    Terrible
The staff was horrible. It was obvious nobody wanted to be there. The entry staff was extremely rude. We tasted some wine at Bodega 1883 inside the gate outside the wine store. It was absolutely the worst and rudest staff I've ever experienced in 40+ years of travel. The one shining star was Francesca. I probably spelled it wrong, but she saved our visit. Stay away!!!!! We visited 5 other vineyards during our visit. All were less known and had motivated staff. Do yourself a favor. Visit elsewhere!

    A must when in Santiago
Wonderful experience! Our guide Gonzalo was very knowledgeable and nice, we did the wine tasting + lunch tour and we did not regret our choice. The highlight was going to the cellar and seeing the Devil - we loved the tour and we also had lunch at the Bodega restaurant which was excellent. We can recommend with pleasure

    Great experience
Delicious wine tasting, loved the guy who was guiding the tour, very funny. Wine aside, the place is very beautiful, took lots of pictures.

This was the worst tour of any kind I have done for a while. We booked, and got confirmation for, the 1.30 tour in English. On arrival we found that it had been changed to 2.20. We went to have lunch while we were waiting, the 1883 “restaurant “ was some chairs and tables in what looked like a converted car park. The Staff were disinterested. The bill was wrong, overcharged, no apology. Food mediocre. There was nowhere else to wait, so we joined a Spanish speaking tour at 1.30. We looked around the grounds, which were pretty, then looked at some vines by an area where a pneumatic drill was hammering away. We spent so long there that the tasting had to be hurried. We then wasted more time listening to the tale of Casillero del Diablo in the cellar, at least it was cool in there! I most definitely would not recommend this place. Very disappointed.

Wine tour what’s not to like
Today we went on a wine tour at choncha y toro it is highly recommended. We toured the lovely grounds and then sampled 3 lovely wines. A Cabernet Sauvignon, a Sauvignon Blanc and a Carmenare. Paulo was our very knowledgeable guide. A lovely tour all around.

Worth a visit but skip the cellar collection tour
Definitely go and visit Concha Y Toro and do the CHEAP behind the scenes tour. Don't do what I did, which is pay for the expensive Cellar Collection tour. The only reason you should pay to do the Cellar Collection tour is 1) if money is no object or 2) you are really into wine. It was a total waste of money and I had a terrible experience on my tour. Seven people in my tour, we were led into a courtyard in the summer heat and left there unattended for 35 minutes. Then the cellar tasting began, which was 5 wines of the 9 they promise you on the website. The tastings go very fast and you are not given ample time to finish your cheese board or the wine pairings. A lot got thrown away from my tour, which is pathetic and sad. Then we were escorted to the exit and I had to find a supervisor in the wine shop to be like "hey i was promised four additional wines". Their solution was to rush me into another tour already in progress where i was given 3 of the 4 wines I paid for. They did not care about my business at all. It is a beautiful estate. Casillero del Diablo makes like 1 million cases of wine and they export to 160 countries so this is a significant winery to visit but you are treated like cattle so don't give them one extra peso than they're worth.

Rushed, limited information, poor value for money
The tour gave very little information about wine making it was just focused on the house and the grounds. The wine tasting was rushed so we had to throw the wine away and weren’t given enough time to finish it or enjoy it. The transportation from Santiago was a nightmare - 2.5 hours to get back. Wouldn’t recommend

Fun day trip from Santiago with good wines
We enjoyed the tour quite a bit. Felipe was a great guide who was very knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor. We enjoyed the sampling garden where you could try eating all the different types of grapes that go into the wine. The three wines you sample as part of the basic tour are fine but pretty entry level. We also did the addition of the extra 4 wines with cheese pairing. That was worth it as those 4 wines were substantially better. The cellars part of the tour was interesting but a bit gimmicky. The cafe is very good and we ordered 3 tapas that came with wine pairings and were all really good.

Wine tour and lunch at Concha y Toro
Great experience at the winery with Felipe. The have several stations including tasting the different grapes. The wine cellar is also unique with the light show. Well worth the tour. Good lunch as well with ‘Costillar a las 5 especies chilenas by Aurea’ the best.

Rip off - Rushed. No time to enjoy the wine tasting - Don’t go there
Our overseas partners came to visit and we went to concha y toro wine tasting. All the visit was rushed, the wine tasting was bad we didn’t have time to follow up with the tour guide, bad cheap wines. Then, the sommelier didn’t allow us to taste the cheese table and like 5minutes later we were told to leave the room. Don’t waste your time and money if you like a good experience go somewhere else. We expend a lot of money for this as a group and you just ruined the experience!

    A rip off tacky experience
Our almost $400 tour started 15 minutes late but the sommelier was very keen to end it precisely on time. Not giving us time to even take a second sip of the vintage wine that the whole tour revolves around. We barely had time to actually taste anything the tour offered including the cheese board. Instead they waste your time watching a unnecessarily long video that doesn’t explain much anyway. At the end of the tour our sommelier gave us forms to rate the tour but was standing right by our side as we were filling them up. Also, the tour starts with a different guide that walks you through the property which again felt too long, tacky and unnecessary. I don’t want to see family pictures and furniture when I signed up for a wine tasting.

    Amazing tour and tasting!
We loved the tour! It was a bit bigger than we expected at around 40 people for the English tour, but it didn't matter. The guide was fantastic. Really enjoyed learning about the estate and the wine. The highlight was the small-group (7) extra wine and cheese tasting. Highly recommend that add-on.

