          Dependable
They were prompt and rushed us across the island to get to the ferry on time. Amazing service. The ferry on the other hand was 30 minutes late.

good snorkeling, long day, bring towels!
The snorkeling was pretty good, though we did not see much more variety than we'd seen at Angthong a few days prior. Just more of it. That was surprising given the reputation of the two places for snorkeling. The crew were nice, especially the one guy who got in the water with our kids and took photos & videos for them. I'm not sure if it was the boat or the waves or just that direction is worse but it was a much rougher ride than we had going to Angthong. It is also not straightforward who operates this as it seems to be a third party arrangement. We booked through Smile Samui Tour whose website has the same phone # as this page and the email address here indicates they're the same. But then when we arrived everyone was wearing Mr. Tu's t-shirts so that seems to be the boat/crew operator. There was confusion about the balance owed and they didn't really know so had to have us call Smile. When outsourced it feels like there's a little less accountability. They don't loan out fins so you have the option to buy water shoes as you take off (our Angthong cruise loaned fins). The most confusing thing was that they did not have towels on board for guests and acted surprised when we asked for a towel for our son. One of the crew let him use his which was nice but this is strange to not have towels as I don't think most tourists travel with towels and the booking confirmation does not suggest people to bring towels. If they're not going to provide them they should at least explicitly tell people to bring them. Also, they gave a very wide window for pick up, asking us to be in lobby from 7:50-8:20am. We booked other tours at Koh Samui and they all gave us a direct time and sent messages in the morning. I think this is also probably an issue of dealing with a third party. It's a fine tour if this is your budget, you're up for a long day with multiple snorkel sessions, and you are aware of these things. We more enjoyed our trip to Angthong though, even though it was a fair higher cost. You can look around for operators that own their own boats and go there for ideas on who that might have been.

Great value, beautiful sites and lovely tour guide.
This was a great way to experience a lot in only 6 hours. And the cheapest thing we did in Koh Samui. The driver and guide were lovely, spoke fantastic English and were very insightful and educational. Their historical knowledge was exceptional. Would highly recommend. Great for singles, couples and families. Air conditioned, safe transport. They provided cold bottled water. Definitely wear appropriate clothing so you can enter the temples as they are exquisitely beautiful and well maintained. Shoes must be taken off so slides easier than sneakers.

          Super Friendly Driver!!!
Driver is very friendly, sent the messages to confirm the pick up time a day before. We also requested to stop by 7-11 on the way to our hotel which driver very thankfully agreed and stopped for us. Would recommend this service!

A wonderful opportunity - enjoyed by all ages (including teens)
A wonderful opportunity to see the rehabilitation of the elephants. Well done, striking a balance between allowing us to view whilst keeping the elephants in surroundings they enjoy.

          Snorkelling day trip
The snorkelling was great - 3 different locations, with varied coral. Highlight was the Japanese Garden. Just a warning if you are susceptible to travel sickness take anti sickness as the speed boat ride is very bumpy! We had a great time on the speed boat and actually found the bumps really fun! Staff were super friendly and kind - they did first aid for my sister when she cut her foot on the coral.

          Sunburn
The trip started off well. The first location was for snorkelling and swimming. We were told that the water wouldn’t be very clear due to waves the previous day, but we were okay with this. The second location was where it went downhill for us. We were told we could leave all our things on the boat, and for us this included our sun cream, cover ups and hats, while went kayaking. Next minute the boat leaves, without us being told this would happen, leaving us on the beach/sea with no shade, and no sun cream for over an hour. If we had been told that we could not get our items for over an hour, we would have taken our things with us. As we didn’t have our essentials, all of our party got awful sunburn all over our bodies. This left a sour note for the rest of the trip, with it being very difficult to enjoy due to the pain we were all experiencing. The lunch arranged was lacking. The food was transported over from Koh Samui to the marine park, where it had been sitting in the sun for a while. There was a lack of variety - not many veggie options other than fried rice, and it was covered in flies by the time we went to eat it. On a whole, the trip was enjoyable, the excursions arranged were good, and the scenery was beautiful, but the lack of communication near the start of the trip significantly reduced our enjoyment of the day as a whole.

Amazing tour with amazing tour guide Aek.
A 10/10 experience. My partner and I were so glad to have Aek to be our tour guide. He made our experience in Samui so much better. He is very friendly, polite and really answered all of our questions and made us comfortable during the entire trip. The tour became so smooth and easy thanks to his exceptional service! If anyone wants to book, I do recommend you ask for Aek.

We didn't pay much for the tour, but we certainly also didn't get much of an experience. The boat trip is not 1:30 hours but 2 hours each way, so less time to spend at the beaches. The indoor deck of the boat, was filled with diesel fumes from the midship exhaust system. The boat engine and exhaust was very loud, so I only heard half of the announcements from the guides. The two beaches we visited were beautiful, but where we expected a National Marine Park to be a quiet place, we had to listen to loud pop music playing from the beach bars. The last and vary small beach we visited, had a very small coral reef, that apparently had been dead for many years, so we didn't care to do any snorkeling. Anyhow no mask and snorkel were provided from the tour guides. There wasn't provided enough bottled drinking water, so we had to stock up on the beaches.

