Beautiful experience with lots of fun. The life guards are keen and alert. If one is not engaging with the activities, they can enjoy delicious food and drinks

The pick up was seamless and on time. Th stop along the way (and back) was at your typical tourist trap but they offered terrible refreshments given the 4 hour journey from our hotel to the destination. The transport vehicle was also not that comfortable and was in need of a clean. What made me give a 4 was the animals. It made the journey so worthwhile and our driver who doubled up as the guide was extremely knowledgeable. The animals saved the day. Despite it all I would go to the destination again but probably choose a different company.

The two venues we went to was very enjoyable with all of the promised sights and activities available for grabs. At Haller Park, the crocs and hippos feeding show was at 4pm which was way later in the day than when we got there. But still and enjoyable visit. The rides at wild waters was very exciting and the kids had loads of fun. Our guide took care of us to the best of his availability I guess. He arranged our entries, water during the drive and lunch and drove us the long drive to the parks and back to our hotel. I did however feel the price was quite steep, even factoring transport cost for the trip, it could have cost alot less. Otherwise a great fun day all around.

We booked a transfer from malindi Airport to hotel. Upon arrival no one was there to pick us up. We had to take a taxi. I send a whats app to the company telling them we waited over 15 minutes. The worst part of the story?........ No reply at all, no explanation nor excuses, nothing, zero!!!

Wooh!!The best safari ever💯and even beyond our money value.. everything went according to Itenerary we enjoyed every bit of the safari ...wait I haven't mentioned we were able to spot a Cheetah 🐆 and other wildlife..we were picked up on time and arrived at the park early for our game drives and spending the night in Ashil Aruba Camp...Guys you should book your safari with Diani Travel Center..you won't regret They are the best👌💯

Well organized trip from Nairobi to Masai Mara by a flight which was handsomely comfortable, we were received well in Masai Mara and the Lodge was the best part to spent your Night at. On first day we experienced the best things in our lives plus the environment was really welcoming. The best experience in my life was to see Lion and other big five animals. If you tour in Kenya and fail to visit Masai Mara then you're missing out on big moments of your life. Bruce was frequently in contact with us till we desembarked. Thank you Bruce and Diani travel center i will definitely organize another tour with you.

Had an amazing day trip to Tsavo East. The driver was at our apartment on time and he was very informative all through the safari. The owner Bruce always kept in touch to know if we were okay and comfortable during the safari. We had an amazing lunch at lion hill in Tsavo. Tsavo East epitome of a perfect safari, there are lots of elephants and we even saw a pride of lions. I recommend them if you looking for a reliable agency to book your safari in Diani.

Watching the dolphins swim was just awesome! I enjoyed snorkeling as well. It was a good experience for me

I was a little anxious about doing this trip alone but everyone was so friendly and I had so much fun. I opted to go snorkelling with a member of the boat crew. We were out for almost an hour and I saw the most amazing marine l upife. We were lucky enough to see some dolphins, although not for long. Lunch on Wasini Island was really good, plenty of food and the service was great. My overnight stay at Shimoni Reef Lodge was just perfect, the staff went out of their way to welcome me and make my stay memorable. The food was wonderful. I took the opportunity to visit the slave caves and was escorted there personally by Nyinge who worked at the Lodge, nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this trip to anyone looking for a unique two day experience

Bruce and his team arranged a highly successful trip to Tsavo East for myself and my wife. Nothing was too much trouble and he was true to his word. He also arranged a very competitively priced hire car for us. I shall be using Diani Travel and Tours again on my next visit!

We book a day trip to Wasini Island in order to do snorkel and other activities. So the day starts when they pick us up in our hotel and then take us to the place where we should take the boat. There was zero communication, the driver of the car just told us: go there and you will find someone else, without any ticket or anything. We got in a random boat following instructions of someone we had no clue who he was. After a while in the boat they explained us the programme of the day that didn’t match at all with what they had promissed us the day before in the office. Then after a while in the boat the engine fell off the boat to the water what ended up ruining it as it didn’t work again. Minutes after this happened, a horrible storm started so we were in the middle of the sea, under a storm and with no engine. In this situation the staff of the boat didn’t informed us at all about what was going to happen or what they were planning to do to fix the problem. We were all wet and cold by the rain (including children in the boat) people started to get scared by the situation and then they found out they did not have life jackets for all of us. Many passengers of the boat asked the staff to call the police or the rescue services, however they were not listening and even they seemed to not have a clue about what they were doing or they could do to solve it. After an hour and a half under the rain a small boat arrived and managed to take us to the shore. Still with what had just happened the staff of the boat was trying to push us to still go for the lunch as planned (just to avoid people asking for a refund of the money) and then try to go for a swim eventhough it was raining. Of course we did not agree on this and we just went back to The office of this company to ask for a refund of the money as we not only didn’t do any activity but also had been in a dangerous and stresfull situation in this boat with 0 safety measures. For our surprise on arrival to the office and after explaining everything they refused to refund us as they claimed “it is not our protocol). We decided to call the person in charge to talk directly and instead of a helpful answer this man decided to start shouting at me on the phone. After a lot of discussion and a formal complaint we decided to leave our bank account details as they guarantee us that they would refund our money after few days following their protocol. As it was to be expected from this shameless people, it has already been a week and not only we didn’t recieve the money back but also they are not responding to our emails or calla. JUST NEVER BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DON’T CARE AT ALL ABOUT THE CLIENTS, JUST ABOUT THE MONEY. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT QUALITY OR SAFETY OR ANYTHING. THEY LIE AND SHOUT AT THEIR CLIENTS. AVOID AVOID!!

Two day safari in Tsavo East with Diani Travel and Tours booked through Trip Advisor. The driver, Julius was very good, a safe driver, thoughtful and tried to show us as much of the wildlife in the national park as possible and we have no complaints about the efforts he went to. However the actual safari was not quite as originally described The safari description stated that we would be staying overnight at the Voi Safari Lodge . Two days before our scheduled trip I received a message from Diani Travel that the Voi Safari Lodge was having to close for a few nights for refurbishment and we would now be staying elsewhere. I looked up the details of the alternative being offered and saw that the room price was about half that of the Voi Safari Lodge. I contacted the Voi Safari Lodge hotel direct myself and they stated that they were NOT closed, but were actually now fully booked. I got back in touch with Diani tarvel and asked if it would be possible to reschedule our trip for later in our stay. In fairness, they did manage this and we did have a good stay on our safari at the Voi lodge. However I was disappointed that I had not been told the truth. On the actual day fo the safari, we were collected from our hotel at 6am exactly on time and joined 3 others who were already in the vehicle for the safari. When we got to the entrance to the Tsavo East park, Julius informed us that he needed to wait until after 10am as he was only buying a 24hour pass to the park. This meant that we had a morning safari, an evening safari and then a very early breakfast the following day and checking out before a morning safari on the way to leaving the park just after 10am. The original schedule stated that there would be a safari before breakfast, then after returning to the hotel for breakfast there would be another safari and lunch before finally making our return. I felt disappointed at having to race out of the national park so early, and that others we spoke to on two safaries seemed to get a longer experience. Having said all this, I would though state again that we did manage to have a good safari and got to see a good range of animals in their natural habitat. It's just a pity that the safari was slightly misprepresented

Just back from an amazing few days at the Maasai Mara & NAIROBI. Massive thanks to Bruce & his team for their contribution. Stumbled upon them by chance & it’s safe to say I won’t regret that decision. Very professional courteous and friendly way conducting their business. I highly recommend them, and as a regular holiday maker to Diani , I will always look to them to book my trips from this point on.
