          Highly recommended, would definitely do again!
          We had an amazing time with Luis and Gairo on our private tour. They were very friendly, helpful and accommodating with our big family including a 4 year old. The snorkeling spot was great as was the shallow swimming spot we parked at for a couple hours. Ice cold beers, Mamajuana and tasty snacks rounded out a great afternoon.

          BIGGEST SCAM WORST COMPANY
          DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. BIGGEST SCAM. We had a transfer booked to go to the airport because the hotel ( Bahia ) was so terrible we wanted to leave early. Not only did the bus driver say the bus wasn’t for us when it turns out it was for us, we had to get a $160 taxi to the airport and pay twice. They wouldn’t give us a refund and treated us so terrible. I called for weeks and weeks to try and get a refund and the guy at the resort lied about what happened and they won’t even give us a refund!!! Worst service ever and they even told other customers wrong times and they had to take taxi as well.

          Rubbish, booked this at hotel we were stopping at. The transfer came 40 mins late so by the time we were at Siam park it was extremely busy. Non of the staff have a clue at what they’re doing nor were they apologetic to the fact we had been waiting so long. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. I would love to say they offered compensation but of course they cannot be bothered to care about our enjoyment. If you’re going to create a business based off people enjoying themselves on holiday I’d expect you actually deliver that. Save your time and book with a better company.

          Absolutely amazing 5*****
          I booked FIVE excursions with Johnny at Bahia Principe Grand and I can honestly say that he looked after me, gave amazing prices and made my holiday the best one EVER! He went above and beyond to ensure each trip was safe for me as I travel alone plus have a disability. Saona Island Monkey Land Swimming with dolphins Coco bongo Catalina Island I left my earrings with the photographer when Swimming with dolphins and as soon as I mentioned this to Johnny he ensured me that he would personally get them back. He really is the most lovely and genuine man. He is located in the lobby of Bahia Principe Grand and has many excursions available. I would recommend him and his excursions to anyone that is considering booking.

          Joke of a Company
          Absolute joke of an operation. Booked Catalina Island not realisinf it wasnt recomended for pregnant women. Add into this the fact that a tropical storm hit as we were due to go. Asked for a refund and was primised one by the agent. Told to return to them at 2pm which we did and were told nothing would be done and we had lost the $230 we had paid. The woman that dealt with us was rude and dismissive. Do yourselves a favour and book through your tour operators rather than these chancers, because when it goes wrong, ypuve not got an ounce of support. common day criminals.

          Dont book with this company, awful customer service their headquarters are based in Spain. We were robed and lied about what was included on the trip, we paid 50 euros per person to be taken to visit two churches and to a very expensive shop to buy stuff. They left us there for two hours doing nothing. Completely different to what they said it was included. Please ask carefully and in written what is included before you buy anything. We were staying at Bahia Principe Esmeralda Punta Cana and Coming2 is located at the reception. We thought we could trust them being at the hotel.

          BOOK IT NOW!!
          This excursion was the best use of our day!! The staff were so friendly, funny and accommodating right from the start. We were given a break down of what would happen on shore, and on the boat it was the best vibes the entire time! Snorkeling was incredible, so many fish and we were given food to bring them even closer. From there we went to the “aquarium” where we got up close and personal with a sting ray, and got to see some dolphins. The catered lunch was the best food of the week, and the music was great. Driving the speed boat was an adrenaline rush and the choreography we learned at the end was so fun. Cannot recommend this excursion enough!!!!

