Fantastic tour. The driver was very punctual and friendly and the tour guide was extremely knowledgeable. Would recommend!

Booking with Michal you get 5 star service, I booked through Facebook, didn’t pay anything until the day. Got messages the day before confirming exact pick up time. Communication was excellent, we opted for packed lunch and so glad we did this was so tasty and you get so much for your money. We did 3 trips over 3 days and had the same driver for all he was amazing so friendly and helpful and waited at each trip for us to bring us back home. I would not book with anybody else. Booked with Michal Krupa excellent from start to finish good communication from Michal.Picked up at hotel driver was lovely explained everything once at Auschwitz met with guide who was great and very informative. We were dropped of back at Hotel our choice but we could have been dropped off at any point in Krakow. Would definitely recommend Michal for tours

A truly memorable day. The trip went smoothly from start to finish. Our excellent driver, Greg, arrived at our place bang on time, complete with pre-arranged lunches (excellent; thank you) for a superbly planned tour. Both Auschwitz-Birkenau and the Salt Mines really need a guided to fully do them justice in an acceptable amount of time; this tour gives that. No waiting in lines; the driver had well-timed pre-booked tickets, and appropriately timed stops and rests were given. The taxi car was a lovely drive, too. I took three children with me; the youngest at 10 years old ( the perfect age for trouble!) and they were fully engaged, appreciative and comfortable throughout. Thank you. PS Michal is very responsive on Whatsapp, and I've organised my airport pick up too.

Krakow is a must-see If you are in Poland. There are so many sights to see, both historic and modern. The food scene is top notch and if you are into bars and nightlife, there is plenty to offer. Some sights too see: Old town Square, Wawel Hill, River Cruise, Food Tour, Pub Crawl. Definitely do a day trip to thr salt mine and Auschwitz.

Amazing experience. I can't say it was enjoyable, but it shouldn't be. Krakow was stunning, food was amazing and the people were lovely. The tour was really well organised, the guides were very knowledgeable and the whole experience was one never to forget. The mines were interesting too and well worth a visit. But we'd kind of had enough of it by the end. It's a lot of walking and being in a minefield, but with really good bits in there. And it gave you an idea of how enormous the whole place is. I think we were there 2 hours and we saw 2% of it, according to your guide.

Would really recommend Michal, we found him on Facebook and he messaged us straight back. Arranged the trip and gave us a rough pick up time but would be confirmed the day before. We were picked up at 7.10am by Lukas on an air-conditioned mini bus, he was really friendly and spoke good English. The day before we were given the option of buying a packed lunch from them which was well needed and a good idea. We had a guided tour with a very knowledgeable guide. I was worried about pick up due to other companies having unreliable reviews but would highly recommend Michal KR cannot fault him.

Excellent organisation and communication from the start, received text from Mr Shuttle evening before with pick up time. Day of trip they arrived promptly and dropped us to meet the mini coach taking us for the day - every driver was polite and helpful. The trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau was well organised and our guide Anna was extremely knowledgeable and informative about the camps, the tour was very moving. The lunch provided was lovely and gave more than expected. The Salt mine was beautiful and again our guide Natalie was very good - a lot of stairs and walking so be prepared! Thoroughly recommend this trip with Mr Shuttle.

Very well organised, picked up at apartment in the time said , smaller 8 seater mini bus and was more comfortable than a standard bus, would highly recommend this company, say before we went we were asked if we would like a packed lunch with choice of filling , standard packed lunch but effective and fresh a great cost , easy to communicate. Driver was a nice guy and talked away when required.