Dear our valued customers, Please accept our sincere apologize for any inconvenience which may caused. For the snorkeling equipment, we definitely provide to our customers, if you did not receive it then you can inform the tour guide. For the water supply, we provide the bottle of water with unlimited on the boat, so our customers can ask for it from the crews all the time. However, if on the islands or on the beaches, we can not bring the water to serve our customers as it is prohibited of the National Park. From your review, we would be happy to take your feedback to inform our partners and improve the better services to our customers. Best regards, Jiggy

Probably the best trip I had during this holiday. Choosing the big boat for us was best choice because the journey was very relaxing and we did not have the bumpy experience which is coming with the speed boat. The places and the program was amazing and we spent one of the best day.

We booked this trip on Saturday evening cause we were confused about the weather forecast and how this trip would turn out if heavy rain would start. It's rainy season after all and the weather changes so fast. On Sunday morning at 7:15 a minivan was waiting for us, then we went on to pick up others and head to Nathon Pier. Onboard the crew warmly greeted us and the rest of the people, and they invited everyone to have coffe/tea, tuna sandwich and bananas. Everything was great on board but rainy clouds were everywhere and 15 min before reaching the national park a heavy downpour of rain put us on panic. It was still raining when the small boat came to pick us up and leave us at the National Park. We almost decided to stay on the big boat but then the rain calmed down and we went for it. And what a great experience we had!!! The sky cleared up and the rest of the day was perfect.
At the national park, we had one hour to climb up the stairs to the viewpoint but it's a pretty hard climb if you want to reach the top and you need a reliable shoe cause it's very slippery.
We boarded the big boat and had a delicious Thai lunch. Then we went on for the next stop to take the kayaks and have some fun while rowing. At the next stop, we climbed the stairs that lead to a viewpoint where we could admire the beautiful Blue Lagoon. What a gorgeous place. We did snorkelling here for maybe 40min-1 hour. I lost the track of time at this point but I felt we had enough time to enjoy everything. We are a young couple so our pace may be faster.
We didn't receive any information about the places we visited from our guide, just the daily plan. I don't even know if we suppose to, but it would've been nice to have. Besides this the crew was there to help us and they were all really nice. Thank you for a great day!

Trip was as stated but there were way too many people crammed in the boats. The information was excessive hard to understand and too much to take in when at the back of the boat you couldn't hear the guide.
The kayaking guide stopped between spots and started telling you history of the island but didnt wait for those at the back so had set off before the whole group arrived so they heard nothing.
The food was nice but only fruit snacks and the free water was tap water ( not advisable to drink).
When we got to final island, the swimming area was sectioned off and the whole trip was lots of shouting and do's and donts. Felt very school like and spoilt the relaxation factor. Each stop we were told " you have 20 minutes only or 30 minutes to climb up here erc" which doesn't include catching your breath or taking photos. I would have booked Bluestar as recommended by many many other tourists, but they were full, for obvious reasons I presume.
Overall the islands were amazing but not a great organiserand felt too commercial.

After reading some reviews on here about various trips I went with an open mind. I was pleasantly surprised. I was collected on time at 7.15am and with only one more pick up we headed for the harbour. I’m afraid I have also a comment about the driver, similar to someone else; he drove quite recklessly overtaking on blind corners and when there were cars heading towards us on the other side of the road. I guess there is absolutely no respect for people on scooters and if they don’t get out of the way then they will pay the consequences. We were a full load of 10 people and were silent as he sped in and out of traffic. Boarding the boat was an efficient process with paying the 300 upfront and then being welcomed aboard and handed our life jacket. We had a very clear-ish intro from the lady tour guide who kept us informed throughout the day. The lunch was very tasty and again everything ran like a well oiled machine. The docks were a bit wobbly when climbing from the long boats to and from the beach so if you are slightly dizzy or have balance issues this may be a problem for you but we were helped on and off the boats.
The islands were beautiful. I didn’t bring closed shoes, only flip flops which was a huge pity as I would’ve loved to have climbed up the rope on the second island and tried on my flip flops but wasn’t able to. I sat on the beach taking pics and watching the world go by which was also nice.
We were driven back by the same driver and because of the heavy traffic for a period of time he drove safely as he had no choice but as soon as we were out of Chaweng he again put his foot down overtaking cars that were overtaking other cars - whilst looking at and talking into his phone at different times so that was a bit scary. Overall though a fab day out apart from the trip to and from - but maybe that’s how they drive here? Although other drivers on both my last and this trip did not drive like this. 🤔

Picked up on time and comfortable transfer to pier. Boat was well equipped and staff friendly. Steep hike to top of main viewpoint on Island if you want to do that but we did get to see the local monkeys. We also chose the optional Kayaking excursion which was fun. Snorkeling a bit disappointing due to clarity of water. Lunch on boat was reasonable for this type of trip. All in all a good day out although information about exactly what was order of events was a bit confusing and led to us leaving our bags on one beach when we took Kayak to another. The attentive staff tho brought them back to us on boat.

I was living in Samui for 8 years, and have done all exclusions around Samui Island. Angthong Marine Park was the best trip. The big boat comes with lunch, snorkel and Kayak. Staff was super friendly. You can see them work hard for all guess with big smile all the time.
