The Jeep you is highly overpriced and they covered only 5 places in 5 hours. We were expecting to see the sunset for long however we had to Leave early because of cutoff time being 6:30 PM

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with them. At first, I thought they were doing just fine with these positive reviews, after all I guess it’s best to book directly through camp, the excursions are more or less the same. Eid’s response was fast however I never received any confirmation and I had to reconfirm many times with him. Still the driver was late and only showed up after 30 mins and we were so insecure while waiting and dealing it. Then we still have to stop at Petrol station, somebody house (really no idea) and packed lunch. From others review, it seems like the lunch was arranged at one of the campsites, but all we got was the overcharged packed lunch from the morning. We booked a full day Jeep tour, then only we realized they skipped places like Burdah Rock Bridge, Sand Dunes and Nabataean Temple. Driver was very kind and helpful but he hardly speak English, so I’m not sure whether he knows his assignment but we didn’t bothered much and just wanted to enjoy spectacular landscapes. Unfortunately, we left one phone at Lawrence’s Spring, our driver was very helpful and coordinated with company and his friend. So bro of Eid will meet us half way to pass us the phone, then only he asked JOD30 for less than 1km drive as delivery fees which we never discussed before. Well he said this money will be shared with our driver which is fine because we know how the system works. What really stunned us is he refused to pay the poor driver share after he took the money and left. What a shameless and disrespectful fella! Driver was very upset and furious for the unfair treatment, we could just go back and pick up the phone, and let him to have the money for supporting his family. After all, we still tip him another JOD30 to make him happy. In conclusion, it's just not our day.

Such a special place with spectacular scenery & an insightful tour. Sharaway was helpful fun interesting & friendly. Nabatean Temple, Lawrence’s spring & home, tea with Bedouins, dunes, climbs culminating in a truly aesthetic desert sunset. Highly recommend.

Great tour in Wadi Rum with a very nice guide. Fantastic views, amazing landscape. Good discussions with the guide who cooked us a tasty meal for lunch.

We did the 3 hour tour. The driver Shteiwi was very friendly and had good communication skills. The price was right and the contact with the owner was fluid and accurate. Very good experience. We would repeat the tour with them.

Experience of a lifetime, Eid is very responsive, he customized our program based on our requirement. Even though only communicated via WA, everything going smooth and well organized, Sammy and his little brother were awesome guides, despite our language barrier, we enjoyed having tea at the badouine tent cafe, dinner were nice too

Our driver arrived 2 hours without giving us any notice on account that the manager had ‘problems with his internet all morning’. Other than that, the tour was nice and beautiful and the driver nice and polite. We are a bit sad that we couldn’t enjoy sand boarding more.

Booked weeks in advance. Received a text less than 1 hour for our private jeep tour asking if we would let another family join our jeep tour. We didn't want this as we knew from previous experience space would be limited. Arrived at the meeting point to be greeted by driver. Taken to jeep which had no seats on the back just some cushions and blankets to sit on!! This left my mom.no choice but to sit inside which totally took away the experience on the back. We had no shade, the sides were very hot. We had no phone reception or WiFi to contact company at this point so had to accept what we were given. I had to prompt the guide to stop to buy water and there were no sandboards!! Every time we stopped he made us wait for him to have his shish and drink. He offered to swap the jeep whilst at a stop point in the middle if the desert but did not offer this before we left. Why would we accept the offer of being left in the desert with no phone signal? It was pretty clear the other guide had taken our designated jeep out with the family who had turned up even though we had ore booked. I was told a manager would be called after, not heard anything since. There are plenty of companies to do thus experience, I would strongly avoid this one!

It was amazing. The guide was kind. Totally recommend. We saw a lot off desert sights. Next time we will also sleep in desert. We bought an amazing beduin tea.

Booked the trip for my family. We were a bit apprehensive at first considering the tour was 5 hours long and we had a 2 year old with us but the time just flew by and my 2 year old totally enjoyed every minute of it. The tour is well paced out with a stop for some delicious local Bedouin lunch as well as some local tea. Our guide was very friendly and explained all the different sites to us. All in all it was totally worth it!

We had the tour with tourguide Suliman. Very relaxing in beautiful Wadi Rum, Enough time to view the places and drink a tea.

Everything about this trip was surreal. I highly recommend booking with them for your Wadi Run tours. I currently study abroad and had family visit recently, I booked and everything went smoothly. Amazing people, food, music, rooms, everything was simply amazing. I highly recommend and will book here again in the future:)))
