- B4350PXmattm0 contributionsAuthentic and truly family runThis tour was great. So informative. A lot of fun. Very intimate and personal. Great value as well. Claudio was so knowledgeable and left as much time and space as you needed/wanted to ask questions. You saw the process from start to finish. The balsamic was so good too. The tasting did not disappoint. A lot of fun to do solo or with a group. I did it with my girlfriend and one other couple. We were there for almost 3 hoursWritten October 27, 2024
- sashab1900 contributionsWonderful stayThis is such a lovely relaxing place! I stayed only one day, but I wish I could stay more. Book in advance, they can get fully booked. I enjoyed the views, the tour of the balsamic vinegar factory, the tasting and an amazing dinner. I am very grateful to the owner, Claudio, who went above and beyond to help me with my sudden rental car problem. I am still enjoying their balsamic vinegar back home.Written August 12, 2023
- SanPants0 contributionsAn education in history and appreciation of the Balsamic Vinegar of ModenaWe have always enjoyed tasting great balsamic vinegar in the Modena area, where the best balsamic vinegar in Italy is produced. We were treated to an afternoon tour of Acetaia La Vedetta, by the owner and producer of this fantastic vinegar. We learned of how they make it while we viewed their lovely vineyards outside. Then we were able to taste all the different vintages from 25 year old to most recent productions. We chose a favorite: La Vedetta Dolce e Denso, to bring home the memories of this delicious experienceWritten June 21, 2022
