The driver was a kind person and spoke fluent English. Because I had a day trip from Singapore, his assistance enables me to have a smooth travel during my stay in Bintan Island.

As an adult, I still enjoyed it to max and my daughter said she loved it and would love to come again. We met by the port and got picked up by a kind driver with a nice car(1h) that took us to a speedboat (10min) which took us to a little wooden hut above the water where there was a bathroom, a kitchen and you even get a cabin of your own. Now, let’s talk about activities: first, you can do snorkeling where they give you all the gear. After that you can borrow a kayak and go to the nearby island (if the tide is high). At this island, me and my daughter found A LOT of sea shells which we could take back home as a souvenir. Then, if you get hungry you can ask them to cook you something. They cooked us some delicious fried noodles with eggs and perfectly seasoned (compliments to the chef) and the crew was super friendly and took lots of pictures and videos of us. Amazing place and would definitely go again! ;)

We enjoyed the day although it rained for most of it. Our driver was able to reorganise things around the weather. We had a ride on an ATV, at the sand dunes at an extra cost. A very good seafood lunch. The best part was the Mangrove trip up the river in a small boat with Dave and Mr Alan. Certainly would have been a better day without the rain, but worth doing.

It was a great experience to view Bintan from a different perspective. The highlight of the trip was the speed boat in the mangroves. Witnessed plenty of tree snakes hanging right above our heads. An out of the world experience in the heavy rains. The zoo was another way to explore Bintan which we weren't aware of. Plenty of animals to see and you get to feed them. Amazing seafood by the waters, but we enjoyed delicious vegetarian food since we don't eat meat. The blue light was an icing on the cake which was so unexpected. Families with kids will definitely enjoy. Boat ride to the mangrove is highly recommended.

Enjoyable private tour. Budi who is both driver n guided has done great job. Car provided is comfortable. Lunch is great too but too much quantity. Great tour packages to cover most of the Bintan activities that we enjoy very much.

Myself and my son (17) loved the experience. We took a boat out to a big hut in the ocean. This is where we snorkeled from. We were given food to hand feed the fish. There were so many different types of fish eating the food out of our hands. The guides have an underwater camera that they took videos and pictures of us snorkeling and feeding the fish. When we were done snorkeling we fished out of the hut for a while and took one of their kayaks to a small island close by. All the guides went out of their way to make sure our experience was enjoyable. They told us that we could have as much time as we wanted and brought us back as soon as we were ready. I definitely recommend this experience!

Unique experience: snorkling from a floating platform in the sea. The water is easily to access thanks to the stairs. Good snorkling for beginners and experienced snorkelers. And you can snorkle as long as you like. Amazing 360 degrees views off the sea. Also kayaking and fishing possible. The reefs are amazing: large and colourfull. Different species of fish present and especially a lot off Nemo fish!! I couldn't believe my eyes! So much Nemo over there to admire. The crew was friendly and very helpful. We give this trip 10 stars!!

If you book from Bintan Taxi, the tour company. Please look for Hitler Sinatra. He is knowledgeable, amazing and fun! He is very polite, and he is flexible and goes out of his way to make sure you experience Bintan under proper weather and circumstance. I highly recommend Hitler Sinatra. The north bintan tour was educational, the zoo, the sand dunes, archery, the blue lake, the lunch, the mangrove tour, places you don’t expect to see in Bintan. He even brought us to a fishing village and there is so much things to learn about Bintan.

The Sand Dunes and Blue Lakes was an amazing spot for photo taking. It was unfortunate that we did not complete the mangrove tour due to bad weather but it was indeed spectacular. Our driver Dani was very friendly and we truly enjoyed our day.

Was pleasantly surprised by the comprehensiveness of this package. We had a guided tour to a mangrove (remember to put sun block), followed by a very fun trip to the safari. It was way above our expectations. Very interactive and can see the animals up close. Lunch was a 6 course seafood meal on a kelong. After that we went to the blue lake & sand dunes, a hidden treasure of Bintan. After that we had a driving tour of Tanjung Uban, and the driver dropped us off at a Chinese temple as an extra stop. Overall many activities within 7 hours and worth the trip!
