Overview
Experience one of the culinary world’s most daring and delicious delicacies with a master Japanese cuisine chef in his restaurant along the coast of the Shonai Region. Through this experience you will be able to see freshly caught fugu prepared right in front of you and also be able to enjoy a delicious fugu meal together with the chef. Chef Suda has over 18 years of experience working as a licensed fugu chef and is one of the veterans leading fugu cuisine in Japan.

This was a very enjoyable class, as the chef named Suda gave me instructions on fresh fish, how to use a kitchen knife, and how to grab sushi. I ate 10 of my own sushi, but it was so delicious that I didn't think I made it!
