          Accessible Greece
This trip was extraordinary. Thank you. The staff was so professional, knowledgeable, accomodating and personable. In my top 3 trips I've ever taken & I've been many places. I'll be booking a trip with them again. They made certain activities were accessible and when faced with challenges adapted quickly. It's actually hard to express just how great the staff and experience was. Care Under Sun is an exceptional comoany.

A carefully curated accessible itinerary in Greece
I just came back from an accessible group tour of Greece organized by Wheel the World and Curbfree with Cory Lee. CareunderSun was the local accessible tour operator and they so completely went above and beyond to make our trip spectacular, and accessible. CuS owner Sabine Swatalla thought of pretty much everything when it came to accessibility. That is no easy feat in Greece! I will not lie, showering at the hotels was a challenge. The shower seats we had were not very convenient for our particular tour’s needs. Wheel the World was quick to acquire 2 bath benches with backs for us. Sabine purchased these benches so she can offer them for future Greece tours, recognizing that different people have different needs. Our tour itinerary was packed daily, and even our “rest day” included swimming in the Mediterranean sea thanks to a sea track at the beach in Kalamata that brings people with different mobilities into the water via a chair on a track! Our CareunderSun driver, Yurii, was professional and warm, treating each of us with care. He was there to help on rough or steep terrain. Honestly, I felt like a treasured guest and not just a paying customer. From making sure we always had water, to buying us delicious treats (even sending us each off with a care package for our flight home), to ordering me thyme tea with honey when I developed a cold and lost my voice, Sabine checked in on us throughout each day. And that’s not all. CareunderSun is always looking to improve accessibility in Greece, and find new accessible adventures to offer. When the museum with the accessible bathroom in Nafplio closed after 3:30, Sabine made sure the mayor knew about it. When staff put towels too high in hotel rooms, she educated them to the need for them to be lower. From ruins to museums to restaurants to wine and olive oil tasting to shopping, this tour had it all. And all thanks to CareunderSun. Sabine, you and your company are wonderful! Thank you!

          Reliable safe friendly
We used the transfer service on arrival and departure, twice. They were on time, very efficient and friendly. A great introduction and farewell to Athens.

          Very nice service
When we arrived at the airport they were already there waiting for us. The driver was a really nice guy who was telling us interesting things about Greece and Athens in general, very friendly and welcoming!

Yes you can visit it when you in a wheelchair !
We came across the CareunderSun travel agency specializing in accessible travel and as a full-time user I was able to visit the cultural highlights in Athens. You need the right agent, because not all guests on the cruise ship have had good experiences with a supposedly "barrier-free" travel agency.

Disabled travel to Geece - luckily we found the company CareunderSun !
Luckily we found the company CareunderSun online. This enabled us to take part in excursions during our cruise, which we took with my family. The preparation, selection and of course implementation of the excursions was exactly what I understand by a company that specializes in barrier-free travel. My needs as a wheelchair user were taken into account. The staff was trained and warmhearted. Even though Greece isn't perfectly accessible, the company makes the best of it. I want to encourage everyone who is still considering a cruise in Greece. And hearty thanks to the CareunderSun team. You are doing great.

          A fantastic and inclusive experience
What you get from even the first encounter with Care Under Sun's website, is a sense that your needs are being respected. We had a great time in Athens -indeed a journey from antiquity to modernity, made accessible for every traveller. We absolutely recommend using this service, as it allowed us to visit places that we would not otherwise be able to, leaving no member of the group behind. A fantastic experience!

Special needs while travelling in Greece
We have been as senior-travelers on Crete for 2 weeks. Our group of 11 had persons using rollators and wheelchairs as we are not younger any longer. The bus was very comfortable and the driver funny and supportive. All the group went on an excursion to Agios Nikolaos and we stayed in a hotel in Ierapera. That was great. Also some of the seniors that could not walk well, rented a mobility scooter. I would say as we all agree: we love our holidays in Crete. It was easy to arrange it with the tour operator and we saved a lot of money as if booking in our home country.

          Unforgetable Memories & Loved it.
I booked all my trips to Greece with Careundersun as they are very helpful, professional and efficiency with good recommendations. I have been to different islands, Leros, Paxoi, Leipsoi, Rhodes, Symi etc and was always guided to the best locations (Rentals Appartments, Restaurants, etc) for example one of my favorite (Symi Schrimps) plus was suggested to rent a scooter and drove to Panormitis Monastery (Amazing Sceneries). Should you wish to enjoy Greece, with no doubt i will highly recommend Careundersun.

Good vibes and beautiful memories are promised in Greece
It was my first-time visit to Greece and my impression was that this country is absolutely incredible. The beautiful nature, sea, Greek cuisine, hospitality, and people...everything was wonderful. I have to say I feel it this way also thanks for the careunderSun. Warm and welcoming hospitality even through the small details. Always positive and try to make things possible. She has sharp eyes for environmental accessibilities and has extended knowledge and experience in the accessible tourism industry. I guarantee that anyone with or without accessibility needs will be able to have a pleasant stay in Greece with CareunderSun. I am looking forward to visiting Greece again and would love to support CareunderSun for their further development.

Multiday Island Hopping Mykonos and Santorini
We had promised our aunty to take her on vacation, but thought it would be super complicated as she needs to travel in a wheelchair. Instead, we were lucky to find this company. They promptly replied to all our questions and doubts, and there we went! We had a great time with our aunty, and she could enjoy it fully. Everything was organized perfectly and she was totally relaxed. We can only recommend to all who travel to Greece with someone of special needs to contact CareunderSun. Thanks to the whole team who made our vacation so special!
