About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Wander8197750 contributionsExcellent ServiceWe used Peter at the Hello Malta agency situated inside the reception area in the Double Tree Hilton Malta . His advice & knowledge & helpfulness were greatly appreciated. Another mention also for David ,who was also excellent when Peter was on his day off. We thoroughly recommend using them & look forward to using you when we come back to Malta, many thanks ,Jo & Graham.Written September 4, 2024

- ContessaSoder0 contributionsWaste of precious time! Scam. The worst organized tour we ever been in over 70 countries we visited so far. “Gozo with a Difference”. Big no no! Don’t buy your tickets from vendors in Sliema, very wrong information given about the tour and transport so they can sell the tickets as they work on commission. A total mess the pick up time and points. We’ve been moved from one transport to the other, drivers not having a clue who’s stepping onboard. I specifically asked details about the transport, they told me that it’s gonna be a comfortable big shuttle with AC, we ended up in a minibus with water dropping on me from the AC so “shower” included and difficulty to see the views around as the guide was explaining. The lady guide was kind to give me her seat although. We’ve been told that the tour included 1.10 hour free time so we can enjoy some swimming. Got ready with the necessary items, to be told by the guide that nothing like that is available in the tour, she confirmed that I’ve been given misleading information by the vendor. So mush time wasted on an unnecessary stop to some kind of souvenir shop where different local specialities are offered in order to buy, pity that the goodies are covered by dust and flies all over the food. When asked about food allergies, an aloof attitude given and the classic “I don’t know”. Time wasted again to see the famous rock arch by the sea side “Azure window” only that the arch, the “window” doesn’t exist anymore as in 2017 collapsed during a storm. Why would a “professional” touring agency take me there to just see some rocks on the shore, still can’t find the logic. The time allocated for the souvenir shop and pictures at the collapsed arch could have been allocated and planned for something else. No time to get something to drink or eat until the end of tour when for once again information given by the guide totally confusing. Drivers not prepared with water onboard. The guide poorly prepared, repeating herself over and over again unnecessary. Very interesting to see the archeological site of Ggantija but the time allocated very short, 10 minutes and again poor, short information given by the guide. So as a conclusion, stay again from this kind of tour operators, total scam and if you value your time find another way to reach and see Gozo.Written August 22, 2024
- Suzanne H0 contributionsDaily market by this quaint fishing harbor. Market stalls offer locally made crafts as well as touristy souvenirsThis was another stop on the hop on hop off bus. I went on a Wednesday and there were a few craft stalls selling beautiful handmade table linens and jewelry. But most of the stalls had tourist merchandise you can find anywhere: Malta hats, tees, small ceramics etc. A walk around the bustling, picturesque harbor is worth the trip, followed by a drink at one of the small cafes while watching the world go by. You can go on a boat trip round to Blue Grotto from Marsaxlokk. However, I hopped back on the bus and it was a couple of stops after. I was hoping to go on a boat trip when I got there, but the grotto was only open to swimmers and the boats were not running. If I had known I would have taken a swimsuit as the water looked really invitingWritten August 19, 2024
- KylieC9920 contributionsConfirmed tour but not picked up and no refundWe booked this tour the day before departure and it was confirmed on line for the pickup time and date. After 15 minutes of waiting (arrived 5 minutes early) , we rang the company to confirm that they were coming to pick us up and they said it would be a few more minutes. After waiting another 10 minutes or so, a person from their company who was running the hop on / off buses rang their colleague and confirmed they would be coming. After a further 30-40 minutes of waiting he rang them again at which time he said they weren’t picking us up as we booked too late and we could do the hop on off bus instead which would come in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later the non-air conditioned, crowded bus came (do not do this either). The company did not contact us or reply to my emails and no refund has been sent. Terrible company, do not use, they should not confirm and take our money if they they cannot pick you up.Written August 15, 2024
- simonsZ9066DN0 contributionsGood and InformativeGood tour of the three cities (tour focused mainly on Vittorioso). Good food, would like to have tasted some more wines though.Written August 14, 2024
- Zoë v0 contributionsGozo with a difference.Staying at St. Paul’s Bay, we booked our trip at the office on I’m-Qawra Street, where Dolly recommended us 3 different trips which we all ended up doing due to Dolly being so passionate about her job and her sparkling personality! The bus trip to the Ferry site had some stunning views on its own, even though the real journey only started upon arrival in Gozo. The first stop was at the Ggantija Temples, where we visited the museum and the temples, a stop of about an hour, accompanied by Mario, our amazing guide who had an extreme love for his occupation and seemed to be enjoying every part of the ride as much as we were. Next up was Marsalforn, where we got on the trackless train which drove up to the Salt Pans on the Northern coastal area of the island. Breathtaking views and if you’re lucky enough you might be able to spot Sicily on the horizon. Afterwards we made a small pitstop at a Crafts Shop where we were able to try some traditional Maltese food and liquor, also the perfect spot to get a unique and authentic souvenir. Afterwards we went to Dwejra Bay on the West side of the island, where you had the opportunity to do a short boat ride, for the low amount of €5-, through some caves and underneath the (now non-existent) Azure Window. Last but not least was the capital city of Victoria where you get some free time to explore and walk around the city. There’s also the possibility to go to the Citadella, unfortunately we didn’t have enough leisure time to get there, since it was the first longer stop of the day and only opportunity to have some lunch, which we prioritised after a long day in the tiring heat. All in all, it was definitely worth the €65- p/p, since Gozo is a must-see during your stay on Malta. Warm regards Benny, Nancy, Zoë, and Mats.Written August 7, 2024
- Zoë v0 contributionsMalta: The three cities and wine tasting.Staying at St. Paul’s Bay, we booked our trip at the office on I’m-Qawra Street, where Dolly recommended us 3 different trips which we all ended up doing due to Dolly being so passionate about her job and her sparkling personality! The walk through the cities was beautiful and not at all too long. Soon after, we got to the wine tasting which sadly lasted a little too short in my personal opinion. It all felt a bit rushed but overall it was a pretty good tasting, seeing as we ended up buying some of the bottles of wine that we got to taste. Our guide, Mark, was also very knowledgeable and fun to be around, he definitely knew what he was doing. A relaxed, short trip. Perfect if you want to combine it with another journey on the same day, and most certainly worth the small price of €40- p/p. Kind regards Benny, Nancy, Zoë, and MatsWritten August 7, 2024

