We had a great sunrise SUP experience. Our instructor/guide Nelson went to great length to make pictures (100+ !!!) of the whole trip and to tell a lot about the caves, wildlife. We highly recommend it!

We did the 3h SUP tour with Nelson and we highly recommend it!! Nelson had a lot of background information on the caves and has a lot of patience with beginners :) it was definitely one of our highlights being in Portugal!!

We did a first tour with Nelson around Sagres coastline. It was the first time we had done SUP but he made it so easy - great, concise explanations of how to paddleboard and we were quickly able to get the hang of it. The tour round the caves was an amazing experience, so much so, that we decided to do it all over again 2 days later. This time we did a sunrise SUP tour around the caves near Lagos. The two tours were wonderful. A highlight of our holiday and Nelson and Klara were superb professionals who made the experience so easy and memorable. Nelson knows the area and caves and conditions very well so we felt safe at all times. He took wonderful photos too which are all available for free after the tour. A definite must and to be repeated!

We really enjoyed our morning paddle boarding and exploring a peaceful and beautiful part of the coastline. Our guide made sure we knew all the safety aspects for paddle boarding and paced our tour so that although we fitted in a lot we also had time to soak up the experience of being in the caves and to look around and appreciate our surroundings. Our teens really enjoyed jumping off a rock into the sea and we all swam into a smaller cave without the paddleboards too. As a group with mixed paddle boarding experience it suited us all. Thank you for a fun outing!

This was me and my teen sons' first experience with stand-up paddleboarding (which was 99% sit-down paddleboarding in my case). Our guide, Nelson, was incredibly patient with us and a great instructor for the boys. The experience itself is something you can't get any other way except with small conveyances like paddleboards and kayaks--a journey into and through some of the smaller limestone sea cliffs around Raposeira. Nelson took great pictures with his camera and e-mailed them to me within 48 hours. Please be aware that the business does not have a bathroom or shop, so you'll need to take care of business before you go and carry your own water. Coastline provided the wetsuits, which were needed in the frigid May waters. This was a highlight of our trip and I would recommend it to anyone. Obrigado, Nelson!

Fullday tour with in the morning the Sup tour and in the afternoon the Coasteering was perfect. The Kids(14,16 and 18) enjoyed it enormously. Thanks for the great experience.

This was a brilliant, well organised, safe tour with Nelson & Clara . We had near perfect conditions and the views, caves and water were spectacular . Have SUP'd before in Portugal but this was a thousand times better . Our 9 year old came too and shared a board with his Dad . We had a brilliant day and will come again next year . Thank you

The whole tour was amazing.The views are breathtaking,the paddling is fun and the coaches are absolutely pleasant and likable.

I would 100% recommend stand up paddle boarding with Nelson, he's friendly, knowledgeable and fun. The Coastline at Lagos is honestly stunning and I'm sure we saw more on a SUP than you would have done by boat. We were lucky that we didn't come across anyone else for the full tour meaning that it was just us, Nelson and the caves, magical. I was a holiday rep for quite a few years and have been lucky enough to do MANY excursions and I would say this is one of the best I've ever done. Thanks for giving us the best day of our holiday.

This was the highlight of our trip. Nelson is the original coasteering guide that took this activity to the Algarve from Wales and he is the one that trained most of the other guides of the similar organisations that are offering this activity. As a result he has incredible knowledge about the sport but also, since he is from the area, enormous knowledge about the sea life you will explore during the trip. This activity was slightly outside my comfort zone but Nelson made us all feel very safe and as a result we went beyond what we imagined would be possible ito cliff height jumps!

Went to this for my 23rd birthday and it was absolutely great. The tour guide was very friendly and talkative. The jumps went from 1-10 metres. It all involved climbing up the cliffs. Jumping off the cliffs and swimming in the ocean to the next jump. Even a little swim into a cave passage. The tour guide was super patient with everybody. Didn’t push you to do something you didn’t want to do. It truly was something special and will be a day I remember forever. The people I did it with also made the day amazing. Thanks again for the experience.

Perfect mix of adrenaline and beatifuk views! Our instructor was great, very patient and even gave us a history lesson while we were climbing. Such a beautiful location as well!
