I arrived at the airport at the arranged time. Several flights had arrived in close succession and the airport was very busy. I went straight to the location given to me in my confirmation email however no signs had my name. I walked around and looked in all areas and then went back to the original location but still my name plaque wasn’t there. I waited 40 mins and still no driver or name plaque. In the end I had to get a taxi independently. The next morning I sent an email advising the company of what happened. They sent a photo back of my name plaque and informed me it was not there fault. The photo clearly showed a very airport and therefore it was obvious the time it was taken was not at the arranged time. I emailed them back and informed them the photo was taken at a quiet time and therefore couldn’t have been at the arranged time and requested a refund. I informed them I had been forced to get a taxi and I was concerned about honesty as the photo was obviously not taken at the correct time. They wrote back arguing, informing me that they would get the police!!! to pick me up to attend the airport for cctv footage and that if I threatened to leave a negative review they would take further action. After back and forth they agreed to refund 20 percent of what I had paid. I took it up with trip advisor and received a full refund. So disappointed with how the company handled the situation. I expect they will write something negative when they read this. Why would I lie when I needed a lift to my hotel? I really wouldn’t recommend using this business. I felt they were dishonest, intimidating, irresponsible, aggressive and didn’t acknowledge my experience or apologise at any time.

The views of the temples and mountains was expectacular, the food was delicious, the ride was comfortable and not boring. I was able to see some monkey and I saw a few elephants. We and Arm showed us around and let us walked around Main Street to shop around and explore.

It was bucketing rain the morning we started our but our tour guide Tong did a top job at adjusting our itinerary to suit the weather and to make sure we met up with the rest of our tour group. In this half-day tour, the itinerary allowed us to see many of the highlights of Phuket including Wat Cha Long monastery, Phuket Old Town, The Big Buddha, a couple of scenic viewpoints and an included lunch stop. They supplied us with large sturdy umbrellas, water and soft drinks throughout the tour. At the end of the tour, they organised a private car to drive us back to our hotel so that they could see out the tour with the rest of our group who had been delayed by the local flooding that morning. Well organised tour and highly recommended.

Very worthwhile tour if staying outside the main town of Phuket. Visited most of the main sights during the half day trip.

Tong was a great tour guide, who was both funny and very informative. It was great to see the temples and we had a good amount of time to look around. The walk through old town was at a nice pace, with just the right amount of commentary. Lunch was in a street food food court, plenty of choices included and the food was tasty. Drinks were provided throughout the tour, which was nice as it was warm, with a lot of outside time. A fantastic day out.

The experience was great as a first visit to Phuket I highly recommend although it can be a long day we made great memories and was made even better by our tour guide jennifer. Thank you for a great trip.

This tour is awesome Totally recommend it too anyone that wants a tour of the elephants, attractions etc around Phuket Great value for money cause it goes for hours and you go everywhere, not just one place. Better do it by yourself. Long wait. The company wanted extra money to pick us up from hotel without telling us until the day before. Wouldn’t take the city tour. We have yo use grab to get to the hotel with long wait for the rest of the team. Unpleasant service thereafter.

Great day trip to see a lot of the sights. The Temples are something else, so beautiful, we took loads of photos. Big Buddha is huge, larger than anticipated and very busy. Had lunch in a little Thai food market in the old town, which was delicious. Phuket Old Town is very colourful and you get the chance to go for a wander. We made an impromptu stop at a cashew nut place where we saw them growing on the trees and being shelled. The viewpoint was stunning, only gripe is we weren’t there for the actual sunset. Trip is in an air conditioned bus and water and soft drinks are provided throughout. We had an English speaking guide who was local so could tell us all about the history. Well worth the money

Me and my boyfriend went on a guided tour with the most lovely guide EVER! Thanks to Among we learnt a lot of interesting things about Thailand and its traditions, we really had a great time. Among was so kind with all of us. He seemed like our father due to his kindness and care towards us. Very smiling and creating an agreeable atmosphere. We saw all the promised spots and took beautiful photos. Thank you !

Not .much of the city, only an old residence museum and a historic site. And of course several businesses selling to tourists. We seemed to go all the ship's tour went as evidenced by the ship stickers on others. I'd say it was better value than with the ship

Early pickup but the trip was worth it. "Rainy" my guide was very informative and helpful, had some laughs along the way. The views were stunning and it was interesting to see different cultures. Plenty of photos taken.

The tour itself was very good and we enjoyed our guide. We saw everything we expected to see. Be prepared for this to be an all day experience because the traffic in Phuket is horrendous and we ended up spending over 4 hours on the bus just getting around

Booked the airport transfer months before our first trip to Phuket particularly as we were arriving in the early hours of the morning. However just hours before ( whilst we were flying there) we received an email worded 'It’s a bummer, but the tour operator for Phuket Airport Transfer (SHA Plus) had to cancel your booking. Good news: a full refund of GBP' Given I hadn't been well on the flight and we had thought we would have someone waiting for us, it didn't make for a pleasant first impression of the country and made for a very stressful situation. It's a pity you can't give a no star rating!
