Dude on the bus talked too much didn’t let us sleep or relaxed he gave me a headache I would’ve liked to be left alone for a 3-4 hour drive

We had an amazing time. Rodrigues was a fantastic and knowledgeable tour guide who made sure we saw everything on the itinerary and more!! We never felt rushed and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!! We can know say we have eaten cheese ice cream too!! Only negative is that the pick up could be closer to the hotel and the mini bus was not very comfortable.

It was a great experience and the tour guides Miriam and Leo were very knowledgeable about the history. I would recommend this tour for anyone that’s taking a quick weekend trio to the city

Roberto, from Panoramex Tours & Travel, was an amazing tour guide. He was very warm and welcoming guide. His vast experience and knowledge of the locations we tour made us excited and immersed. He took us to Los 3 Portillos, Chapala Lake, and Ajijic. He took us to an amazing seafood restaurant with a lovely view of the Chapala lake. We also appreciated a stop at a local candy store. an absolutely amazing tour, from the guides to the driver, just excellence. The cenote was beautiful but my favorite part was definitely chinchanitza, to be honest its hard to impress me on tours but to experience chinchanitza with a guide that was not only myan but actually grew up in chinchanitza before it became a world wonder, mind-blowing. Book this tour, you will not be sorry.

It was a great experience with a well informed guide. She was kind and friendly and spoke Excellent English. I learned a lot about the history of Mexico and its people.

Our group was divided into Spanish-speaking & English-speaking w/c was a handful & where I belonged. Pastor was good but went w/ d Spanish group; ours took so long w/ his narrative & we ended up rushing for our souvenir shots & missed d Mayan ritual w/c were both a huge disappointment to our small group of English-speakers. Lunch was so-so, I’m not a fan of tequila, there were not good shops for souvenirs in Valladolid. Cenote was d winner: cool, refreshing… I wished we were given more time to soak & have fun rather than listening for an hour to our guide’s narrative

Yair and Gia were amazing tour guides that seamlessly shared interesting and important facts in English and Spanish as my family and I enjoyed fun experiences on a boat with a Mariachi band, during a Mexican buffet, visiting the Frida Kahlo blue house, meeting Raphael, and so much more. Highly recommend this tour!

I enjoyed the trip, but it wasn’t the best I’ve had. The highlight for me was the Cenote—the cold, refreshing water was truly memorable. However, the buffet didn’t quite hit the mark and wasn’t to my taste. The rest of the tour was just okay. If asked whether I’d do this tour again, my answer would be no. Once was enough for this experience.

Both places were amazing for different reasons. The museum is great for history and understanding Mexico and Mexico City's history and heritage. If you do not speak Spanish you need a guide. The Castle is beautiful and offers great views and insight into the French influence on Mexico City during Emperor Maximilian I of Mexico and Empress Carlota's reign. Both are highly recommended.
