    Emotional and interesting tour
I really enjoyed the Full Day Bus Tour in Hiroshima and Miyajima. Our guide was very knowledgeable and funny and as it was very hot reminded us drink lots of water. It was emotional visiting the Atomic Bomb memorial and museum. The shrine on Miyajima was amazing and if you can arrange to go on the tour when the tide is in it would be even more spectacular.

ABCD-Above and Beyond the Call of Duty
Our guide Tsutomu who asked us to call him Tom was amazing. He was very knowledge about Hiroshima and extremely helpful and kind. We enjoyed the tour from start to finish. He went above and beyond the call of duty. In addition, seeing Hiroshima and learning of the lasting devastation was a humbling experience.

    Amazing
Kyoko was very nice and knowledgeable about the history of Miyajima and Peace memorials. We had a delicious otomomiyaki for lunch with a little time for shopping. I enjoyed her company and we both want to come back and visit again. Mahalo Kyoko 🌸🙏🏻

    Thank you Yuki!
Yuki! What a pleasure it was to spend the day with you, your English was fabulous and your knowledge and kindness was just so much appreciated. Our day with you couldn’t have been better. So patient, kind and accommodating. Thank you for booking a reservation on the island for our yummy lunch together, and for your fun lesson on speaking Japanese while we ate 🙏🏼

    Wouldn’t recommend
the only good thing on this tour were the guides, who were amazing and knowledgeable people, who we are very happy to have met. The review doesn’t reflect on them at all but on the tour and the agency itself. The first day we had to get 3 trains while carrying 2 big luggages. The agency didn’t inform us that the luggages can be a problem, not only for this day but for the whole tour, so we had no idea how much time we had to carry them. We reached Koyasan, a beautiful place, and after spending 2-3h walking and visiting the shrines, we went to our hotel. It was a temple, which was a nice experience, but it was FREEZING day and night. We had to wear our jackets and use the electric blankets to sleep at night. The second day, we had to take 3 buses, none of which had space for our and other travellers’ luggages. It was very tiring and the whole day was around transportation and not hiking (we walked for less than 1h). We ended up in a hotel, which was very old and abandoned- honestly not great at all. Finally because of a health issue, we had to cancel the 3rd day (we were also exhausted from all the transportation) and when our guide talked to the agency, their response was that since we were there they would “recommend” us continuing our trip, so they don’t have to give us a refund. We didn’t continue and we had to pay for our transportation back to Osaka, but even so, we were happy it was over. Overall, Kumano is a great place to visiting but I wouldn’t recommend this tour to anyone

Learning more on the process in the making of whisky. Overall ok but the guide seems to be in a rush at the end. Gift shop only sells small gift set and not the big bottle of whisky which was a little disappointing.
