We were greeted by one of the staff at the airport, very easy to find as he held my name. The drive was very convenient and our driver was very accommodating assisting with our suitcases.

We booked there service from CUN to the ferry as we were staying in Isla Mujeres. The arrival was pleasant but better instruction could be provided as to where to go once you arrive at the airport. Our departure was delayed as we missed the ferry by 1 minute. Ferry times are departure times not arrival times. Unfortunately they only allow 15 min delays and ferries run every 30 min. We contacted them to advise them of the issue but they were less than understanding and made us pay the return fare again. When we arrived at the ferry we were greeted by the original driver who said he was waiting and that he never left. Despite advising the rep via phone the driver was still there they did not allow the driver to leave until we paid for the service again. In a nutshell the drivers were nice but their customer service is horrible and quick to take your money despite your circumstance.

We had a car booked for Orlando airport. Was advised the day of that they didn’t have enough cars. So was left stuck with a 4 year old in tow and having to pay out of pocket for a taxi. They are refusing to give a refund. Absolutely terrible!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

Our Shuttle Central service was great. Communication was good and our ride was available immediately on arrival. Our return ride to the airport was great as well.

Beware before booking!! This company was great with communication up until the day they were supposed to pick us up at the airport in Cancun. It took us a long time to get through immigration and get our bags, once we went outside to the meeting spot outside the airport and found the gentleman with our name on his sign, he told us our shuttle was no longer there and the we were considered “no shows”. They offered no solutions and said it was our fault we didn’t show up on time. We had small children and elderly people in our party. They did it to another family we were traveling with. And offered us no solutions. We can’t just the line in immigration or make our bags come any faster. And once we were informed that we were not going to receive shuttle services they quit communicating with us or answering our calls/messages. They did it to three different families all with shuttle reservations. The bummer is that I referred so many people to this company. I have since told them never use this company. Use Amstar or Destino Rivera they are very reliable and will continue to communicate with you until you are picked up. Shuttle Central is not reliable with its shuttle services.

We booked a private transfer through Holiday Extras with this company. On booking confirmation it states they will wait up to 120mins. Our flight from UK was delayed by 1 hr. After collecting our luggage we headed outside but couldnt find a rep. After 20 mins in the intense sun we eventually found her to be told we were late and our pickup had left. We pointed out that we appreciated out flight was late but we hadn’t exceeded the 120 mins. After much dialogue we were told they couldn’t do anything and we had to make our own arrangements. We then arranged a private taxi costing us 120 dollars. On our return to the airport we were picked up five and a half hrs prior to flight - journey to airport taking 45 mins. No idea why in this day of technology why they couldn’t track flights but after a 10 hr flight we expected better - would never use or recommend this company again.

SHUTTLE CENTRAL is the worst transportation ever, on the way to the hotel and back to the airport we had to take a taxi . Our flight was late , our agent informed SHUTTLE CENTRAL however they told us to pay again as the flight was late and they gave us the price higher than a taxi . When we were leaving for the airport the car was late , after 30 minutes of waiting we took a taxi again , each time we called during that 30 minutes they just put us on hold

WARNING! This company scammed us out if money! My husband and I booked a luxury suv for a 1.5 hour trip from Akumal to the airport. They called us right before the trip to the airport and told us the luxury suv had a flat tire and they were sending a van. We spent the extra money to ride in something comfortable and got a dirty, rough riding van. Do not pre pay for services with this company.

Let me start out by saying this is a 3rd party company that was on EXPEDIA. It says Shuttle Express, but at any hotel, they are called BEE TOURS OR BEE VACATIONS. When booking your airline, this pops up for transportation to your hotel. They charged $82 for a car from Cozumel Airport to our hotel, which was approximately a 25 min drive south on the island. When we arrived at Coz and found our contact, the receiving agent was very nice. He gave us a contact person at the resort if we wanted to book any tours,Freddy was the person at the hotel. We were told to see Freddy the next day at 1030am to book our airport return trip. Our dive trip was the next day, so we could not do that. I received 7 texts from Freddy that day. We finally saw Freddy the next day and booked an overpriced tour through him. He promised that if we booked through him, he would give us a complimentary trip back to the airport. Well....... I texted Freddy 2 days before we left and reminded him what he said. Guess what?? No response. I proceeded to go where his desk was at the resort. He was not there. I checked again the next day... not there. And the morning we were leaving... guess what??? Not there!! Do yourself a favor. Do not pre book a ride. The average price for a certified taxi to any hotel is $25-$30. This company is a complete rip-off. Don't get taken!!!

Do not book with shuttle central - they left us stranded at the airport in Cancun. Read any other bad review - all the stories are the same. It does not matter how much you contact shuttle central - they will not respond

Warning do not go with them . Worst company to deal with for transportation . Our flight was delayed due to weather, we contacted them in the morning to let them know and they replied back saying to let them know when we land. We did just that but they weren’t available to come get us and told us that money was non refundable. We were out $60 one way and had to pay another $120 for a taxi to get us to our hotel. They did pick us up from our hotel on the last day but the driver chose to watch a video while driving with AirPods in and then to talk on his phone 3/4 of the time to someone which I consider very unprofessional.

This entire company is a scam. Upon arriving at the airport, we were told to wait 15 minutes so they could call the driver. A few minutes later, we were informed that the driver refused to pick us up, due to our plane being delayed, and to find another cab option. Nowhere in our booking did it say that our ride would be canceled if our flight was delayed and we were left having to pay an additional $70 for a ride to the hotel. Upon getting to the hotel, I reached out to Expedia who then reached out to Shuttle Central and they both said that we would not be offered a refund because we were a "no show." I explained to Expedia that they should then be responsible since they are vouching for this company by having them on their website. They declined to refund as well. I asked for the trip that would take us back to the airport to be canceled as there was no way we would be using them and was told it wasn't possible since it was a package deal that was already "started." I emailed Shuttle Central directly and was told we arrived passed the "time allotment" but couldn't tell me what that magical allotment was or show me where it states that we would be left if our flight was delayed. I finally said that I would send all the screenshots and info to my credit card company instead because this was ridiculous. Within a few hours, Expedia sent me an email that said "Great news! Shuttle Central is providing a refund."

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is a completely scam and just a bunch of liars. I can’t believe a company like Expedia works with them. They have a business model where they give un achievable waiting times. They say if it takes longer than an hour to get with them, then it’s consider no show. Just to get your bags at the airport takes at least 45 min, and then you still need to go through immigration and walk outside. If you try to call them, it takes 45 min to get through…..and absolute scam. And taking to the taxi drivers, they said they do this all the time. I give them one star just because it won’t let me give them 0

Booked through Expedia, for a pick up from the airport on 03/20/23 and from the hotel back to the airport on 03/24/23. I was sent a confirmation link to fill out to confirm my pick up date and how many passengers were going to be with me which was 5. Was given instructions to look for the Shuttle Central sign. When we found the person holding the sign and confirmed my name he stated that it should only be me. He then gets on his phone and has us follow him to the area where the vans wait. Turns out that the van was not waiting at the airport like we were told that they would be. The person holding the sign then had us walk to a car that was waiting and spoke to that driver and the driver told him he would not take us because he was there waiting for a single passenger. After several calls by the person waiting for us and my wife calling the company we were then taken to another area where supposedly the van had arrived. When we got there, there was actually no van that was with Shuttle Central. Finally after about 40 minutes after making contact with the person holding the sign we were finally being picked up. On the morning we were being picked up to be taken to the airport the van was there time.
