    The Sea Trek was amazing!!
To start, Zach did a wonderful job of explaining everything we needed to know about the tour. He made us very comfortable and put our minds at ease. Connor guided us on our tour and he was great as well. We felt safe as he guided us through the ocean. He did a great job of capturing our experience so we can remember it forever. The experience itself was amazing! It was so beautiful and fascinating. I would recommend it to anyone. We’re so happy we did this and are super grateful for the team!

Marvelous and Breathtaking Sea Trek Helmet Dive
Positively Fantastic! John-Micheal, Zach, Connor, and Santiago were friendly, helpful and informative. They made sure that you were ready and safe. Seeing the fish through the helmet while walking along the bottom of the ocean was marvelous and breathtaking! Definitely a Forever Memory. I highly recommend this Sea Trek Helmet Dive!

    We loved it!
We loved it! Glen (our snuba instructor) was super helpful through the whole experience, guided us through all the steps carefully, and was very kind! We saw so many fish down there and Glen even picked up some sea creatures and placed them in our hands as we explored the ocean! You can choose to stay near the top of the water while snuba diving or go to up to 20 ft deep into the water and see where all the fish live! The whole experience was around 30 minutes but it felt like longer. Overall, we thought it was really worth it!

This is a St Thomas must!
Create customer service and very friendly people. We were blown away by the amount of time we got to spend with the dolphins and how many cool tricks they could do. Our dolphin was Ping and she was adorable! Great service from Jasmine our instructor who was awesome, and Trinity was a great guide as well, all awesome and great friendly staff 👍

Best shore excursion in St Thomas!
Best shore excursion ever! It was just my wife and myself and Michael our guide on this excursion. SNUBA is a blast, especially at Coral World as the fish are literally everywhere! Michael’s instruction was spot on and we felt very safe the entire time. It did take a little getting used to using the regulator, but again, Michael wasn’t pushy or anything. We had a fantastic time swimming around and the SNUBA equipment made it easy to stay under water vs just using a snorkel. This was the best excursion we’ve had in a very long time. Can’t wait to do an intro to scuba diving class!

What a way to celebrate a 50th anniversary!
We did the Sea Trek at age 72 as a way to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We are not adventurous, so e were a bit apprehensive (ok,I was more than a bit apprehensive). But the staff was very helpful and reassuring before, during, and after. The strangers in our group were so positive and kind. We are so glad we did this. Amazing ... and great photos and videos will keep the memory alive.

    Don’t waste your time
I know there another zoo/park on the island, but I wouldn’t spend any money to attend this zoo/park. There’s not much to see with the regular admission and the animal living areas are pretty sad. Most of the building are outdated and need maintenance bad.

Our visit was Saturday April 30 2022. We had 3 Seniors which you can get a discount for them, and two with military ID which you can get a discount for them. However, you have to get deep into site to find the military ID discount. My recommendation is you don’t book on site and wait until you are there. I tried to have the overcharge fixed there at park and I thought it was, but when I got home, I found they only fixed it for $4 instead of the $90 I got over charged. Learn from me. It also rained most of the time we were there, called the day before but they don’t close down, so I had to do SeaTrek and Snuba in rain. Did go over to Dolphin Sanctuary before it rained and got to learn something about them. Most stuff was located inside a building which helped in rain. SeaTrek was excellent. I and one other did this event. Only thing is when you go for the pictures/video, you get everyone in the group with you. So, if you are all strangers to each other, you all have everyone in the purchased product. Which ain’t good if you don’t want your likeness posted on social media by others. Not good at all and it goes for Snuba as well. I was the only one who did Snuba because you do need to know how to swim and one other gentlemen & I were with instructor. This I loved more than SeaTrek. It was longer time and I went farther out and saw just a little bit more. However, except from being overcharged, this is a nice place to go and everyone was friendly and helpful. It would have been nicer during a sunny day. Moreover, I would not have traded these underwater experiences. Beautiful and preserved ecosystem.

My wife and I visited this in November 2020. Our first attempt was around 3:30 PM, when we were told they close at 3 (I think?) so we came back the next day. Staff was very helpful on both days.

The visit takes about 2-3 hours, depending on how quick or slow you walk. Quite a few of the exhibits were closed, which was disappointing, but we still spent a good 2.5 hours and enjoyed ourselves.

My wife really loved the bird exhibit, where the colorful parrots (?) will hop onto your arms and shoulders and eat out of little nectar cups that the staff has (feeding times may differ). They are really cute and funny.

There are also some exhibits with land turtles, baby sharks, and macaws.

We also liked seeing the big tarpon hanging out before the undersea observatory. You can get a closer look by going down and looking. Unfortunately there wasn't much too much to see down there - there are some gorgonians (sea fans) growing on the rocks, and you'll spot a trumpet fish and some schools of smaller fish, but no coral. I saw that they were trying to grow coral stubs on a structure hanging in the water and hope that they can one day "plant" those on the rocks to make it come to life more.

My biggest negative is that there are two pools, each with two large turtles, that really seemed to be too small. I'm not a turtle expert but when they have no option but to swim in small circles, it seems sad for them. I also hope the dolphins (which we didn't see) are only used for rehabilitation and rescue, and that they aren't used for show or exploited (I've read too many bad things about "ride the dolphins!" attractions).

To summarize, this isn't sea world (space is limited), but staff was friendly and it's a fun way to spend a few hours and see some nice animal exhibits. If you're on STT, you should go visit!

