Really great taxi firm. Used these twice now. Nice vehicles and polite drivers. Wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

Everything went so well , the driver met us at the tourist desk as agreed , even though are flight from Bristol was delayed by 40 minites . It was a very comfortable journey . I made a mistake by not booking a return trip and found ourselves unable to book a taxi .BTD came to our rescue and picked us up at the for our return trip from Alicanti to Benidorm . Thank you so much making both trips from Alicanti Airport to Benidorm and Benidorm to Alicanti Airport comfortable and easy .

Very reputable transfer company. Easy to book online and have used several times before. Drivers are very safe and the cars / vans they use are Mercedes. Always on time. Highly recommend.

Do NOT hire from Goldcar under any circumstance. I have used them in the past but NEVER again. I had a dispute with them from a previous hire but hired again due to price. I paid for hire in advance but when I went to collect the car I was told I owed them money for damage from a previous hire. After a discussion I decided that I would pay money (although I disagreed with them) so that I could start my holiday. They refused to accept my credit card and I was told to contact their office. I asked if they could do it for me and was told "no" and given an email address . When I contacted the office I received a reply in Spanish which I Google Translated. The reply thanked me for contacting them and hoped to be in touch within 14 days. I returned to their desk and explained to the manager that I would pay but again was refused. Customer service is non-existent. All this is due to fact that I did not take out their expensive insurance when hiring previously. I am certain they were waiting for me to return car and I also think that consequent hirers of that car were conned the way they tried to con me

Booked through Trip Advisor the fist time we used this company at Christmas but booked directly with them when we returned in March. The driver was waiting for us and the car was spacious and clean. The driver took us as near as possible to our hotel in the old town. Would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

5 stars every time I’ve visited benedorm it’s a great town to get away with everyday life we just lost our son on Christmas eve so I’m going outside the uk for a month then bk out for the June holiday

Strap in Folks it’s gonna take a while🙄 We have just returned from our Nephews house in Villamartin that nessitated a hire car So we prebooked a vehicle with RecordGo on arrival at the Kiosk i took a customer number and wait in line only to discover 30 mins later that it was the wrong number and the lady(I’ll use that term Loosely) said that she could not book us in on that computer terminal and we would have to go to the back of the queue with a new number So having wasted 35mins we cued again only to see a different service operator book TWO customers in on said terminal at the same time,, Anyway we finally got a car and with due diligence went around the vehicle photoing and videoing all the scratches and dings Fine Had a great week’s holiday and drove to return car When the customer service guy checked over the vehicle he said there’s a dent in the roof you must pay for the damage and after supposedly EMailing Head Office gave us a bill for €462 Now here’s the rub That dent was barely noticeable and yes we had missed it And 100% was not guilty of But He went straight to it as if he knew it was already there and was fully intent on making us pay up and when questioned became abusive and rude both to me and my wife Having travelled widely and had hundreds of Hire Vehicles for many years have I ever experienced such a Blatant and scandalous Rip off and treatment On returning home we discover that another family member had received the same treatment with this bunch of charlatans Folks Remember the name RecordGo and avoid this sham of a company like the Plague

I am so glad I booked this transfer. The process was seamless, Francisco, our driver was waiting with my name clearly shown and he took control of out trolley and loaded the cases into his van. The vehicle was spotless and the service provided was second to none. I have already said that when we return we will use this company again.

If anyone is hiring a car at Alicante Airport DO NOT use OK Mobility otherwise known as Rent a Car Alicante because you will find that you have been charged for alleged damage that you did not know about or agree to. You will only find out about it when you arrive home and your credit card has been debited with an extortionate amount. You will receive no paperwork, on arriving or on departure it is all done digitally and you only find out when you get home, too late to contest it then and they know that. So people do not do it, find another rental company for the sake of your wallet and bank balance. Once again DON'T DO IT !!!

gone to benidorm quite a lot over the years and used several transfer companies, this was my first with Benidorm transfers direct and i hope it wont be my last with them. Our flight from Newcastle was delayed by more than a hour when i got through customs the driver was waiting were he said he would be with my name on a sign, I approached him and he was very polite we waited for the others there was 3 couples, the minivan was just outside it was very clean and should imagine relatively new, we were at our hotel in about 35 minutes. He explained if there was any problems for the return trip to Alicante and we needed to change the pick up time to ring them and they would handle it, they arrived for pick up on time good run to the airport, both drivers were very polite and quite conversant, put music on for us when we asked, probably the best and one of the cheapest I've used. Will definitely use them whenever they are available.

Could not recommend this company enough! Used them 3 times this year, and they were waiting at arrivals for us. Clean cars, courteous drivers and we were kept in the loop with messages and phone calls about our return journey. Will 💯 be using again on my return to Benidorm!

Due to an early flight from Alicante, transfer options were limited. After some internet and personal research, Benidorm Transfers Direct looked like the best option. They did not disappoint. From initial enquiry to transfer to the airport, everything was FIRST CLASS. including the very reasonable price. The driver was smartly dressed in a suit, the car was an immaculate Mercedes S-Class 350, on time and extremely spacious and comfortable. This company will now be number one choice for all future transfers. Highly recommended.
