The tour was overall really nice. They were super friendly and made sure we had a great time snorkeling in the beautiful ocean. Just keep in mind that there isn't much space to change or relax on the tour boat. They took awesome videos while we were snorkeling, and the best part is they shared all the videos with us at no extra cost, so we could have those precious memories on video. They even kindly picked us up right in front of our hotel, which made the whole transportation super convenient. If you're thinking about snorkeling, I definitely recommend it!

the firefly tour was ok, not particularly spectacular but friendly and low stress. do not use insect repellant you won't need it and I doubt the flies like it !

Very basic tour but straightforward - drive to dock, jump on noise motor boat, drive around the mangrove looking for fireflies for a while, return. Don't expect too much but good for a quick getaway from a bog-standard Bintan Resort.

Magical experience, to see the fire flies lighting up the trees Iike a Christmas tree, and catching them with the cup of your hand and watching them fly off again. The boat ride in the dark was also quite fun and the stars were also amazing! Guide was very friendly and provided helpful info about the mangrove and fireflies. To be honest it wasn’t swarms of them but still enough to wow you. Apparently it’s better right after the rain and on moonless nights. In case you’re wondering, this is the same place for the mangrove tour, but a shorter ride because it is it safe to go into the mangrove at night when the snakes come out. :)

As you reach "Busung" & park your car, you feel sand dunes are just ok looking. But as you reach inside, They feel good with actually gravel & pebbles ( not exactly sand) You start taking pictures. You go further inside, you start forgetting the heat of the sun The moment you reach the "Blue Lake" you are awestruck, mesmerized & what not. You go on taking pictures..... you dont want to leave the place !!! Possible Activities :- Pic with eagle Quad biking Boat (lazy romantic) 20 min trip in the lake Run up & down the dunes Cannot swim in the lake Small chips / snacks & colddrink counters near the parking Toilets available near parking

It was actually quite good. Wizzing along the river and mangroves in darkness was kind of mystical. Our guide was sweet but his English was limited so we didn’t get much information. The fireflies were really lovely- looked like Christmas tree lights when got close. The guide would catch some in his hands and give them to you to hold and watch fly off. We had dinner at a local seafood place in the mangroves which was a good experience

Great tour experience for young kids who are always coped in the city! It is great to be outdoor and close to nature. And the feeling of catching a firefly in your hand is so surreal. Not only that, the sky was beautiful and we even saw a shooting star. I must commend the tour guide that he was so talented in different languages and knowledgeable! Overall, an amazing experience and worth every dollar spent.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time snorkeling, kayaking, jumping off the platform, and fishing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and we loved the views and laid-back nature of the entire place. Hope to be back one day!

We had a driver all the way from Nirwana. Then we went on a boat to the Kelong (offshore plateau). They gave us snorkling equipement and some bread to feed the fishes. The fish eat right out of your hand. We went snorkling for a while with the guide. Then had coffee and simple cheap noodle lunch. Then we went kayaking in the mangrove and saw birds and fish jumping from the water. Then got back to the hotel. It was nice, very relaxed. A very pretty area with many fish. For a good price. Definitely a recommendation if you are on Bintan.

A fantastic experience. They provided free transport from the Roka resort, took us to a beach 39 mins away then it was a 10 minute boat ride to a large structure in the sea. The coral and snorkelling was fantastic and the people were very friendly and helpful. We also had a kayak provided and paddled to a nearby island. There was unlimited water and hot drinks and they made us fried noodles and noodle soup for lunch. I would thoroughly recommend this very well organised and extremely enjoyable trip. We stayed for around 4 hours and when we were ready to go they phoned a driver who met us on the beach and took us back to the hotel. We have done many snorkelling tours and this was one of the best. We’ll done to everyone involved.

Loved it. LOVED IT! It was truly a special experience with Ajee (our tour guide) who showed and explained the wildlife beautifully. Seeing how the people live on the river and the wildlife was amazing. Bonus beautiful moon and star scape on the night. Tarig and Nikki

Really enjoyed our experience. Snorkling was great and also good to get an opportunity to kayak and finsh whilst there as well. Staff were friendly and very accomodating

I dont recall the company I went snorleling with but the experience itself was great for a fisr timeer like me. Decently clear water ( not as good as bali - but not as expensive either. The baot ride to the snorkel site is 1 hour approx after the drive from the hotel to the center. they provide equipment though I had carried my own for hygene purposes ( mouth tube and face mask / goggles)