Season Greetings Stefan P Thank you for your review and spending time at Coral World The lorikeets are so entertaining - they each have very distinctive personalities. Due to Covid, we have had to limit access to some of our indoor exhibits and look forward to lifting those restrictions in the future. Happy Holidays

Great little place. People were rude (patrons not employees). It's small. The talks were great. We went to all of the morning ones. Wish there was more stuff like that and more education etc. All the employees were great! Food took forever, out of multiple things, cash only for it which was not posted anywhere that I could see. Did not enter gift shop, use restrooms or do any excursionsthat cost additional. Could barely move in the lorakeet bird section and never got to feed them like we wanted because there were too many people and the birds likely full. Go there early in the day (that ends at 2 also) if you want to do that

Well it is obvious that this past year or so the facility didn’t have the visitors or staff to keep the place up to snuff. It was a nice afternoon don’t get me wrong, but was disappointed several displays were closed. The one thing everyone should know if you have trouble walking up steep uneven rocks or handicapped I’d skip this place. The price was fair , they are following protocols for Covid by masking up and asking visitors to mask up. I did talk with a few folks who did the underwater activities and they said they were Awesome. The staff there couldn’t of been any nicer, you feel very welcomed. They have a few eating and drinking options and the lunch and drinks were great.

We were picked up from the port 45 minutes late! We got there at 1:10 pm and were told to meet the shuttle back at 3:30 pm. So, our 4-hour excursion was cut to less than 2 1/2 hours. We weren't able to see much of the park at all with that time. We visited the Dolphin Talk show, it wasn't a show, just a woman talking about dolphins. All the kids that waited to see the "Dolphin Talk" were disappointed to say the least. We saw 2 large turtles in a pool that wasn't even big enough for one. I wanted to cry because one of them kept flapping its flippers trying to get out. That was heart wrenching!!! The food was okay, but way overpriced. The only thing good about it was we were on an island and not back home freezing. Oh, here's the cavoite, when we were supposed to be returned to the ship port, the driver refused and dropped us off a quarter mile away at the shops!!! As I got off the shuttle a disabled lady asked how she was supposed to get back to the ship. He didn't say anything to her except that "they", I don't know who "they" are, wanted us to shop. I would never recommend this excursion to anyone, EVER! I did complain to Norwegian Cruise Lines about the excursion and got a whopping 20% discount. SMDH!

If you want to book an experience with the animals, book it days before because the appointments fill up quick. Also, they have special booking and discounts for Margaritaville resort folks so ask your concierge. I and my husband enjoyed the general admission. We got to see some nice animals, spend time together, talk, stroll and leave in good time. We would have wanted to swim with the dolphins but just seeing the sea animals for $20+ wasn't bad either.

The place has potential and the free beach next door was the highlight. When you are in the actual park be prepared to pay for every exhibit or anything as it all seems to be an add on. Recommend they increase the price and include more things in the general admission price versus add on for everything.

Unless you participate in one of the added activities like the underwater walk or the swimming with dolphins, not much to do or see here for adults - an hour or two at best - though I am sure young kids might enjoy it more. It is pretty obvious that this place is hurting from the Covid especially with no customers from the cruise ships. A prime example is the gift shop, which hardly had anything on sale except for stuffed turtles and dolphins. No t-shirts or sweat shirts or even hats, no magnets, almost nothing in the way of souvenirs.

Good day EdFoNY, Thank you so much for your feedback, we appreciate it. Our apologies to you for our lack of gifts in our shop but supply chains have been disrupted globally due to the Covid crisis and we are certainly feeling it! We are eagerly awaiting shipments of our awesome souvenirs! You'll have to make a trip back to St. Thomas! Warm regards.

We've been here before and enjoyed our time here but was brining another new member this time around so decided to head back to Coral World again.

It's a small park, so you could probably walk the entire park in about 2 hours if you spent some time at each place. They also have shows that you can watch as well. There's a dolphin area and you can go out on the dock and watch others swim or interact with them. We just watched and talked to one of the interns there about the dolphins, where they came from, what they are doing there and so on. She was very knowledgeable and her excitement in her voice showed she was very passionate about the dolphins as well.

We did find that there seemed to be less animals this time around. Not as many sharks as before or birds.

If you want to see iguanas, make sure you walk the trail behind the bird area. There are hundreds just lounging around everywhere you look.

Going down into the observation tower below the water always brings excitement to our family. It's the best attraction there in my opinion. Being able to see the fish and sea creatures in the water, in their natural habitat, is the best. We would later do a SeaTrek walk with them later in the day.

They do have stands to buy drinks and food and a little deck area (as you walk in) with tables, chairs and umbrella's to eat or rest at.

This place makes for a good half day adventure if you are looking for something to do with the kids (or even adults) but I do think it's a little over priced for what they offer if you are only going to see the animals and not do any of their paid activities.

Coral world itself was pretty nice, but very VERY small. There are 2 turtles, a few birds, a tiny pet area with starfish, a couple tiny sharks in a shallow tank, and that’s about it. Sea lions are “behind the scene” so they are only viewable at 2 times daily, dolphins same. Undersea observatory nice but falling apart. We booked dolphin experience and be aware - you get all of 10minutes in the water with them, the rest is a brief and lifejackets etc. it was fun but VERY pricey for that (~$150/pp) plus you CANNOT take any pictures!! We had an extra group member who was there to take pictures and they refuse to let them anywhere near the area. They have their own photographer, but they basically get shots of the back of your head and charge $60 for the pictures (either digital or 1-2prints). Since we were 3 people, this was about $450 + $60 for pics for 10 min. Unique, but Would not do again. Hope this helps others!
