The ride was great, and smooth - we had Red Coat assistance in Chicago, helping my 80 year-old husband. The trains were very clean, modern, comfortable. The Chicago to Milwaukee is a commuter train, also very comfortable, clean, with professional staff assisting. And they were on time! there was assistance at the doors to the trains for those who needed it. My husband says that the best part of our trip to Michigan and Wisconsin was the train ride.Written November 14, 2024

Coordinator was very responsive via whatsapp. We got to see a leopard, elephants, buffalos, crocodiles, etc… the jeep driver knew very well where to go and made sure we did not miss that elusive Leopard when the chance presented itself! :)Written October 1, 2024