- jennylH2005HQ0 contributionsA lot of Russian instead of English andI booked an English guide, but got a Lithuanian who spent most of the time speaking Russian to the small group of Russians who were on our bus. We got very little guiding and very little time at the stops because we had to stand and wait for her to guide in Russian too. The tour was a whole day but most of the day was spent picking up passengers and dropping off passengers from all over the island or listening to Russian.Written July 16, 2024
- KKS1260 contributionsTale of two halvesBooked the 2 harbour cruise through this company however would advise caution to those considering the same. Waited at the collection point for pickup and was there early. Clearly a common pickup location as multiple other tours seemed to be using it to. There was a guide from the hop on hop off bus there and luckily he told us that our pickup was actually the hop on/off bus. On its arrival we showed the driver the ticket and off we went (albeit 10 mins late). When we got off the bus a man from Supreme travel pointed us to the boat, but when we got there they told us we didn’t have tickets. I showed the ticket on our phone with its QR code and the email with the link to the ticket and he said it wasn’t a ticket. We argued and he said he’d need to take a photo and ring his boss. They did then allow us on but then asked to see the ‘ticket’ another 2 times. The actual cruise was very good, informative and we thoroughly enjoyed that. We decided not to try and work out how to get back to our hotel with the tickets and took a bolt taxi onto another town instead.Written July 10, 2024

- cyprus550 contributionsReally good morning out.Good guide , very informative and interesting Bus arrived at our hotel to pick us up on time. The whole trip was interesting and stayed on time throughout. Lovely cafe for the Maltese platter with drinks. Excellent value for money. Thank you.Written July 6, 2024
- AM09090 contributionsNot bad!Booking & transfer - smooth. Though there was no pick up & drop from our hotel, the bus transfer (to the start point at the ferry) was simple enough. They suggested we get a free ride on the hop on bus & the driver announced when to get off. Then, a quick 80 m walk to where you see the bus parked. Tour- live commentary so that's a plus, but more perspective of history needed. They overbook tickets so they turned people away, ruining their plans. Tour stop was at a really dusty square. So though it was central, it did not make any sense as it was almost a construction site. Could have picked better sites as there were a few nice ones. Just a couple of photo stops , we could have done a few more. The seats had cushions so it was comfy, but since its vintage, do not expect leg space.Written July 2, 2024
- I7232FHpeters0 contributionsBad ExperienceWell , we waited for quiet a long time There were two lots of people that didn't get there At ten forty five We cannot fault the lovely vintage bus But, they wanted to get their money's worth and they just crammed us in And it was the most uncomfortable ride we have ever experienced. We didn't even get to see hardly anything Because we could not move our bodies. We had elderly ladies that were nearly Falling out of the bus , it was a Atrocious I will not recommend this.Written June 11, 2024

Great sights— the cave is wild, snd Not to be missed. But the tour guide didn’t tell us much beyond what was on plaques and signage at each site. It was a pretty large group, and you spent 45 min+ driving around to pick everyone up. If I did it again, I would just take Uber or Bolt to each place. Again, the sites themselves are fantastic and the tour guide was perfectly nice and very organized, professional, etc. Certainly a trustworthy and legit your company.

We thought this was an excellent tour with a very good guide. We had long enough time at each site. We only wish it had included Tarxien temple too. The cart that used to take people between the temples is not there at the moment and some of our party were unable to walk the 800m between the two

Brilliant tour guide Mark who was very knowledgeable, efficient and enthusiastic throughout the whole tour. Sufficient time allowed at each tour stop and Mark ensured that every member of the tour was catered to in terms of native language. Thomas the driver was very courteous and a good driver. Pick up was a little late, however a quick call to the tour operator provided a good update. Would recommend to anyone interested in prehistoric sites.

Well organised and on time - email to confirm hotel pick up time the night before and minibus direct back rather than with main coach. Good guide. Hagar Qim is the best of the temples in my opinion but enjoyed both Mnajdra and the cave at Ghar Dalam as well.

This was an incredible tour of pre historic temples. It was amazing to look around, would have loved a little bit more archaeological information including possible theories as to how it was built etc. Very unspoilt, but also as tourist would've loved to purchase a souvenir of some kind.

Pick up on time, friendly staff, clean and comfortable coach, knowledgeable guide and excellent sites to visit. Driver Martin went the extra mile to retrieve our forgotten camera. Supreme travel office staff gave us all help with it. A big thank you.

Rather rushed. Could have done without visiting The Dark Cave and spending more time @ the Temples. Would have liked more of a look around & chance to go to visitors centre.
Can't say I learnt much from our guide also.
Felt it was quite good value despite this but I would have preferred the trip to be longer with a lunch break.
