          Worst tour experience
Worst guide ,driver and worst tour , the guide and the driver ganged up on our group. They culturally discriminated us and complained on bunch of friends who were away on holiday.. really disappointed.. if you get tour guide Lisa and driver costas please cancel and ask for money back. The driver yelled at our group n threatned to drop us of middle of nowhere and the agency did not help at all

          Very pleasant day out
Enjoyable day out at the Blue Lagoon. It began with a coach journey of about an hour, with a stop on the way to see a shipwreck and a banana plantation. These were mildly interesting but the most enjoyable bit was the boat trip to the Blue Lagoon. The lagoon isn’t particularly bluer than the surrounding sea, and it isn’t a lagoon either, more of a bay, but it was a lovely spot for swimming in the (pretty cold - but it was mid-March) sea. The boat trip, including our and back and the stop for swimming, was about 2 1/2 hours. Then back on the coach and a quick stop at the baths of Aphrodite (again mildly interesting), and then onto Polis for lunch. The restaurant they recommended was a pleasant spot, facing the town square, and the service was very efficient, although food fairly mixed (very good octopus, moussake inadequately microwaved). Then back to Paphos. At 5 hours in total it’s quite a long day but it was very enjoyable.

Perfect end to our holiday !
The trip is a really great experience to explore more of Cyprus and also have a dip in the beautiful blue lagoon. I did this experience for my partners birthday which was the last full day of our holiday! It was a shame it was our last day as I felt if we had done the experience sooner we would have booked more trips with them/ visited the areas we explored abit more. We luckily had a hot day in March which meant we could swim in the blue lagoon, the water was crystal clear but sadly no fish to see there! We stopped for lunch in the old polis town and the food was beautiful! Every stop we did was fantastic with beautiful views of Cyprus. All in all the trip was perfect

          Well worth the money!!!
This was an amazing day out and well worth the money!! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We got to see loads of places we otherwise probably wouldn’t have been able to see but the highlight of course was the blue lagoon which was beautiful 😍 a very well organised day and I’d highly recommend. Pick up and drop off was very effective as well and took about 45 minutes each way to do all the pick ups and drop off so recommend bringing something to do in case you need entertaining 😆

          Wonderful tour of Troodos Mountains
An excellent day trip. Anna, our guide, was very knowledgeable about all the places we saw, the island as a whole and Cypriot culture. The mountain villages were beautiful and a different atmosphere to the coast. Lovely cafes and artisan shops. So much good food. Winery tasting was very entertaining and I have never even seen Blue wine before, and its all natural. Along the way we saw Aphrodite’s rock and waterfall up in the mountains. Great value and a good balance between guided tour and free time.

          Packed itinerary, poor service
I should start off by saying that the tour itself packs in a LOT, which is great. However, don’t expect a “guided tour” - the guide was upfront on the coach that this would be a self-guided tour, after info was given to us on the bus. If you’re looking for a tour that drives you between destinations, then this is the tour for you. However, it wasn’t quite what I expected. In the morning, the coach was late picking us up and due to a fault with the microphone, we had to make an unscheduled stop at the Rock of Aphrodite - which is on almost every tour itinerary, so nobody was thrilled about. By the time we got going, we had lost a significant amount of time. Viola, our guide didn’t have the best English (by her own admission, she had only been learning for the last 2 years), so despite plenty of good will, it became a little disappointing that we couldn’t follow a lot of what was being said whilst on the bus re the history of Cyprus. With that said, she did try hard to make sure we were all having a good time and she was enthusiastic throughout. The disappointment really set in when we got to the Salt Lake. Viola tried to manage expectations that we might not see flamingos, but to the disappointment of many of us on the coach, we didn’t even get to see a glimpse of the mosque. I suspect due to loss of time earlier in the day, we stopped “only to take photos” on the opposite side of the salt lake, meaning we couldn’t see the mosque at all. My biggest gripe of the day was our driver, Nikolas, who almost crashed the bus on 2-3 occasions and was honestly quite rude and dismissive. For instance, I tried to ask him for help while he was outside the bus smoking a cigarette, but he brushed me away and shouted “no english”. I used Google Translate to show him in Greek and he waved me away. He didn’t think to once mention that Viola was on the bus and able to answer my question. I tried to be positive all day, but the tour felt overpriced for the level of professionalism it offered - so when I got off the bus (after it had missed my hotel drop off, and I had to walk home) and didn’t tip, I was met with an icy reception from Viola and Nikolas. The day in general felt very rushed - I’m sure in part due to the unavoidable technical issues with the bus, and in part due to the packed itinerary. If you’re looking for a tour that ticks off destinations for quick photo stops, this is great. However, not ideal if you want to have more than a few quick pics in any one destination.

a perfect taste of mountain life in Cyprus
A perfect day out with an EXCELLENT tour guide and driver. We really enjoyed experiencing the mountain glory of Cyprus along with hearing of the ancient world influences, such as Aphrodite's Black Rock. Our guide was helpful in all ways, even when recommending an outstanding restaurant, the Black Geese. Wonderful day out.

