Food samples are a part of Japanese culture.
You can make a realistic looking food sample with wax.
You can see many of these food samples in the showcases of Japanese restaurants.
This time, we will make tempura, a famous Japanese food.
You do not need to bring anything to participate in this workshop.
Kappabashi has many cooking tools, which are also used by Japanese chefs.
There are so many varieties that you may get lost.
A knowledgeable guide will explain the cooking tools to you and help you find the perfect product for you!
Notes for food sample making:
Aprons will be provided.
Please come to the store in clothes with sleeves that can be rolled up to the elbow if possible.
If you have nail art, please understand that the nail art may be removed during the process.
