I brought 80 people for a national event and we stayed for a week with frequent travel due to related sporting commitments. We used 4 Hotels but no one advised us at Reservation that Viserba is all ZTL zone. Despite having provided the plates for the planned permits, after 2 months, a dozen rather hefty fines have resulted.
