        Amazing Experience – A Must-See in Barbados!
I had an excellent experience! The monkeys were absolutely adorable, and we can see how workers feed them, which was a highlight of the visit. The Wildlife Reserve is home to many fascinating animals, and Huntes Garden is truly a hidden gem—small but incredibly cozy and bursting with color. It’s a must-see for anyone visiting Barbados! To top it off, we enjoyed a delicious fish lunch. Absolutely no regrets about spending my half-day this way—it was well worth it!

Plenty to see with this one
Great time snorkeling, crew were really friendly and safety conscious. Saw a turtle, stingray and many other fish along with two shipwrecks, all in all a great experience especially for my partner who has never been snorkeling before.

Highly recommend this private tour with Chris!
Chris was an excellent guide. She was very knowledgeable and also most personable which made our day very pleasant. It was our first time to Barbados and she put together a perfect itinerary - including Speightstown, Animal Flower Cave, Rum Punch stop at local bar, surfing beach, Cherry Tree Hill and Huntes Gardens. We loved every minute!

Day tour (with Cris) Botanical Garden and Wildlife Preserve
Cris was the best tour guide! She was super prompt, and gave us great and interesting information, history of the island and answered any questions we asked of her. We enjoyed our day trip with her so much! Can’t wait to come back and cannot recommend Cris enough! What an asset to your tour company! She definitely made our day delightful, thanks again!

        Scenic trip
It was a nice trip! A little tight on seating room, but very informative and beautiful scenery! Stopped at many places along the way and saw some really old churches from the 1600's! Very educational!

Wonderful whole day tour at Barbados with Susan
We had wonderful whole day tour with our guide Susan. Pickup was very smooth as was the initial planning of the day. We had a rough plan, which Susan gave slight corrections due to her local knowledge. She drove us around the whole island and showed us the most marvelous places. When we had a beach stop, she just waited patiently and later even clarified per phone, if the one plantation house we wanted to visit was open at the day of our visit. She even showed us places, where the locals go for swimming, which turned out to be a wonderful beach, which was never meantioned in any touristic guide. All in all at extremly wonderful experience!

A Must-Do Tour in Beautiful Barbados
If you're wondering why there aren't more reviews for this tour, let me clear that up right now—this is a fantastic tour with a top-notch company. You can book it with confidence, knowing you'll get both quality and safety. And as a general life tip, if you're kind and respectful to the guides and fellow travelers, you'll have an even better time. Why Every Tour Needs a Guide Like Charles Charles is the kind of guide every tour needs. He’s personable, knowledgeable, and keeps things moving. Most stops have scheduled time slots, so he adjusted things as needed to ensure we saw everything. That’s just real-world logistics, folks. The Van Ride and Why a Cooling Towel is Your New Best Friend You’ll spend a decent amount of time in the van, especially on the way back. That’s just part of touring an island where hotels and resorts are scattered all over. The company does a smart thing by picking people up in groups and then dividing them into their specific tours at the first stop. It keeps things efficient, but just be prepared for some drive time from there on. The van has AC, but with the hills and turns, it can feel a little stuffy, and let’s be honest—it’s warm. That’s why you came to Barbados, right? If you get carsick, consider taking precautions. A cooling towel made a huge difference for me—just wet it, add a little ice at stops, and you’re set. I used the Sukeen 4 Pack Cooling Towel (40"x12"). Cold bottled water is also available, which helps. And remember, you came to Barbados for the warm weather! The island isn’t just a resort and an airport—it’s worth exploring. Tour Highlights Bathsheba Beach is stunning, with massive rock formations rising from the sand and waves crashing against the shore. We dipped our feet in the water and took in the view, but I would have loved a little more time here. We got about 10 minutes, which was shorter than planned to keep the overall schedule on track, but even a quick stop was worth it. Barbados Wildlife Reserve is home to an impressive number of tortoises, along with peacocks, chickens, and more. Of course, you’ll see the famous green monkeys! The monkeys get fed fresh fruit, so they aren’t shy about showing up. Just a word of advice—look up every now and then unless you want an unexpected "souvenir" from above. St Nicholas Abbey is packed with history and still fully operational today. We met the owner, who was surprisingly funny and clearly treats his team well. The tour takes you through the rum-making process from sugarcane crushing to bottling. There’s also an old film about the island’s history, followed by a tasting session. Another 10 to 15 minutes here would have been nice, but it was still a highlight of the day. Cherry Tree Hill offers one of the most breathtaking views on the island. No activities here—just a chance to take in the scenery and snap some photos. Lunch at Sand Dunes Bar and Restaurant was a standout meal. Flying fish, macaroni pie, rice, garden salad, and potato salad—authentic Bajan food that put resort buffets to shame. If you want real local flavors, this is it. Harrison’s Cave is an incredible underground cave system explored by tram. Be sure to complete the waiver before tour day, or you won’t be able to go in. The island is made of coral and limestone, not volcanic rock like many other islands in the region, and that’s why the tap water in Barbados tastes amazing. Unless you have a deep love for sparkling water, stick with the still water here—it’s naturally filtered through the island’s limestone. Final Thoughts This tour is absolutely worth it. The sites are stunning, the pacing is well thought out, and you get a real sense of the island beyond the resorts. Just be ready for some driving, bring a cooling towel, and enjoy the adventure.

