        No customer service
        So there is no customer service. I regret going with this company. It makes you pay up front and a few others don’t, yet I went with this one because it was the cheapest option. Anyway my circumstances changed and I had to cancel the booking which you can within 24 hours. Online you cannot cancel it yourself if it’s between 36 and 24 hours. It says to email or call them. I could not find the phone number on the website at all. So I emailed within the time frame. I heard nothing back so I filled out a contact form online. I got acknowledgement the contact form was received but nothing else. They did say they’ll ‘respond soon’ which didn’t occur. So I sent two more follow up emails requesting whether it was been acknowledged. I spent well over 40 mins looking on the website for the contact number. Nothing. I looked through my booking confirmation - nothing. I finally found it on the invoice I got sent under a different name - CLEVERTRYP TRANSFERS S.L. Tried calling it and chose the English option, you can select 1 to cancel or amend a booking. It goes to an prerecorded message saying you can do this online up to 24 hours and then cuts out. I tried again and chose English to speak to someone. It then goes to another pre recorded message saying check their faq and all info on the website and also cuts out. You actually can’t speak to anyone. I think only option is to dispute it via the credit card now

        Bad service...
        I was really looking forward to feel royal whit privat coach.. Our flight from Oslo was one houre delayed. The one and only flight whit SAS at the time, the driver left at the same time that our flight landed... Reason... I had written a digit in flightnumber wrong... Time was right... And when i contacted customerservice , they told me to pay a new booking if we wanted transport... 14 customers stranded at the airport... When i said ok, the driver was ther in 3 min... I will NOT recommend this company.. Gave us a bad first experience whit Spain, a pre-paid booking on 145 euro, ended whit another 120 euro.

        Reliable and competitive
        Prompt and best price! What more can you ask for? I booked a transfer online for an early morning pick up from our apartment in Denia to Alicante Airport. Excellent vehicle, courteous driver - all the boxes ticked! And best of all the price was at least 20EUR less than the competition.

      Purchased 2 channel perfume and aftershave at over 200 uero paid at self service walked 200m and duty free bag was dripping all over airport floor.when I returned and highlighted this I was told it was my problem as everything was fine when I left shop Argued that the item must have been damaged as packaging was intact so glass bottle must be damaged Staff at Channel desk where very unhelpfull walking away from me basically rude with customer care non existing filled out a 1980 carbon paper complaint form which will go nowhere terrible holiday experience be carefull as this shops guarantee stops as soon as you walk out the

      I thought I was going to have problems cheaking in because my covid pass did not match my passport ie my passport had my maidam name but I got through without any problems my covid pass had my married surname
