About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- MiddleWestDSS0 contributionsCrammed - can do via taxi or driving on your ownLate picking up. Crammed 7 adults in a van best suited for 5 people. Driving 30-40 min stretches on winding city and mountain roads. No clear communication as to how long we’d be driving and where we’re going. Charged us again for spice garden tour, then refunded. The sites were good but you don’t need a tour guide to visit. No tour of the rum distillery as it was closed. I would visit chocolate shop and spice garden on my own.Written February 6, 2025
- chakravir0 contributionsInformative, fun-filled day tour around GrenadaMy family (with 2 kids) had a blast with Jeremy and the day was over before we knew it. Stops at the Chocolate House and the Spice Gardens were the highlights but the waterfalls and crater lake were also enjoyable. Unfortunately the distillery was closed but Jeremy made up for it with a tasting at a unique bar.Written January 10, 2025

- H9896WLrachelb0 contributionsGreat excursionHad a great experience with our tour guide Jeremy! This is exactly what we were looking for in terms of learning more about Grenadian culture while also being able to explore the island. This being a private tour was a surprise bonus as well! Jeremy provided great education along the way and was always open to answering any questions that we had. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!Written December 10, 2024
- fayik20240 contributionsWonderful tourWe had a really wonderful full-day tour. Our guide knew many histories which he shared with us. All stops were mind-blowing. Having a Mona monkey on my shoulders was the highlight of this trip.Written November 22, 2024
- 550jessar0 contributionsThoroughly impressed with this company and guideThis was by far the most enjoyable excursion we’ve experienced after trying several others. We were thoroughly impressed with this company, and our guide Ron's professionalism was outstanding. Look no further—I highly recommend this to anyone looking to learn about and enjoy the beauty of this incredible country!Written November 5, 2024
- jonrH5262ZR0 contributionsGreat company and tour guideSo much to explore on this excursion. We love how the people are proud of their country, and everyone was always friendly. Great company and tour guide whom we had such an exciting time with. This is a recommendable experience for the best things on land to do in a day.Written October 12, 2024
- 958derickg0 contributionshighlight of our trip to the islandsThis tour was the highlight of our trip to the islands. All stops covered were fantastic with lots of information and history from our vastly knowledgeable guide who safely navigated those mountain roads. Highly recommend this tour.Written October 12, 2024
- 418ashleighr0 contributionsLove love it! Can’t go wrong with this!We had a great time learning about the medicinal benefits of local herbs and spices while we also got to try many at the spice and herbs garden tour. The staff of this company were very friendly and keen to help us. We chose this trip as opposed to getting a rental and it was by far the best decision. Driving in this Island is for professionals like our tour guide and driver Randy who knew how to navigate those hilly and winding roads so if you want to enjoy the scenery, architecture, learn the history, and so on can’t go wrong with this tour. Highly recommended!Written July 25, 2024
- amydE2198AG0 contributionsTour was absolutely worth itTour was absolutely worth it! We had ample time to immerse ourselves in the lush spice gardens and learn about the different spices that make Grenada unique. Our tour guide was so helpful throughout, he answered our questions delightfully and eloquently. The rum tasting at the distillery was a perfect stop, the chocolate-making process was fascinating, and the samples were divine. The pace was leisurely, allowing us to really soak in the beauty of Grenada. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a comprehensive and delightful experienceWritten June 2, 2024
- brianrC5421ZN0 contributionsit was an incredible experienceWe recently went on the half-day Grenada Spice Garden, Rum, and Chocolate Tour, and it was an incredible experience. The tour guide was knowledgeable and engaging, making the history and process behind Grenada’s famous spices, chocolate, and rum come alive. It was the perfect length for an afternoon outing, leaving me wanting to explore more of this beautiful island. It is such a highly recommended tour 100%Written June 2, 2024
- chen0ll0 contributionsSo so good!My husband and I booked the half day tour. We are very satisfied with the level of professionalism shown by this company and its representatives. We have never been to a spice garden prior to this so wasn’t sure what to expect from this tour. From the moment we stepped in we were blown away by the many spices and different fruits at the garden, many of which we have never seen before. Grenada’s landscape and architectural is also so fascinating . It was an overall educational tour which gives you an insight into the history and culture.Written June 1, 2024
- johnwU918FH0 contributionsSimply the most enchanting experience of GrenadaSimply the most enchanting experience of Grenada. - Stuart L0 contributionsHalf day tour of Grenda with highlightsTour to rum distillery, Herband Spice gardens, chocolate shop, and attraction with so much more to see en route. Rum distillers were interesting with restored but no longer used from sugar to rum processed explained, followed by a tasting of 5 rum samples was great fun. Our driver was extremely well informed, showing us landmark sights and plants and habitats as we wound away around hilly and almost mountainous grenada with stunning panoramic views. The spice and herb garden at Laura's was great, with a walking and tasting tour around the gardens, again delightfully informative. We then dropped down into St George's where we visited the house of chocolate which is a smart little museum that plots the history of cocoa and chocolate making on the island. A lot of fun and a break from the sun and beaches !Written May 10, 2024

