About the operator
- Randatx00Great experience! This was a great way to see Kyoto if you are short on time. The group is small and you are able to see all the major highlights. Out tour guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. Kyoto is an amazing city!
- 859nathya00Great experience! Elevated our tripMr. Takaya was a very nice man who took us to this destination. He was very interested in getting to know us and he was delightful. We learned a lot and we had a great time. The boat ride was calming and wonderful and we got to experience a different side of Japan. He also helped us buy tickets we needed for the express bus to another location. I would 100% recommend it!
- SurgePits00Amazing experience, would highly recommend. Hot and tight space.Amazing experience and will do it again for sure. I would note that the box seats are smaller than what westerners would be used to (especially if you are 6’+), and you sit essentially on the floor. A fan is highly recommended in the summer months. Our guide was awesome and answered many questions. We combated the heat with multiple Kirins.
- Hadley S00Relaxing day trip from busy FukuokaShinohara-san was a delightful tour guide. We mostly spoke in Japanese as we are trying to find opportunities to practice the language. The boat tour was fun, and Shinohara-san was extremely kind in congratulating us on our recent wedding. The uni restaurant we went to after the boat tour was enormous. We tried the traditional Unagi Seiro Mushi (steamed eel over thin-sliced egg). Shinohara-san was knowledgeable about Yanagawa traditions such as Saemon being displayed during the hinamatsuri festival, and also helpful in recommending other things to do in Fukuoka and Japan. We highly recommend this day trip from Fukuoka! Thank you.
- Bilal K00Great value and experienceThe tour was great and very good value, they catered to my dietary requirements and promptly replied to any questions or issues I had. The guide was informative and made every effort to give a good experience. Would go with them again, recommended.
- STEVENSNY00Great place for discount cafe ticketsWhen you need to visit the owl cafe or the meerkat and hedgehog cafe - stop in here to get discounted tickets and they will make the reservations for you and direct you to the cafes. The people were very nice and friendly, English was well spoken.
- X6561ALluisa00FunGood vernacular experience , traditional food and drinks. Excelent veiws of the city . Recomended if you like drinking
- T0dW00Staffed by a lovely student - very helpfulStaffed by a lovely student - very helpful. She told us how we would have to get to the nearby temple. A Russian studying Japanese literature so must be intelligent!
- DzulhilmiZulkifli00Travel CenterIf you come to Japan without proper planning, you may come to this center and pay for the service. Very good service
- kyliekaichan00good servicsThe staff who works there can speak well English, friendly, very helpful and good patience to solve all my problem. They know I can't speak Japanese, so they help me to take all the call and reserve the restaurant for me. They make my good day/good experience /good memories in Japan. I do appreciate it and thankful.
- redsincebirth00Helpful service from staffWent there to book tickets for Mount Fuji excursion - staff who could speak English, was very helpful in providing guidance and explanation.
- shopaholicpp00Poodle Cafe PromotionI walked to the information centre as they had a poster for a teacup poodle café there. It was 1k yen for 40mins + 1 drink for child. I purchased it thinking it's a good deal. When we went to the café, it was a small bare room with a few customers and each of them had a poodle on their lap. That's it. there were only a few small poodles and you had to wait for them to get off someone's lap. I feel it's a rip-off for that and I don't think a tourist information centre should be promoting that café.
- Momijimydear00great serviceNice service personality and useful guiding in finding the place I want to go. Overall is a nice experience
- asunajui1800Nice StaffThe Staff was super nice and they did there best to help us book the right thing . In our case it was an Dinner-show. They even showed us a webside with other attractions. There english is also really good.
