That authentic swim under a waterfall experience and more!

A brilliant day out with our friendly, helpful and knowledgeable guide Chenda! As usual he apologised for his "bad English" but it was pretty good really and never caused any communication issues. He was brilliant at taking photos of us and others on the tour during the day and shared them over airdrop at the end of the tour which was a lovely touch.
All parts of the tour were great and although the lunch stop was a little more expensive than other places back in Siem Reap, the food was lovely and came pretty quickly. Driver was good and never felt unsafe, especially on the narrow twisting dirt roads to get up the mountain.
On a hot day like yesterday a good length swim in the waterfall was just what we needed. You get to stand right under the falling water which gives a natural kind of massage and it wasn't rushed at all.
Not to forget the river carvings made 1200 years ago, the reclining Buddha and viewpoint overlooking the Kulen National park were brilliant.
Highly recommended experience whilst your in Siem Reap.

What An Experience!

The river with the 1000 Lingas was truly unique and mind blowing.

Khulen Waterfall is a lovely sight and a welcoming cool swim.

The walk to the falls took 10 mins. A make shift changing room and lockers are available at a small cost at the falls.

The view from up there is breathtaking.

We were fortunate to have Chenda as our guide.
He is a fun, friendly, knowledgable and seasoned person and even came prepared with water and wet wipes!
He's also good a taking photos!

Wonderful tour to Phnom Kulen

I am unable to pinpoint just ONE favorite part of the tour. It was just a wonderful tour from start to finish.
Our guide, Chenda, shared an amazing insight into the unique khmer culture and history with us.
He made sure to show it from deferent angles with all its beauty.
He made sure to document the trip with pictures for us, which was a nice touch!

The driver, Phyrom, made the bumpy roads feel smooth. I was even able to fall asleep for a while while driving on the mountain 😄

The customer service was fantastic. Deepool took all elements into consideration, and reconfirmed our booking by calling us and made sure we understood the process.

I would recommend this experience to everybody travelling to Siem Reap or near. This was an experience I will forever treasure.

Our tour had 4 people including the 2 of us so it was pretty much a private tour. Our tour guide, Chenda, was really informative and patient in answering our questions. He even added on an additional place into our itinerary to enjoy great views of the mountain. Our driver, La, was experienced as well and we enjoyed a smooth ride throughout the journey. Overall, a great experience if you’re looking something else to do in Siem Reap other than touring Angkor Wat.

Chenda and Yeng were great

The tour was incredible. We took a trip to the 1000 lingas river as well as a nearby Buddhist temple and waterfall on the Kulen mountains.

Chenda was our guide and Yeng was the driver. Both were kind, helpful, and polite. Chenda gave us a lot of great background knowledge about the sites, particularly the 1000 lingas. He also recommended some cheap authentic local food to try on the way to each location which was much appreciated.

I would wholeheartedly recommend both Chenda and Yeng to anyone looking to take a tour around one of the many landmarks near Siem Reap.

Great discovery of the mountain

We had a really good with our guide Chenda who showed us everything in the Kulen mountain and was really friendly and interresting. We saw the river, the amazing reclaining Buddha and had a swim under the waterfalls. We went to the restaurant after the tour, but it was ok because we tasted local delicacies throughout the whole tour ! A must do if you stay many days in Siem Reap 😃

Beautiful mountain and waterfall tour.
I can highly recommend this tour that takes you up a mountain to see Kulen Waterfall. We were picked up at our hotel and taken to the office to transfer to the tour bus.

We met our tour guide, Bunny, who was so kind and friendly. He told us his life story which was an inspiration to me and my girlfriend. Just being able to listen to Bunny talk is worth the price of the ticket alone.

He took us to a lovely mountainside spot and helped everyone in the group with taking pictures. Then we continued up the mountain, heading to the waterfall (the walk is not difficult so don't worry).
He invited us all to meditate for five minutes during a rest period which was a nice experience. After that we saw the reclining Buddah statue.

The waterfall itself is stunning and we stayed for 45 minutes. You can use a private changing room for 50 cents if you need to change into your swimming clothes but you don't have to swim if you don't want to.

We ate at a nice restaurant at around 2:30 but we had a chance to buy snacks earlier so the late lunch was fine for us.

What a fantastic experience that we will never forget and we felt so lucky and blessed to meet Bunny.

Fabulous and Enlightening
Solo
Joined the tour with 2 other men from Saudi. Our tour guide, Mr Chenda gave us a very enriching and excellent experience, sharing his knowledge and his vast experience of Kulen Mountain.
He is very polite, helpful and enjoyed taking photos. The driver too ensured our safety and quickly opens and closes the door for us each time. Me Chenda also introduced some of the local food on our way to the reclining Buddha temple.

The 1000s shivalingas and reclining Vishnu and Lakshmi was truly amazing. The dip in the waterfall was exciting and He also briefed safety guidelines to ensure we are safe whilst he took videos and photos for our group.

Not forgetting the breathtaking scenic view of the mountain to get some good video and shots.

Though Kulen mountain is 60km away from downtown and the road leading to the top is bumpy, it was all worth it. It was a satisfying day out there.

Kudos to Mr Chenda and our driver for ensuring a safe and fabulous tour. Special thanks to Deepol who recommended this tour on my free day. Highly recommend Siem Reap Shuttle Tour for quality and warm service.

We had a nice day at Mount Kulen, good to be a in the forest during the warm hours. Chenda was a perfect guide, very knowledgeable and gave a big insight into the Cambodian history and answered all our questions. The waterfall and the view from Mount Kulen was breathtaking. Defintely Worth a visit! Also good to try some of the local streetfood on the mountain, pancakes with rice and fried banana! Very tasty and very cheap!

The restaurant on the way home felt a bit unecessesary and also a bit overpriced compared to normal Cambodian standards.

Awesome experience in kulen waterfall

1000 lingas was interesting and reclining Buddha was marvellous. Waterfall was fun. The tour guide Bunny helped us to understand the history of every single thing. His English was very fluent and easy to understand. I would recommend to visit these places with a tour guide like Bunny
