This is the BEST tour ever! The bike trip and lunch were so amazing! Highly recommend this tour. Fabrizio, Julietta, and Lorenzo were wonderful hosts. We had a group of 10. Thank you for showing us your beautiful country in such a great way! Will definitely come back and ride with you again!

We had an amazing anniversary trip to Italy and I must say this was our favorite part of the whole trip. This is a one of a kind experience. Tons of fun chasing the dog and finding truffles. Our group found 5 truffles one after the other. The expert dog is adorable and super smart at locating truffles. Our truffle hunter was so friendly and explained the history of our hunt and the procedure with great detail. The food and wine after was excellent. The location is breathtaking. I recommend this adventure for everyone.

My husband and I very much enjoyed this cooking class. Our instructor, Lucia, was very knowledgeable in the art of making pasta. She would show us part of the preparation and then would assist us in that portion. We had all the ingredients set in bowls individually. There were only 4 of us in total so we received lots of attention. Once our pasta was prepared, we moved to another building where the staff cooked it. We had a lovely time visiting with another couple from the Netherlands. We drank wine with our dinner and then were given a delicious dessert of puff pastry with a pistachio sauce. The setting is on a family owned, organic farm and is a large resort but we prepared our pasta in a private, spacious room. Make sure you follow Apple map directions not Goggle maps. We took a long gravel road when we didn’t need to.

My family and I had the best time making our own pasta from scratch! Ilenia and Sara were awesome instructors. They were kind, patient, and so much fun! After making the pasta, we were taken to a beautiful restaurant, where a chef cooked the pasta and added three different sauces. Unfortunately, we had car trouble which caused us to be late arriving. The owners of the Agriturismo helped us with our car and they accommodated our delay!! The staff turned a bad event into a vacation highlight! Thanks Corsi di Pasta Fresca!

What a great experience we had with a wonderful teacher, Elenia! Her teaching style and personality was so approachable and fun! We were treated royally by staff and felt a strong sense of accomplishment by the end of the day. In addition we got to spend time with several nice people from other countries. A+++

It was everything we could want in a cooking class. The setting on a family owned organic farm. Lucia made the class fun, easy and understandable with her explanations. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. When we finished, we relaxed on patio with our wine and while the staff cooked and then served our 3 pasta dishes. Afterwards we were served dessert. A relaxed pleasant day in the countryside!

Definitely worth the money! Would recommend this to everyone as part of the whole Tuscan experience!! The view alone was enough, let alone the experience and takeaways included

Lovely pasta making class with a beautiful view. Our instructor (Amelia? I can't remember exactly) was lovely and her English was excellent, despite her apologies. We learned how to make fresh pasta dough and to shape it into ravioli, tagliatelle and maltagliati (the "scraps"). Then the chef cooked it, adding difference sauces to each one, and we enjoyed it with wine on a lovely terrace. Only one drawback -- we would have loved to learn to cook, or gotten recipes for the sauces that went with the pastas.

This was an amazing experience in the woods around Agriturismo Biologico Diacceroni. Our guide was knowledgable and enthusiastic, from a long-line of truffle hunters. His dogs were delightful - one young and enthusiastic, the other older, wiser, and slower. We ended up finding four truffles. The bites afterwards were very tasty too, highly recommended. We ate in the beautiful surroundings of the Tuscan countryside. Highly recommended for young children. Thank you!

We stayed one week at an apartment. They promised us a beautifull view, but it was blocjed by a small building and next to a turning point for the cars. The interior was also old.
