We were small group of six and was given a driver/guide for Moon Valley, Rainbow Valley and Tatio geysers, Rodoflo was thoughtful and always got ahead of others so we had the scenery all by ourselves, he also cooked great breakfasts and prepared good snacks. The Astronomy guide was knowledgeable and made sure we were able to see the stars through the telescope. We also had 2 day tours in Valparaíso and Santiago, equally good guides and arrangements. Thank you Fernando for the arrangements and definitely recommend his services.

We had an audio tour at the meteor museum but unfortunately it was a very cloudy night and it was late by the time the clouds cleared enough for the star gazing. As we had been travelling all day we opted to defer the star gazing until another night. Unfortunately the next time we tried it was also very cloudy but the operator refunded the cost of the tour. I would definitely recommend this tour operator as they were very helpful.

The sky was full of stars, it was amazing. Excellent explanation. The snacks provided were excellent, very good food quality.

It was a nice tour but it was way too expensive for what you get. I appreciate anyone that can speak multiple languages but the guide’s English wasn’t quite good enough to understand the detail of what we were looking at. Looking through the telescopes was good & there was a nice atmosphere after stargazing for pisco sours and snacks. We haven’t yet received the pictures that were taken.

First, the bus came one hour after it was supposed to. Then, the tour was supposed to be for English speakers but a few people in the group spoke only Spanish so the guide had to repeat everything in both English and Spanish making an already late tour take twice as long. Last, the scenery wasn't anything special. I'd have thought it would be like an amazing show but the sky wasn't even as amazing as what I see on a clear night in Vermont. The guide was knowledgeable and the things I complain of above were not her fault.

This was quite simply a mesmerising evening spent drinking local alcoholic drink called pisco sour (be warned, it is 40% alcohol) and talking about astronomy (not too seriously) with strangers and friends around the camp fire. Something you can't simply miss.

Very friendly and professionally run tour. We had our photos taken at the beginning due to a full moon which made sure we captured the beautiful starry night sky. Viewing Saturn and Jupiter through the telescopes was amazing, I never realised how fast they moved across the sky! Thank you for a lovely and memorable evening.

It was an amazing trip, went there alone and I always felt secure. The landscapes are amazing. I recomended the tour to glaciar serrano, is a great experience feeling the air in your face while seeing the most beautiful places. I took a tour with micelio agency, it was so good.

no driver came to pick me up. I called the travel agency and no one answered the phone. After booking, no tour guide contacted me about the trip. I still don’t know why I didn’t go. I was very angry about this. They were very kind Irresponsible, I wasted a day because I didn't notify the cancellation in advance. I also have the option to go to another itinerary if they notify in advance. ask for money refund.

Sandboarding was great with Sebastien. His English was awesome and he made for a fun experience. You could try and contact him directly on the internet at sandboarding at San Pedro de Atacama.

Very fun and a great guide to very good English. It was a near full moon so can't judge the star gazing! Drinks amd food after was fantastic.

Excellent tour of area surrounding Santiago, Chile. Our guide Gabriella was friendly a approachable and knowledgeable. The tour took us to a viewing point to view penguins. A visit to a house of a well known Chilean poet and a pleasant end at a tranquil vineyard. All in all an excellent tour and thoroughly recommended and enjoyed

The entire experience was exceptional and surpassed our expectations, catering for our family which included children both teenage and younger. The guide was very generous with sharing information including historical and scientific facts. The entire crew were so delightful & welcoming providing a gorgeous spread of snacks with beverages. Highly recommend this tour!

Amazing place. While the road is very hard (15+ hours in total) and you will have very little time on a glacier. If you have a choice - I would recommend to have a flight and spend a night near the glacier. But if you don't - that's a great opportunity to see this amazing glacier

We decided to book this so we could see everything with the time allocated to the area. We were touring all of Chile. So the pick up at the airport was fine, no issues and taken to our hotel straight away, we had been advised to sleep as soon as we got there to get used to the altitude. Sleep we did (our flight was at 3 in the morning), the trip on the first day was delayed as we were given the wrong time, but not a bid deal, this happened on 2 tours. The first tour of the Moon Valley was fantastic, I really enjoyed it more than I thought the landscape out of this world (no pun intended). the guide was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I think it would be fair to say she was liked by all! The next tour was the geysers, this was bitterly cold and I also suffered attitude sickness, I had forgotten to take the sweets that I bought. I felt awful but continued slowly. The geysers were not as I expected, I did expect them to be more dramatic but it was just bubbling gently from the ground although there was one which was a little more of an attempt of spouting but unfortunately I was not very impressed. We stopped by the salted water lakes and there were flamingos there -beautiful, we also saw donkeys, vicunas and rabbits. The last tour was the hidden lagoons, the colour of the water was incredible, it was almost turquoise, the salted earths and landscapes very much an experience. The tour guide was informative. Although there are 2 water areas which can be bathed we were told to use the larger one, we were to bath and dry in the air and when we got back to the bus they would hose us down, which they did. The ability to float in the salted water with the buoyancy was undesirable as you really needed to be there. I felt this trip was ok, I am a swimmer so it was completely different to anything I've tried before. Only gripe would be that there were a lot of people there so it was difficult to take pictures. All tour had a bite to eat with some drinks which was a nice touch. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and adequate. I would have preferred to have been given the choice of a hotel, due to the times of the tours we could have spent some time relaxing perhaps by a pool but there was no pool in this package. Would be good to get the choice even if it means paying that little bit more. San Pedro De Atacama is a lovely place, people were wonderfully friendly, we also added a Star Gazing to the trip - see my other reviews. Would I recommend this trip... knowing what I know now, I probably would have been better arranging everything myself, hindsight is wonderful thing! However, with all that said, I you prefer to ensure everything is in place then go for it!