Amazing tour with a great host
What an amazing day! 🌴☀️🛻 Konstantinos is a fantastic host & guide. He is very passionate about the island and has a wealth of information. The locations were stunning, and there was never a boring moment. He brought the island alive with his information and tours to the various locations. The Land Rover is an absolute star, and you can't miss it 😁. I would 100% recommend taking a tour with Cyprus Sunshine Safari Tours. You will not be disappointed. The tour lasts all day, and you are picked up and dropped off outside your hotel. It's only a small group, so the tour feels more special, and your not packed in. There's no rush at the locations and it is all very relaxed 😊.

          Best tour we have experienced
Honestly, the best tour I have ever been on. Exceptional value. Anna was a fantastic guide. Lots of interesting information about Cyprus, but never overloading. And no forced fun like some trips! But it was particularly impressive how well Anna knew the villages and the local people there. We learned so much more about the island, and saw beautiful villages and spectacular scenery that we would never have realised how we stayed on the coast.

          Five star service!
The tour itself was amazing - a beautiful balance of short manageable journeys and fascinating sights. We loved Aphrodites Rock, the villages, the waterfall and the wine tasting. Best of all were the staff. My husband has some mobility issues and Viola went out of her way to include him, supported by her colleague Galina in another mini bus who drove him when he couldn't join the walk. Both of these women are a credit to the company.

          100% worth it
This was our second tour with Constructour agency and the best of the two we went on (the other was to Nicosia). Travelled in a mini coach with our lovely guide Anna and friendly driver George and saw and learned lots about the real Cyprus which we hope will lodge somewhere in our grey matter! We visited the Linos winery as Lambouri was closed due to bank holiday, thoroughly enjoyed the wine tasting there and the rainbow colours of the various wines. If you only do one tour during your stay, do this.

What a great experience! Enjoyed the views throughout the tour. Walked the Avakas Gorge after a wet week by Cyprus standards so the stream crossings were a little tricky/wet/muddy - you should definitely be wearing suitable footwear (unless you choose to sit this bit out). Sterna Winery was great tasting their lovely wines. Baths of Aphrodite probably look better in the spring/summer & almost wish I’d skipped lunch to spend more time walking there rather than sitting in the restaurant they suggest. Coastal views there are great.
Edro III Shipwreck is quite a sight. All in all, great value, a full day out, good experience of off-roading too and seeing views in the Akamas you could never realistically achieve on foot or in any normal hire car in a month of Sundays.
        Highly recommend.

A prompt pick up by Mario. There were 7 of us altogether in the jeep. Mario was knowledgeable and funny.
We started off at the gorge, which was a great first stop considering the temperature. It would have been a different experience at mid day and not as an enjoyable walk. Mario pointed out the different plants and trees.
We had plenty of time at the different stops, allowing for photos and exploration, particularly at Aphrodite Beach and bath where we could buy lunch too at the restaurant, overlooking the sea. Mario also stopped at a banana plantation and explained the growth of bananas to us.
The trip advert mentions visiting a winery for tasting. Mario said this was no longer part of the tour as there is now a 5 Euro charge. However, a few of us wanted to do this so Mario took us and we paid the fee. Perhaps this should be made clear in the trip advert.
Overall, a super trip allowing us to see more of Paphos and Cyprus.
        Thank you! 🤩

Dear Angela, We are thrilled to hear about your positive experience on the tour captained by Mario. It certainly sounds like you had an absorbing and informative journey, covering not just the breathtaking love beach at Aphrodite and the gorge, but also the banana plantation and a bit about flora. Your busyness during the trip, the exploration, pictures, and the knowledge you gained reflects a well-planned trip. I apologize for any confusion about the winery visit. We appreciate your feedback and will certainly look into updating the information in our tour advertisement to clarify any changes, such as the additional fee for the winery. We appreciate your kind words and hope to serve you again in the future. Best Regards, Customer Experience Team Constructour

This jeep safari was the highlight of my week in Cyprus! Since I was travelling alone and didn’t want to rent a car, the jeep safari was perfect opportunity to discover the island.
Our guide Super Mario was very safe and experienced driver. He constantly asked about the well-being of all passengers and took into account all wishes.
We had 2,5 hours to spend at the beach which was perfect for sunbathing, swimming and eating in the local seafood restaurant.
In the end of our trip, we had to choose as a group if we wanted to visit local villages and a coffee shop or go to wine tasting. He even offered that we can separate the group into two, so everyone could choose their favourite activity.