          I would give a pass on this one.
          I'm the first to admit that I'm not a big fan of organized tours and excursions. Our family took this excursion just to see something different on the island. I should have stuck to my original plan of renting a car and driving around to some different beaches. First of all, I have to say that the staff on this excursion are exceptional. We had Antonio and he was such a professional and well-versed in English. Everyone from Antonio to the catamaran crew were first rate! The problem is not with the staff but with the excursion itself. Between the bus ride, the boat transfers, and the catamaran ride....it took over 3 hours one way. You are only on Saoma Island for two and half hours but your total travel time is over 6 hours. It just wasn't worth the effort in my opinion. The catamaran itself was overcrowded in my opinion. There are way too many people on board and not enough places to sit. I like loud music but it was so loud that it was terribly distorted which is not pleasant to listen to in my opinion. The beach itself is nothing special. As a matter of fact , the beach where the catamaran docked was much nicer than the designated beach on the other side of the island where we were taken. The water itself has a lot of hidden coral and you were constantly stepping on them which was not pleasant at all. I've seen better beaches in my day. The buffet food is edible....we'll leave it at that. Although the beach is quite long, the designated area for excursion guests is only about 150 feet long with limited lounge chairs at the height of the afternoon. Take my advice....rent a car and go see some of their nicer beaches that are not quite as far away.

          Book this tour! The entire experience from start I finish exceeded our expectations. We were picked up in a really nice tour bus and introduced to our guide for the day. It is a long bus drive but Emerson gave us a presentation of the history of the island and information about the people and the culture (in both Spanish and English) which made the drive go by quickly. He also gave us tips on what to expect from vendors and other services so we would not be overwhelmed. He called us family and that was exactly how he treated all of us. The catamaran ride was fun and relaxing. The scenery throughout was stunning. The island was breathtaking. We had a Dominican lunch and relaxed on the sand and played in the surf for awhile before heading back by boat. There was never a time in the tour that any of us felt unsafe. Our driver was excellent. Emerson made the whole trip even better. 10/10

          Customer service was awful and rude - the original gentleman I scheduled the excursions With was nice Wilmi Adonis Segura Guerrero (I am guessing because I was purchasing tours) My other dealings with the agents were awful. On Sunday just to ask a question was too much for the agent to even just answer - then I discovered that my plan tour for Friday was made in error because that’s the day I leave the resort - Jose uiriano was unwilling to help in anyway. He just dismissed me like deal with your original agent Then trying to reach the business to cancel my Wednesday and Friday trip was like pulling teeth. It was so hard to reach anyone with the business. It says on the voucher to “reach us via Facebook messenger or WhatsApp. Neither which no one replied. I found this to be frustrating!! Tuesday - I went to the desk to ask for help. This one gentleman name JACK was very helpful and kind- I explained that I tried to reach the office since Sunday via the previous message above I finally emailed the business and Javier Castillo replied to please see an agent - again difficult in just communication in general. Then I got Kevin santos which was the awful as well. He was too busy trying to get other guests instead of just finishing the transaction- he kept stepping away - he was unhappy when I ask to have the refund emailed me - he just walked way and just left me wondering again JACK was nice - Now I came to the front of the hotel asking about my tour and can he just confirm the time and that I am on this tour - Jose uiriano mainly lobby not helpful in just checking on a reserve then he told me I will need to pay $5 for the travel. When I was previously told that this was completely covered! This company coming2 is awful dealing with their agents Jose Uiriano was very dismissive when merely asking if I was in the correct lobby for the excursion I was like I was putting him out to just check the reservation. When just sitting here waiting I notice it was just me- he was rude to everyone asking questions. Maybe he is in the wrong field. This is a vacation place and people want to be happy. Not dealing with his negativity

          Ocean spa
          The experience was great, and more than I expected. Pedro went out of his way to get to know everyone, and was very friendly. The massages, scrubs, ocean float were awesome. Then to go to the restaurant in the ocean where the food was very tasty, and they had penned dolphins. Cannot say more about a wonderful experience, and thanks to Domingo at Amstar for recommending and making it happen

          Great Stuff Poor Facility!
          The staff is awesome as well as Pedro. But for god sakes spend some money on the boat. One motor still on the boat is torn apart. One 200 hp boat for a huge boat. Needs new floats they are in disrepair. The boat has zero spa feel. If it wasn’t for the staff, this would have been a zero. Better off to stay at our resort. You have great people. Give them a great facility to work with.

          Fun family time
          The zipline was run extremely well and Brian was really informative. All of the staff were great with my kids and others who needed extra help. I did not like that our tour guide was basically begging for good tips, but we liked him so he had earned a nice tip anyway.

