They are on time and on target and answered every question we had in a very timely manner. The mode of transportation was comfortable and efficient and very enjoyable. Superb experience round-trip We had a concern on the shuttle as timing was tight, and we had to transfer between terminals and the airport is a bit of a mess due to construction. Great way to start our vacation

I was quoted 4700 pesos return from Cancun and was asked for a 1000 pesos deposit. I sent it but cancelled once i had a family emergency. I sent Mary Rosado a message for a refund but have not heard back. I will have to contact PayPal. I would not book with Netivos Holbox again.

We had a great trip with Nativos! My mom, cousin and I (three women from US) were traveling from Cancun airport to Isla Holbox and we booked through Nativos for a round trip transport. We had Enrique on our way to Holbox from Cancun airport and Raul on our return trip to the airport. Raul helped us practice our Spanish and his English was wonderful- he told us he just learned this year. Both drivers were extremely prompt/ on time and very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, providing excellent recommendations and answering all of our questions during the drive! Highly recommend to anyone traveling to Cancun area!!

Navitos Holbox Transfers was recommended to us by a friend who recently used them on a trip to Holbox. We made our reservation via email before we arrived in Cancun. Mary’s communication skills are excellent and we felt very comfortable with her and Raul. Raul was our driver and he met us at our hotel in Cancun and drove us directly to the Holbox ferry. Both Mary and Raul speak fluent English and were great conversationalists, which helped make the 2 hours fly by. We highly recommend using Navitos Holbox Transfers!

Raúl and Mary were just fabulous hosts and even more wonderful humans. The 2 hour ride flew by. Such lovely and gracious people! I would recommend them to any and ALL!!

Mary and Raul run a family operated transportation service and strive to make it a more personable experience for their customers. I booked my transfer with them on my first visit in November 2022 and had no question about booking with them again on my next trip in December. The service was great and even offered to stop at the convenience store so that I could get snacks for the road trip. Mary communicated very thoroughly with me via WhatsApp and was so helpful when I had a couple mishaps after landing. I ended up running behind due to my passport falling out of my bag on the plane and not realizing it until I was in the immigration line.. It took a while to find, and by then, my boarding pass was no longer on my phone, and the immigration officer didn’t want to let me in without a boarding pass. Luckily, I was able to communicate all this to Mary so my driver very patiently waited for me. I truly feel like Mary has become a friend, and that is exactly how she wants all her customers to feel. I can’t recommend them enough!!

Raul & his wife were absolutely amazing, I had to fly out earlier than my tour group so it was just me being taken to Cancun from Holbox. I felt safe, the conversation was wonderful and I just wanted to spend more time with them. I cannot recommend Nativos Holbox enough! 🧡

Glad to report that Nativos were very good and Just wanted to thank Mary for being responsive as we had to change our plans and unfortunately cut our holiday short. Our travel plans were changed - Jesus and Manuel were lovely and great drivers. Reliable, on time and got us to Chiquila and back to Cancun airport in plenty of time. Cars comfortable and clean. Will hopefully use again when we return in future.

Mary and Raul were amazing..our plane was very late and Mary and Raul were waiting for us. They made their best for us to catch the last boat but unfortunately the last boat was cancelled due to weather conditions. So Mary helped us to find a hotel in Chiquila. Family run business, extremely well managed.

I contacted Nativos Holbox Transfers via FaceBook messenger and Mary was quick to respond. We continued our conversation via WhatsApp and she answered my questions with thoroughness and professionalism. We booked both transfers with her with ease. Our flight into Cancun was delayed by almost 3 hours and she was quick to respond to ensure us that our driver, Luis, would be waiting for us upon arrival. We traveled to Holbox, and Luis drove expertly to get us to the last ferry to Holbox, with 20 minutes to spare. Luis was courteous and very professional. On our return trip, our driver, Alfonso, was 10 minutes early (we took an earlier ferry than expected) and was also very courteous and professional. Their vans were clean and air-conditioned. The transfer company, IMO, is reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this transfer company to and from Cancun / Holbox.

Such an awesome and sweet couple. They go above and beyond to make sure you're safe and on time. Our plane was several hours delayed which caused us to miss the last ferry, Mari went ahead and helped us book a room in Chiquila while we were still in the air! On the way back to the Cancun airport they stopped at an amazing local restaurant. Thanks again Mari and Raul!!

Mary & Raul made our trip so amazing. Not only was the ride safe and comfortable, but the time we spent with them was amazing. Mary & Raul make it so very easy, they are on time, communicative, and friendly! They gave us amazing recommendations & answered all my questions about mexico, traditions, and curiosities. I learned a lot and we truly had such a great time. Mary & Raul also don't mind stopping to let you grab food or ATM, as well as... they know all the best spots on the route. As someone who LOVES food, this was such a nice touch, especially after a flight. We also used them on our route back from Chiquila to Cancun. They were prompt & communicative!! I LOVED that I didn't have to worry about the transportation. It really made our trip relaxing. THANK YOU Mary & Raul, our time with you was sooooo great. We really appreciate you both so much!!!