        3 different turtles
We were sceptical when vooking in advance but didnt want to miss out on this opportunity. It was amazing value for money. We were aboard Tranquility and saw 3 different turtles, lots of fish and even some rays!

Great day on the beach and snorkel!
This was a great day! We got to spend a few hours on the beach under an umbrella then off to the boat for a 2-stop snorkel. First we saw a sting ray, multiple tarpon and other fish, then next stop was at a shipwreck with so many fish! And yet another sting ray was on the bottom. It was a great deal and a nice group of guides.

        Swimming with the fishes
We enjoyed our short boat trip & snorkelling. Although we didn’t see any turtles we did see a variety of colourful fish, a boat wreck and a stingray. The staff were very helpful in describing how to use the equipment and very encouraging of my wife who was not confident in her abilities. A rum punch at the end of the trip slipped down well! The trip was one of our holiday highlights!

My husband and I are first-timers to Barbados (from Raleigh, NC). We decided to do a couple of tours and used the same company for both, Beautiful Barbados Tours & Excursions (Highly Recommend their services). We had our first tour Sat, 9/3 and decided to wait until after our 2nd tour to post a review because we just couldn’t believe that a tour guide or service would be so stellar. But we had 2 incredibly wonderful tours and felt we MUST send reviews for both. Our experience was exceptional, the knowledge and pride in her job was over the top! To do this every day and still give first-class service was too amazing to believe. Lisa was truly a blessing for us! She answered all our questions, no matter how simple they seemed (with our lack of info on Barbadian culture and history). She knew we were new to the culture and was extremely personable, professional and kind. She made sure we understood the history and culture with a sense of pride that made you want to know more!. She let us share some of our states culture and interests as well which personalized the experience even more! We left the tour feeling honored, inspired and eager to learn more. Harrison’s Cave was amazing, again incredible guides, and worth the visit. We never felt rushed! Hunte’s Gardens were breathtaking with a zen-like atmosphere, we would definitely go back to both. The ride to/from allowed us to see a bit of the island and we stopped off at some beautiful points of interest! My husband and I recommend this tour 110%

Veronica our guide was fabulous, she was very knowledgable & gave us a great insight into the history of the beautiful island of Barbados. Her taxi was very clean & comfortable & we were driven around expertly by her we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. I was so very grateful to Veronica for bringing back my mobile phone, I unfortunately dropped in her taxi with so many precious photos can not thank her enough for her kindness. We both would highly recommend this tour guide Veronica and the company for your excursions on the Island.

This is a great excursion. Had a wonderful, funny, and informative guide Glien (sp?) who was clearly very passionate about his country, and he had fun, memorable facts and stories about Barbados. It was approximately 1 hour for the tram tour at Harrison’s cave, and 1 hour at Hunte’s Gardens. There was also a 15 minute stop at Bathsheba, but I thought we would get some time there to grab lunch or sit by the beach, but it was really more of a viewpoint and then we left. I think it would’ve been more enjoyable to be able to sit at the little cafe there and enjoy some food or a drink, but there wasn’t enough time. He had small cold waters for us in the van, which was a nice touch, but he didn’t want us eating snacks in the van, so we were a bit hungry by the time we got back to the hotel and almost missed lunch time. The garden were beautiful but small, so I think we could’ve spent less time there.

