Our tour guide Mayumi was great! Despite the rainy weather, we were able to visit most of the major spots of Tokyo within the 6 hour time frame. She kept us informed of the planned itinerary ahead of time and was able to change it based on our interests. Also helped us navigate our way around the train station and gave good restaurant recommendations along the way. We definitely would recommend her to family and friends!

Rumi was an amazing guide - very knowledgeable and helpful. We had some unusual requests and she researched them in advance and was able to take us where we needed to go. Sh was also very friendly and the day with her was an absolute delight!

Excellent walking tour in central Kyoto using train and subway to move from one location to the other. Excellent historical information all the way.

Taku loves his history. We had snow rain and hail and did not deter Taku from showing us this amazing city Beautiful shrines and temples showing us how to be reverent when entering Beautiful gardens. The subway much easier when shown how to use.

We had an amazing day trip experience at Hiroshima and Miyajima island. Yuko was an amazing tour guide and was so knowledgeable about all the history. She answered all of the questions we had throughout the tour and was very personable. I would highly recommend taking a tour with Yuko!

Sam took us to a variety of locations and was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a great way to start our trip to Japan and get us comfortable with the subway system for the days ahead.

Our guide (Ichiro) was friendly, knowledgeable, spoke perfect English, and was a pleasure to be with for six hours. Prior to our arrival in Japan, Ichiro contacted us and learned about our interests. He then tailored our tour accordingly. We highly recommend him as a guide in Hakone.

We had a wonderful time on our guided tour through Tokyo! It was an unusual spring day with cold and snow. Our guide Izumi was personable and flexible with our schedule. Great time had by all!

Yoshi San was a rockstar! Of course he was an Ironman because we covered the whole city plus plus. He taught us all the inside information and the history so we can follow and understand what we were seeing. He was a joy to be around and we can’t recommend him enough!

What an amazing day. A fellow guest at the hotel where I was staying in Osaka suggested that I visit Hiroshima and so I booked a tour with a government licensed tour guide. As with most of my itinerary in Japan, all I knew was that I was visiting Hiroshima and conducted no research whatsoever, besides what is already commonly known about the place. The evening before the tour, Kurotobi called me over the telephone to confirm my train arrival time and to describe what she would be wearing. I arrived at Hiroshima at the appointed time and she was there waiting for me at the ticket entrance. She greeted me with such warmth that I automatically relaxed and knew I was in for a great time. She asked me how I would like the trip planned and I told her she was in charge and that I’d follow her lead and boy am I glad. We went first to the island by train and ferry where I was educated by her on everything concerning the island. She took pictures of me in view of nori gate and after the tour she recommended an okonomiyaki restaurant off the beaten track that served the best I’ve ever had. I also felt really honoured that we ate together. During lunch we had lovely and personal conversations about life. We proceeded to the atomic bomb site and museum by tram and on the way, she taught me how to make my first ever origami crane which we left in commemoration of sadaki. The visit to the museum itself was quite emotional. We walked along the axis of peace with our last stop at the hypo centre. From there, she went with me back to Hiroshima station and ensured that I boarded my train back to Osaka before she left for home. She is such a kind soul who made my trip even more special and I cannot recommend her and the tour highly enough.

Posh was very knowledgeable and a historian so it added depth to the tour . Saw a different side to Tokyo which was better than conventional tours . Recommended
