About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Y1139WJwendyg0 contributionsOut of this worldRaad and his family made my daughter and I feel really welcome, safe, warm and comfortable. It was a trip of a lifetime and I will go back for longer. We arrived for the sunset tour and broke fast with other Bedouins by a camp fire and chatted, it was incredible. Returning back to camp under the clear sky full of stars was awesome. We were well fed, looked after and had a great time meeting other travellers and playing cards by the fire in the tent. The mountains changed throughout the day with different colours and shadows, it was amazing, and the sense of quiet was so peaceful. The points of interest in the tour was fascinating and there was a blend of exploring and experience. If you want to connect to our wonderful planet this is definitely worth a visit. Contact Raad directly and he will organise everything you need for a wonderful life changing experience.Written March 17, 2024
- thamas850 contributionsIt was a great experienceNice camp, Raab and his family was very friendly, the jeep tour was good. They prepared for the guests local food.Written October 18, 2023
- martinacR8467VM0 contributionsA magical experienceThe staff was really amazing, starting with the owner, Ra'ad, who allowed us to check in late at no extra charge and helped us choose the best tour for us, to the driver of the camp, Mohammed, a really delightful and helpful person, who accompanied us from the village to the camp and then through the desert tour acting as a guide. The chef made us live a real Bedouin culinary experience, with rich and delicious dinner and breakfast. Our tent with private bathroom was wonderful and clean, with a large patio where you can enjoy the sunset and the starry sky, the bed was very comfortable and the shower spacious. We regret only spent one night here.Written September 23, 2023
- awadw20220 contributionsNice Bedouin experience with RaadWe had it booked through your website and everything was fulfilled in detail. The reservation was in order, no surprises. We had booked the full-day jeep tour with a night in the camp, but as we went we added a half-hour camel ride to the first stage of the tour. Overcoming the initial fear of the camel, the journey was fascinating. Upon arrival in Lawrence Spring we were greeted by our driver-guide, great, funny, friendly, always ready to help you with anything, good cook, great singer, great driver and with that touch of madness that fits so well with a desert adventure . Thanks!"Written July 29, 2023

I took a jeep tour and I saw outstanding sites around + unforgetble sunset + sunrize. The Camp was orginized and lovley. The diner was otentic and tasty. - ckaoworldtraveler0 contributionsGood tourEverything was great except for a few minor disconnects on the meeting point and full explanation of each attraction from the driver. I think he was more a driver than a Bedouin tour guide was I wanted.Written November 30, 2022

- denisedcj0 contributionsThe best experience I could ast for!Wadi Rum its an essential visit when going to Jordan. It is so beautiful that everywhere you look is amazinly beautiful! I spent a few night in the desert guided by Raad, the best guide I could wish for! He is super flexible to adapt to whatever we asked for, has extensive knowledge of the area and he is also friendly and warm with people. The camp was equiped with clean toilets, warm shower and confortable beds, and even in the cold winter I was cozy and warm at night. And the food... Amazing! The experience overall is the type of story I will tell my grandchildren when I get older. I'm so happy I want to go back again!Written November 26, 2021

We had a 4 hour tour with Raad in the immersive Wadi Rum desert. We had nice time, saw the best places in the reserve area and also he got us to hidden gems of the desert. Raad was talkative, good in English and very good host. We could do some easy hikes in canyons and also ride a camel, which was a funny and relaxing experience. The tour is a good value for money, you can see the most of the desert, have som time at the sights, but more relaxing day if you book a full day program. After the tour we had a nice lunch with traditional food and bedouin tea. Thanks Raad!

I must say that the 4 hour jeep tour and overnight at the Magic Bedouin Star Camp, it was the best experience during our trip to Jordan. Riad (hopefully I wrote it correctly), who is the owner of the mentioned camp, was very helpful and friendly guy. He organized for us the 4 hours jeep tour through main points of Wadi Rum desert. Nothing has happend in a hurry. At all attraction we had as much time as we wanted. Also lunch is included in price od the tour.
After the trip, we spent the night at Magic Bedouin Star Camp which is well-kept and very clean. We additionally ordered the dinner (breakfast is included in price). I reccomend it to everybody, because it is chance to try tradicional food.
After dinner, in the evening, we had a surprise. Riad organized bonfire. We were drinking tea, watching stars. The silence at the desert is fascinating.
Everything was on the highest level. The camp should be called Magic Budouin Million Star Camp.
Riad, once more, thank you for everything, especially for the tea gift which brings memories of that time.
