the views were great, the hike was fun the horseback ride back was the best. the lunch was not that good. don't have more to say but have to fill in something or review won't submit

We could not have asked for a better experience - it was great! Justin was our guide. He was very knowledgeable, patient and wanted us to enjoy our visit to the cloud forest. We told him our biggest wish for the visit was to see the famous quetzal bird and he made our wish come true! Magical! We saw many other birds and learnt so much about the cloud forest. Thank you Justin.

We loved this experience! Everything was perfectly organized, from the pickup at our hotel by minibus to the Monteverde site, the walk across the hanging bridges with our guide, and the team that accompanied us on the zipline tour. The entire Faro TRAVEL Costa Rica team was very welcoming and professional. We also really enjoyed the photos and videos of our zipline, which left us with unforgettable memories. The views were amazing, and the driver was excellent!! We even stopped at a bridge to view some crocodiles in the river. We also stopped at a viewing area to take photos of Jaco beach. The driver drove very safely, and made us feel comfortable as we enjoyed the trip!!

Justin was an amazing guide and we saw the coolest creatures out and about during our tour. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

We really enjoyed our time here. You need to be fit to complete it with lots of steps (both up and down) as well as crossing streams and hanging bridges. The scenery is stunning, especially the sun shining through the waterfalls. Be prepared to get wet in places. We did the horse ride back and felt a bit uncomfortable doing so when I saw the route. It was mostly uphill and on a badly cobbled surface which felt cruel on the horses. On reflection I probably wouldn't have done this part had I known this.

We spent a fabulous afternoon in the company of our very knowledgeable guide, Mario, as he thoughtfully took us to see sites in downtown San Jose. From parks to the national theater to the Gold Museum to finish at the Central Market - Mario kindly educated us about history and the present life in his beautiful country. Highly recommend booking this tour. Our driver rocked too !!

The tour company screwed up did not get me to the place set up a bad arrangement I would not go with via tour anywhere after this experience. I've used them many times and this was the worst I've ever seen. They were non-responsive non-helpful and did not get me to my location

We had a private transfer from Monteverde to Manuel Antonio. Our driver was on time and extremely safe while driving. Faro Travel was in contact with me prior to pickup to confirm details and very responsive to questions. Highly recommend this company.

Pick-up from airport to hotel was very efficient! The greeter, driver (Andres), & partner were so friendly, courteous, & welcoming. Bonus was being in a brand new vehicle. Traffic slowdown wasn’t so bad after all.