My partner and I booked this tour last minute and we never regretted. The driver was on time, very polite and very skilled in maneuvering some of the tiny roads, we felt very safe. The rum tasting was very unique and being an enthusiast I can safely say Grenada has some of the best tasting rum in the World! I would definitely recommend Nirraky Tours when next you’re on the island. They are amazing!

It was day 3 of our vacation in the beautiful Island of Grenada and we wanted to do something different from the regular water activities, we made a reservation to see the Clarke’s Court and River Antoine distilleries. Though it was short notice we were picked up on time from our resort by the gentleman that goes by the name Jeremy. He was chilled, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the Island. The ride over the mountains was winding but fun as Jeremy took his time driving carefully. All stops were really worth it in the end I highly recommend this tour to everyone

This tour should be advertised as a ride service between the various stops listed as you are handed off to a different tour guide at each stop and pay for your own entry at each stop with minimal info from the guide in between (Bring cash!!).
That said, the stops themselves were great! I chose this tour over others as I liked that the itinerary included views from the fort, a good sampling of the natural beauty of Grenada and two distilleries rather than what seems like a very touristy stop for chocolate. Grenada is truly a beautiful country and getting out to see some of the landscape is a must! I also can’t say enough good things about how uniquely wonderful the experience at River Antoine was as well - seeing how a working distillery processes sugar cane is truly unique!

Hi there Amy, Thank you for your less than generous review and we apologize for having had such an experience with us however, in our description it is made quite clear that the entrance fees are not inclusive. With that being said, the entrance fees amount to $10USD which includes ALL the stops, so it’s quite misleading to state ‘Bring Cash!!!’ , insinuating that it’s a hefty sum. Majority of privately owned businesses who offer tours of their facilities have their own guides (for instance the distilleries) its just the way things are. Other natural attractions such as the lake, forts and waterfalls are graciously handled by our very knowledgeable drivers/guides which previous travelers have highly commended for their guided commentary in previous reviews.
Regardless, we are happy our itinerary stood out to you and you chose us above all others. Kind Regards.

We did the combined distillery tour. Our first stop at Clarkes Court, then the water powered River Antoine. It was quite intriguing experience as we’ve never seen anything quite like it. We were so happy with this tour that we went on the island food tour the next day! Book Nirraky tours for the best experiences in Grenada Island. Really worth it!

We were in Grenada to see family over the holidays and wanted to spend an afternoon seeing more of the island and drinking some rum. This was a really convenient and personal tour that gave us a chance to see a lot in a short amount of time.
Jeremy was a terrific guide who provided so much interesting context and history to what we were seeing. He made sure that we were doing what we wanted to be doing while sticking to the schedule. Can’t recommend him enough. Thanks, Jeremy!
