Had a wonderful couple of days touring Bali with Alex.Took us to some beautiful places to see and quality shops to buy. Extreme professional, good communication and familiarity with local places definitely made our trip richer.

The little things that count and the little things that mean a lot. First time to Bali, though had an idea of activities to do but was nervous on using a reliable tour guide. We came to know about Bali Trip through trip advisor. Customer service is the greatest key to the success of any business and Alex being with the company for approximately 2 years had so much knowledge about the culture,history and best attractions. We visited many places, markets, and best attractions in 2 days. Alex is on time and went an extra mile to pick us up at 3am today to visit Heaven of gate in Lempuyang. We definitely made a perfect decision to go early as our number was 2 for taking pictures 😊 Alex is a person who goes over and beyond expectations! Though we had tour with him for 2 days out of 5 nights in Bali he was so helpful and caring till we reached Airport. We highly recommend Alex to friends and families. I originally had no much idea for the 6-hour trip and would like the swing photos, so i let my driver, Yopi, decide on everything! He tried to arrange as much which could fit the route. I like all photos he took very much, he is very good at photography! I did recommend him to my another group of friends on the next day, and also recommend to all heading to bali who is lazy to plan! It was a great experience!! Bali is wonderful. <3. We've been lucky to have Ikadek with us. He is an awesome guy. He was not only a driver, but a guide for us. He was very friendly, kind and funny and he took us everywhere we wanted. He explained a lot of things about their culture and about the places we visited. Our honeymoon was incredible and Ikadek was part of it. We highly recommend him and we hope to meet again soon. We want to go to Bali at least one more time. Now, Ikadek is our awesome new friend.

Alex is great driver and guide to have whilst in Bali. He was punctual with his timing everyday, and was able to take us to all the hot spots in Bali. He speaks very good English and is very kind and helpful, ensuring we had lots to do everyday. On our return to Bali next year we will defiantly use his services.

We had great experience with our driver Alex. He is so welcoming and very patient in waiting for us every morning or our tour. He is our driver for our whole stay in Bali, which is 5 days 4 nights.
