You will NOT regret going here! It's like 10000000% better than the zoo at seeing lions and tigers upclose, moving, playing, roaring, and eating. AMAZING!!!!! Worth every dime. My kids and family were in awe the entire time.

We went on the behind the scene tour, it was a little pricey but SO worth it. First you go through the 1.5 hour “you feed tour” which was great, so do this even if you do not do the behind the scene. It is amazing to see these large carnivores up close and snatching chicken legs “snacks” from our guide, and we were able to feed them using a push plunger (which is nearer than it sounds). We had a short break, and Sam, who was wonderful and so very passionate and knowledgeable about the animals, took us around for approx 3 hours to learn about each animal on display, learned the total story of the animal and how they wound up in the Sanctuary. We also got to watch him feed some of them their full evening dinner, something totally worth seeing that close up. They have other animals you don’t get to see on the normal tour, such as wolf hybrids, a pig, foxes, a llama, and a horse. They are not in this to make money, they are doing it for the love of animals that have been exploited, and is so very obvious by the way they talk about each animal. If I was ever in this area again, this would always be on my must see list.

We took our family of 11 to the tiger sanctuary. The kids and adults absolutely loved it. Ben was great at answering questions. He was very friendly and was knowledgeable. I highly recommend people to go there and see how well the animals are treated .

This sanctuary was well ran and offered several types of tours. We thoroughly enjoyed our tours and learned so much about the lions/tigers and wolf hybrids. I would recommend this sanctuary to anyone who enjoys learning more about these beautiful animals!

My husband and I have been six times now, and we enjoy every single visit.
I recommend going to the feeding tour in the morning so you can see the cats get breakfast. The cats are more active and vocal in the morning and cooler weather, so you get a unique experience.

This sanctuary is a haven for all types of animals, and they are the gold standard for what you want to see in a genuine sanctuary. The big cats are well cared for, direct contact from employees/humans is limited, personalities evaluated, and environments adjusted to keep each cat happy.

We see different cats almost every tour because they rotate which cats are on the tour route to keep the animals comfortable if animals show signs of stress, they aren't on the tour route.

If you enjoy big cats (along with lemurs, foxes, and wolves), you will not be disappointed by this tour.

We LOVED this tour! It was the highlight of our Branson visit. Learning the stories of each big cat was interesting. It's amazing how each cat had a personality all their own. The relationship they have with the caretaker was apparent as well. My son learned that he has a passion for animal welfare that may turn into a career, and that is priceless.

We visited yesterday and had a great time! My daughter loved hearing the stories about all the cats and how they came to be rescued. You can tell the cats are loved and well taken care of. I highly recommend visiting, especially if you love animals!!

Would recommend the feeding tour over the awareness tour. You get real close to the big cats (close enough the tour guide has to give the spray warning speech - which was not an issue during our tour. The place has about 25 tigers but you will only encounter several during the walking tour. But there are also lions, a jaguar, a bobcat, monkeys, lemurs, horses and a llama.

The tour guide was informative and willing to answer questions. The focus was on the personalities of the big cats and the care the sanctuary provided.

It was the favorite part of the trip for the pre-teen.

This was my third time visiting the Tiger Sanctuary and it was as amazing as always. Our tour guide, Emily, was very knowledgeable. She had a lot of information and background on each of the big cats that we saw, and she was able to answer all of our questions. It was very cold the day we went but that turned out to be good. I've never seen the tigers with so much energy. They thrive on cold weather. It's obvious that these animals are very well cared for. It's very safe, the cats are behind 2 fences, but you can still get close enough to get some good pics through the fences. This is a must see when you're in Branson.

Cannot recommend this enough, the experience was really cool and the sanctuary itself is doing great work. Feeding tour was nice in that it meant we were guaranteed to see some cats up close and it was fascinating to hear them crunch on bones. It's hot in the summer but we stood mostly in the shade or walked around so it wasn't too bad. Tour guide was super knowledgeable and friendly and the tigers were cool :)
