Whenever spending time in Quintana Roo, we always book STP because of their professionalism , fair prices and smoothe rides. 100% recommend this company , their services and wonderful staff.

After United dropped the ball we ended up in Cancun instead of Cozumel. Before leaving Houston I contacted STP and spoke with the nicest customer service agent on the planet. Immediately by phone and text the ride we needed from Cancun Airport to the ferry in Playa was set up and securely paid for. Even a video was sent with instructions on navigating the airport to a representative. There was no wait, the car was extremely nice and Edgar was professional and most helpful. This is a professional company and are very fair. The experience was the opposite of what I expected from a tourist area. I would never hesitate to trust this company. Thanks Again!

This was a last minute booking, like 12 hours before, and although I picked the wrong date by accident, the company was so accommodating with making sure we got to our hotel. We didn’t get the vehicle we wanted, but I could appreciate the effort the driver and person who helped us at the airport made. The car was nice and comfortable and the beers and cool towels were such a great touch! Thank you and will absolutely recommend!

We rented the Limousine from Cancun airport to our Hotel Resort. From the very beginning, the service was Top notch. Upon landing, i was contacted immediately by a representative named Carlos Serrano,.Shortly thereafter, he met us outside. Carlos was extremely courteous & professional. He helped with our luggage, & took us to our limousine, & introduced us to our driver Christian Ruiz. He w too was courteous & professional, & drove us safely to our resort. The service provided by Carlos & Christian with STP Caribe was Outstanding!! Highly recommend this company, & will use them again.

When we landed, I had already been contacted and appreciated the communication as it created a stress free transaction. We met up with a representative who let us know what he was wearing and holding a tablet with my name. We were off in minutes in a new, air conditioned, loaded with ice cold beverages, Chevy suburban to our resort. Jose was very professional and pointed out the attractions along the way at our request. We will definitely use them again and may call for a private day trip in the coming days.

Nelson was an AMAZING driver! So friendly and got us to our resort in Tulum quickly and safely. The car was a stretch Volkswagen and had plenty of leg room for me and my husband. Great experience with our drivers and vehicles. On our arrival, STP upgraded our vehicle to a Suburban when we arrived due to the bad weather. And they also adjusted our pick up time when our flight was changed. Our return drive was smooth and easy. Eduardo was waiting for us when we checked out and got us to the airport quickly. So first off, STP is just amazing. Like seriously go above and beyond to make sure you are picked up and transported safely to your destination. They stay on top of your flight and have excellent communication. My flight was delayed 5 times because of Tropical Storm becoming Hurricane Helene and STP WAS SUPER UNDERSTANDING like more so than the super expensive Hotel Xcaret Mexico. My driver Andres was awesome, the moment I landed and turned my phone on, he txted me to let me know where he was and where he would be waiting for me. When I got outside of the airport, I didn’t see anyone with an STP shirt so I called Andres and he came to meet me and help me with my luggage. Cannot recommend this company enough. Will be using them for all my Cancún transportation needs.