This Jeep safari was not what it was advertised on Trip Advisor! There was no air conditioned vehicle (unless opened windows counts!) so be prepared for a very hot, uncomfortable trip (bench seats on either side of jeep). The driver was more concerned about getting everyone to the Blue Lagoon for a longer swim, which wasn’t even on the itinerary and consequently cut many of the other stops short; so places we wanted to spend time at such as Lara Bay, the sea caves & ship wreck etc were cut short so people could go to the Blue Lagoon which of course for us was irrelevant as we had not brought any swimming gear as it wasn’t on the itinerary (and we weren’t the only ones). Also be aware that the descent down to the tiny weeny Blue Lagoon beach is not easy…… especially if you have dodgy knees! As a result of this I will be trying to get my money back. On a more positive note, the driver was very knowledgeable and obviously a good off road driver, which he needed to be as some of the journey was quite scary…… not something for anyone frightened of heights!

I had a great time on this trip! I really enjoyed the nice mix of jeep driving and exploring the sites. I got a ton of great photos. I was very thankful that the company was still open during the low/off season (mid-November) and it was a great group of folks on the tour. There was a mix-up in payment and what was advertised vs. what we did, but the company promptly rectified it! I was very impressed with the responsiveness and customer service. I definitely recommend this trip, as you are able to see a lot in a short amount of time and go to places not accessible by public transit or by a regular car.

My wife and I, both in our mid-sixties, but certainly not OAPs by any stretch of the imagination, did this trip and it wasn't too bad a day content wise, but the transport was another thing.

The 'jeep' was in fact a 33 year old Toyota Landcruiser, which certainly would not have passed an MOT back in the UK. It could accommodate 12 passengers (10 sitting facing each other in two rows in the back, and two seated in front), and was one of the most uncomfortable vehicles I've ever travelled in. If you want to ride in any sort of luxury then this is not the trip for you. My wife and I sat in the back just behind the driver, and both of us agreed that travelling around in this 'jeep' was not in the least bit fun. The seats have a metal bar about halfway down your back that is more than a little uncomfortable, and the padding ceased to be useful probably a long time in the past. There was a metal bar in the roof to hold onto, which you needed to do more often than not due to the fact that you are on bumpy tracks for a good part of the day. The windows along the side of the vehicle are useless to take in the scenery as your seating position means that your eye level is in line with the padding on the roof, so the only way you can really see anything is to crouch forward, which obviously becomes uncomfortable after a while. At the end of the trip both myself and my wife had sore backs, bottoms and arms with sitting with our arms above our heads holding onto the roof bars. My advice, if you are going to use this company, is to take something padded to sit on and to protect your back. There were seatbelts, but some were broken. There were 7 of us in the back and 1 in front so space wasn't too bad, but don't take too much baggage, as only 3 of us had small rucksacks which were a bit of a nightmare to get into a good position to get your legs in between. I seriously would not want to be on this trip if the vehicle was ever full to the maximum. I've included some photos of the 'jeep'along with this review.

The driver/guide was quite young, and seemed a bit inexperienced. He was rather shy, introverted and very quiet. His command of English, although obviously far better than our knowledge of the local language, was at times making it hard, along with his quietness, to understand what he was telling us. Put it this way, he was not a natural at this job, and should seriously be thinking about another vocation. He was not too bad a driver and we never felt in any danger, but he worried us by his propensity to travel along the middle of the main highways.

Like I've said the content of the trip was very good, and we especially liked the trek up the gorge and the visit to the winery. We did visit some extremely beautiful parts of the island that sort of made the battering we were taking in the 'jeep' seem worthwhile, but both of us agreed that we'd never take another trip with this particular company. I've still given the trip a rating of 'Very Good' as I don't think the next one down of 'Average' would be a fair assessment of this excursion.

An extraordinary day! Discovering this part of Cyprus is a real pleasure! Breathtaking landscapes, a top guide who is also an exceptional driver, who took us on trails that we would never have ventured on alone. And what about swimming in the Blue Lagoon...simply magical! We highly recommend!

It was an amazing and fun trip but didnt get to go turtle bay as it wasnt the season. The best part was blue lagoon as the water was crysal clear and the veiw was amazing and very shallow for those who cant swim...Our tour guide mario or Luigi as he likes to be called was so funny we never stop laughing. The history of the island was well explained and we had enough time to relax at each stop and take photos. We went to the ship wreck at the sea cave then took a walk to the gorge, then to Baths Of Aphrodite, then blUe lagoon, then ate at Baths Of Aphrodite restaurant and finally to Adonis waterfall.

Amazing company! We were with a big group of 26 people. And they where always really helpful, patient, thoughtful, understanding, on time and making every effort to create a great trip for our customers. We absolute love their tour guides as well! Give it up for Anrijs, Lisa, Liga, Viola, 100% Cyprus tour guide and the ever charming Mario & Andreas! Would definitely go here again, when visiting Cyprus.