          You should thank your stars for coming across this review, which exposes this ridiculous scam of a tour or safari, or whatever lie you were told about a supposedly good cultural experience in Punta Cana. I feel bad for not writing this review before as I did this in late November and just had the time to write about it. The first issue I will raise is the safety of the ride from your hotel to the meeting point, then to the actual destinations. This is NOT a safe ride, due to the very poor condition of the vehicle used for transportation, for a total of 4.5-5 hours of the day. The vehicle’s tarp roof was completely unstable and flapping throughout the ride, especially when the vehicle’s speed exceeded 40-50mph. If you were lucky enough to have a working plastic buckle belt (not a real seatbelt, I am talking about a the strap with the plastic buckle found in kid’s toys and probably your old backpack, and yes, this vehicle is somehow allowed on public roads and highways at usual vehicle speeds), the ride was so bumpy and uncomfortable that your joints and neck will hurt for days. Assuming you made it back to the hotel in one piece and your belt (if you had one) kept you safe in the insane driving roads of Punta Cana. The tour company also provided drinks and food. WHAT A JOKE! For the ridiculous price per person, you would think the tour company would have the decency to at least provide new bottles of water. The water bottles were not sealed, and appeared to have been refilled. They also had rum as well as a couple of soft drink bottles of 2 liters which they poured into cups, in case you somehow thought a personal can or bottle of soft drink was something you normally expect. Have to say the stale soft drink was still better and more hygienic than the saliva-enhanced tap water that they use to refill the water bottles. Food was below average at the house they take you to. Mostly ok though pay attention to the piece of chicken you get as it may not be fully cooked (first one I grabbed had blood near the bone, second one was ok). The tour guide and driver were actually good. Though I feel bad they work for such a greedy tour company that cheats customers by offering rides in completely unfit and unsafe vehicles and don’t have the decency to provide new water bottles. How is saving a few pennies on new water bottles even something someone would consider. How much do you save per tour? $10? Is that worth making people sick? The seatbelts and adequate roofs for the vehicles are probably costly, so at least I can fathom that part. But the water????? Macao beach is where you will face a ton of harassment by vendors and restaurant owners trying to sell you ridiculously overpriced drinks and “gifts”. It was the worst beach amongst all the ones I have seen at the resorts. Not worth the visit at all, unless you want to meet harassing vendors. Save yourself the hassle and frustration and book a private ride. Funny part is that would probably be a lot cheaper if you have more than 1 person in your group. Find other tour companies with decent reviews. I hope this saves some folks the poor experience.

          Chocolate and rum - plus lots of local knowledge
          An excellent trip. The Guide Valdy was extremely knowledgeable. We particularly loved the coffee and cocoa demonstration and tasting together with the sing song. Due to the open air bus we were able to feel immersed in the street essence. The sugar cane tour with liquor tasting session at the end was excellenty presented. Definitely recommend!

        Once we found the booth at airport. Transfer was pertfect! Driver really wanted to get us there as fast as he could. Wowzers. Need for speed!!

        Gave me the round-about and lied to me in both directions.

        On the way to the hotel, I waited at the airport for two hours standing in the heat with my two backpacks on equaling 40lbs while the representative kept telling me, "5 more minutes" for two hours! At the bare minimum they could have told me the truth and I could have taken my backpacks off. I was traveling at my friend who arrived on another plane two hours after mine. We could have saved $160 and not booked separate transportations had they not lied to me. After she got off her flight, her transportation took her right away to the hotel and I kept waiting. I never regretted booking with this company more... until it came time for the return trip.

        I checked with the lobby the day before my flight, as instructed, expecting a departure time 3 hours before my flight like everyone else. To my surprise, they booked me 5 hours before my flight and refused to change it. They told me at the desk that it was out of their hands and I had to call. I called and they told me it was out of their hands and I had to check with the desk. They sent me in circles for hours until I gave up.

        Once again, I should have gone with my friend who is being picked up 3 hours before her flight, but I paid extra to not wait for her / leave early with her.

        Let's see if they even come.