    Memorable tour
We've been on many winery tours and this was the best one. The tour guide spoke excellent English and was knowledgeable and charming. And of course the wines we tasted were quite awesome. And there is a nice surprise in the casillero del Diablo cellar... just perfect!

Tour guide great, tour bit short
The tour itself was great. We really enjoyed our tour guide. The wines were fantastic. The buildings were clean, all except the hand dryer that had mold growing on it. Would wants their hands dried with dried mold? And when I told the young woman outside the bathroom, she didn’t apologize or try to fix it. She told me to tell the people when I leave the winery, wow. We also would have liked to be able to see the house up close. We were not allowed anywhere near it.

Very interesting and concise tour of a winery in Pirque of the biggest South American wine producer, that should be the starting point of exploring the Chilean wineries. We could not book online, because there were some issues on the website with payment, but went on spot and booked the last possible entrance for the day and there were totally 3 families on the tour. Our guide from the winery, Macarena, was fantastic! We had 3 wines to taste (1 white + 2 red) and the glasses were given to us as souvenirs. The winery shop is also very nice.
The whole experience was very pleasant and I recommend it to all winelovers who visit Santiago!
And book it directly, no need to use third parties, we had the opportunity to compare the total price if you book via an agency (that even missed our reservation and did not pick us up from the hotel) and the actual price we paid for tickets on spot in Concha y Toro winery + transportation to/from our hotel in Santiago (via Uber).

From the first moment the guide was super nice (I'm not very good at names, but it was the 4:00 p.m. tour in Spanish on Sunday 01/21/24), friendly and gave us a lot of information about the history of the vineyard and always in a fun way. The tour lasts approximately an hour and a half and I find that it is the perfect time, especially if it is very hot in the afternoon. We liked the souvenir (which was a glass), but I think the restaurant prices are a little high. Regardless, our experience was wonderful and we would highly recommend it.

Not pleasant. We went today, 05/07/2024. Unfortunately on a rainy day. We stopped in the parking lot and then headed out in the rain to the place where we would wait for the tour. The guide came to pick us up. I asked about umbrellas... I said that they should lend, sell, rent... I don't know. But she didn't even respond. It was beautiful and beautiful in front (with umbrellas, of course) and the visitors were all under heavy rain. She was talking and didn't even care. There were people who even left. He poured out all the content about the winery's history and then we went for a quick tasting, all wet and cold. I've been to other wineries in Brazil, much less famous than Concha y Toro and we were treated much better. I found it very disrespectful. Everyone in the group was complaining but it seems that Concha y Toro is more concerned about sales than people. Unfortunate.

Bad ride and worse with rain. They provide rain guard by deposit deposit but do not warn. Only notice after that you have taken the rain and have q back to the entrance of the vineyard. Very commercial tour. Fiz tour Marques. Somewhat lost people. Bathrooms outside with rain. Tasting 3 first wines on a wooden deck. After presentation “Legend Casilero” lights and sound in a box. What was better was the cheese tasting. Worst vineyard I've ever visited in my life. The wineries in southern Brazil give 10.
It does not go through the production process and will ripen with an explanation of which wines are in the barrels, you can not see the bottles of the wines without the labels yet, etc.

Had a good experience on the tour. It was interesting to see the gardens and the wine cellar and the tour guide was informative and entertaining. We did the add on wine tasting of four more wines, which felt a little bit rushed, not so much information about the wines as I had wished.

We took the tasting tour which was excellent thanks to our guide Bastian. In addition to being very fun and knowledgeable about the history and means of production of the Winery, he had recently been learning Portuguese and already spoke very clearly and fluently. He knew how to create a relationship with the group (all Brazilians), brightened our tour and taught us a lot about Concha y toro and its wines.

It was a very commercial visit, with a guide who explained everything very well to us, and everything lasted 1h30 (I did the traditional one, where we tasted 3 wines, all reserve). I thought it was worth it because the place is very beautiful, the house, the gardens, with views of the mountain range, the warehouses, etc. The store is expensive, but the same wines they sell in Brazil are more affordable there. Very expensive wines are very expensive anyway! Don't go in the rain as it will be impossible to appreciate the place, it's all open air.

Without a doubt one of the best experiences in Chile! Starting with the excellent guide who presented the history of the winery, production and tasting of wonderful wines! It's a shame it's not harvest time and the vines are empty of fruit, but it was so worth it! My regret was not having bought more items at the RSS store

The experience was terrible, I understand that we had an atypical rainy day in Chile, but I expected the basics of a name like that concha y toro, first:
1- Unfriendly service from the staff
2- there were no covered seats or umbrellas available
3- during the tasting, the winemaker didn't have a microphone and told many customers who couldn't hear him that he wouldn't force his voice, in short no one heard anything because he was talking inside.
4- our very disorganized guide took us to several wrong places and we had to return in the rain.
5- they want to sell you everything.
Anyway, never drinking this wine again and going back is obvious, right!

Running was raining and the guide ran and spoke so fast that even in Portuguese I could understand. It was 3 wines and only one drink was given. She put less than 40 ml in the glass. Imagine that with more than 30 people she spent only a bottle and a half and kept the rest. If I asked for more I didn't have.
I went to other wineries and the treatment was different.

The bathrooms are distant and small q do not fit even the bent legs.

They could treat the visitors better.