It was a very good “highlights” tour overall, but a little expensive for what it was. We did enjoy ourselves, though. Hotel pick up and drop off was great and the company was very communicative.

Charles was very friendly driver on our private tour (booked as public tour but during slow season we were the only 2 on the tour). He told us about the island history, and described what we were driving by. Picked up on time at hotel by 9am, dropped off about 130pm. Thank goodness we brought a few snacks and water, as no chance to get any during tour. The tram tour at Harrison's Cave was well worth it, yes you do get dripped on but not excessively hot or humid in cave. We thoroughly enjoyed Hunte's Gardens, amazing tropical plants and met 90+ year old Anthony, the master botanist who planned and keeps up the gardens. Bathsheba was a quick stop just to compare the rough cliffs/rocks of the Eastern coast to the sandy Western coast.

This was a really good trip which covered some things that were on our bucket list and that we’d have struggled to see without a hire car. Lisa was an excellent guide. She told us a lot about Barbados on the journey and she looked after the group at each stage so there was no chance to get lost! Hunte’s garden was a real treat. I’ve not been to any garden like it- really compact, peaceful, beautiful. And plenty of places to sit and enjoy the view of the spectacular plants. Harrison’s cave was also very different to any other cave I’ve been to and the tour ended with a stop at Bathsheba to see the wonderful coast scenery. A great trip.

It was a nice tour and Charles was a great guide. We were impressed with Harrison Cave as well as Hunte's garden and we learned a lot from Charles about Barbados history and a way of living. He was very professional, friendly and engaged and never got tired from answering our many questions.

We had a wonderful time today visiting Harrison's Cave, Hunte's Gardens and Bathsheba. The timing and scheduling was perfect. We wish we had to taken this trip earlier in our holiday, as our driver/tour guide Ryan educated us with a summarised history of Barbados as he took us between destinations. If we were to return to the island, we'd love to take this tour again!

I cannot speak highly enough of our guide, Lisa, or the attractions we visited. Lisa was professional, prompt and organized; she ran our tour with an efficiency you just don’t usually see in the islands. Her knowledge base was very impressive when it came to not only the history and landmarks of Barbados, but everything from local food and cooking to pop culture. She kept us engaged and entertained the whole time. It rained on and off all day and we still thoroughly enjoyed our tour.

Hunts Garden and Bathsheba are absolutely not to be missed when visiting Barbados. Harrison’s cave should be high on your list as well, a great tour even from the tram. Hunts garden is absolutely amazing, you have to see it to believe it and Bathsheba is like taking a real life visit to a postcard.

Nice tour by tour guide Kwayme. Note tickets are non refundable despite any bad weather.

Cave tour was great staff fun and relaxed and property has many activities but tour only alloted for cave tour. Would suggest a return on your own to see everything.

Hunte's garden nice tropical flowers but BEWARE lots of steps...ALL steps steep hills. Wish there was a warning about this not even at the gate entrance!

3rd stop a quick picture stop would hardly call this a tour stop.

Cons: Bus travel was far and through rough back roads yes a real back buster. Was sore and glad tour was over. Not sure if tour guide is told to use backroads or just there local knowledge but makes for an uncomfortable ride for sure

Loved this well organized tour! We were collected from our accommodation and driven to meet our driver (based on tour selected) at Harrison’s Cave. Our tour guide at the cave, Sandra, had such a lovely manner and her voice alone was enough to stir excitement. These caves are remarkable and jaw dropping, the history is unbelievable. Could easily have spent more time here! And the same with Hunte’s Garden, can’t be accurately described, at least not by me in any way to do it justice! MUST MUST MUST SEE! Also loved our stop at Bathsheba, spellbinding. My only suggestion would be to stay here for an hour, with lunch. I did not want to leave. Love this well-run tour and highly recommend them.
