon, then the night before the booking at 9pm, they vendor cancelled the tour. You have ruined my honeymoon, caused arguments and have destroyed what was supposed to be a wonderful week. Absolute disgrace. NEVER EVER BOOK WITH EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES
